Hi guys I got a problem with my Galaxy S6 SM-G920F. Some mounths ago I flashed CF-Auto Root for my device and it gets bricked because my model hadn't the opportunity to disable the bootloader or something else like this. So, to fix the phone, I just flashed up via Odin 3.10.6 the stock firmware and everything worked like a charm. I re-tried to root my device with the UniKernel and it worked very well. After done the root, I flashed a new BL and CP taken from the XtreStoLite ROM link.
- XtreStoLite ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...xtrestolite-deodexed-mod-edition-1-3-t3119968
- XtreStoLite BL and CP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60112855&postcount=3
And then I flashed up via TWRP the XtreStoLite ROM.
One week ago I resetted my device and I flashed again the stock firmware and everything worked once again. Today I'm been trying to re-flash the BL and CP and then flashing again the ROM but when I tried to flash the BL an error appears "FAIL" on Odin.
I also tried flashing the CP before and then BL but nothing (The CP flash worked instead of BL).
I did a mistake, I flashed the CF-Auto Root on my device and of course it gets bricked so I tried to fix it flashing again the stock firmware but I have "FAIL" on Odin..
P.S: I also flashed the UniKernel because I thought to have a chance to restore it but the device's still bricked.
This is what I see on Odin:

Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100. Region: India
I had rooted successfully.
Updated SuperSU-v2.14.
Flashed Note2-CWM-6.0.4.3-GT-N7100.
Made a backup Rom using CWM.
Then I flashed AllianceROM_N7100_DME6_v4_RePack_a,
Perseus-alpha35-n7100-CWM and GT-N7100_XXDME4_Modem.
Everything was perfect till here.
Then i decided to flash photosphere and did it using TWRP.
After reboot I had issues with the network, somehow I was not able to connect.
I thought I had issue with the modem, so I tried flashing different modems.
Nothing seemed to work.
Then I wiped in TWRP and I reflashed AllianceROM_N7100_DME6_v4_RePack_a.
Still the same. Then I wiped again and flashed Note2-CWM-6.0.4.3-GT-N7100 and tried to restore my backed up rom. But now after booting successfully all my google apps started to force close and hanged.
Then I wiped again and this time flashed AllianceROM_N7100_DMA6_v1_2.
Everything else seemed okay except the network problem, I was unable to connect.
Then I tried to flash a stock rom using odin: GT-N7100_INU_1_20120921181332
During the middle of the update it hanged and showed fail error.
Now shows:
Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again.
I tried recovering via Kies, but it doesn't detect my device.
I also tried different versions of odin, tried uninstalling kies, updated my samsung drivers, tried various firmwares.
But every time I get the fail error in odin.
It shows:

What's your CSC? Might be worth flashing the stock build via Odin to see if you can at least get it working again and then go from there

OK, I think this is what you need:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/48053/G9200ZHU1AOF1_G9200ZZH1AOF1_TGY/
I'm downloading it now, or you could try using SamFirm as it gets it from Samsung. You can then flash it with Odin and it should at least get the phone running again. I'm downloading it in case you can't and will upload it when in work tomorrow as I have crappy uploads at home

I tried to use Odin to flash the system, but failed. I tried Kies, also failed… says "The PC failed to recognise the mobile phone."
Any suggestions? Thanks!!!
This happened to me with my S5. It was solved applying a custom ROM (If I recall well, it was WanamLite Rom) and then when it booted correctly, I used Odin to flash an official Rom.
Now with my S6, yesterday while I was flashing custom recovery into 5.1.1 and something happened when I rebooted my phone as it was stuck at samsung logo. So I flashed a custom Kernel using Odin and problem solved.
First, I would recommend to flash this ROM (G920F) in Odin first: https://mega.nz/#!fRNwGZ5A!5hS8vFU66FODwUvgxP4FCDG06I5y7nAVQZAqbsFkUCE
Drivers: https://mega.nz/#!XNdBUCpa!fbPSU3aaHSbBrlZVwWF_PaVDvtKqJc5EorGwFtXkel4
Odin: https://mega.co.nz/#!epshkJAa!y7pFS5-9RVhp4vDxTRAQARAwkjyQAB_9mDZWfXkLqko
This would give you a clean and official update.
Also, there's a guide here in XDA you can follow to get out of samsung loop, the guide is here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s6-edge/general/how-to-to-5-0-2-t3142946
Hope it solves your problem.
Try a different USB cable or USB port then reflash again via odin.

If above suggestions don't work bring your S6 back to Samsung for warranty repair.
You need to be 100% sure about your CSC.
Mine also fails when updating with wrong CSC. Went back to original and update went normal.

Where can I get the right CSC? I only use AP in Odin and it failed!
I tried every suggestions above and a different PC, no luck... really sad... why install the official update can brick the phone!! Is there anything more I can do, or should I try the Samsung warranty?
Have you tried the hidden.img fix? If you haven't let me know and I'll try to dig up the thread for you
you could put your phone into download mode, enter smart switch PC application, select emergency firmware recovery. key in SM-G920F, then key in your Serial number found at the back of your physical device S/N: XXXXXXXXX and then it'll start downloading the firmware appropiate for your phone. hang tight and should be done shortly after.
If the above fails I'd recommend taking it to a samsung shop, it's failed to update the official way so they should be fixing it themselves for you, they can do a service flash / update on your phone in about 20 minutes.

OK, always the same suspects:
1. Did you flash MM via Odin, or OTA? If Ota, proceed with 2. If flashed manually, reflash the rom and go to 2.
2. Try clearing cache
3. If that doesn't help, make a full wipe, reinstall MM via Odin

I'd suggest to use the one-part-DBT firmware, that worked for me.
Just flash with Odin, put in AP, should work. I'll send you a PM.
To revert to 5.11 you need to fully wipe the phone, then flash the DBT one-part 5.11 firmware.
