I'm trying to log on to my google play account for clash of clans, but out of the blue this is what it says. Does rooting screw up google play services? I reseted my phone completely and the next thing you know the google play store isn't installed by factory. Once again, does rooting affect this at all? What can i do to fix this? My phone is a LG Ultimate 2.

Hello,
Rooting doesnt affect playservices in any way.
It requires logging into Google +, If you are already logged in then try Settings > G+ Sign In > click Disconnected (red sign) and connect to you G+ account again. Also you can try reinstalling playservices.

Google Play not auto-updating apps

Google Play doesn't seem to want to auto-update apps on my device, it's been like this for a few weeks since I clean installed of YNG1TAS17L, so I have to do it manually. It worked once when I set the option to "Auto-update apps at any time" but I can't risk using this as it would use up mobile data.
Any ideas on what the issue could be?

Are your Google Play Services updated?
Is your Google Play Store updated?
Did you try rebooting the device?
Have you forced stop or disabled any Google service?

Google Play Services is 7.3.29 (That's dated April 21st, but matches my Nexus 7 version and apps auto-update fine)
Play Store is 5.5.12
Also had lots of reboots
Only Google Play Movies & TV, Play Music, and Hangouts have been frozen
Also, my device installs new apps from the Play store when initiated from Google Play on a desktop PC no problem, but all the updates are still ignored, despite needing no permission changes.

Did you try changing the settings to default for Google Play Store?
Clear data and clear cache of this app
Reboot and try
If still it doesn't work, I guess you need to reinstall the OS

Next time disable any apps you are thinking of removing before you remove them so you can see if it causes issues, if it does you can just renable the app and be back to normal, if it doesn't cause issues then you would be safe to remove the app without issue, but this generally isn't the case with Google apps, messing with those will make the other Google apps fail to start or force close.
Find the versions of the removed apps that are compatible with your device and downloag them on PC then if the device responds to adb you can push the apks to the device and get then reinstalled.
If that doesn't work then download your stock firmware and flash the stock on your device to restore it.

Cannot Connect to Google Services

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" and have a problem with it, it cannot connect to any Google services (play store, maps, etc). I thought this was a connection problem but other apps that required internet are works (TuneIn Radio, Soundcloud, etc) like they should be. I also thought something wrong with Google Play Services, so I uninstall Google Play Services updates and everything is now worse, all google app required Google Play Services to be updated so I can't open any of them.
So far I have tried :
1. Rebooting the tablet
2. Remove and re-add Google account
3. Switch the time and date between auto and manual
4. Delete hosts file
5. Clear Google Play Services, Google Play Store and Google Service Framework cache and data
6. Reconnect wi-fi
Please help I don't want to factory reset my tablet

Are you running stock firmware or rooted and custom ROM? Some ROMs have problems with play services.

Apps showing as not updated from Google play

Hello and sorry if this was already discussed but I could not find it.
After updating my Samsung s21 ultra to Android 12 some of the apps have stopped working and I get a message that those were not installed from Google play and do not run, I get a link to Google play in the app and it shows as installed.
I tried all the workarounds I found on the net, deleting data from Google services, Google pla store, removing updated from play store, removing and adding the Google account and nothing worked.
Anyone with the same problem and any help how this can be solved without a factory reset?
Many thanks
