[Completed] [Q] Note 2 N7100 Bricked. Please Help. - XDA Assist

Hi, I have Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100. Region: India
I had rooted successfully.
Updated SuperSU-v2.14.
Flashed Note2-CWM-6.0.4.3-GT-N7100.
Made a backup Rom using CWM.
Then I flashed AllianceROM_N7100_DME6_v4_RePack_a,
Perseus-alpha35-n7100-CWM and GT-N7100_XXDME4_Modem.
Everything was perfect till here.
Then i decided to flash photosphere and did it using TWRP.
After reboot I had issues with the network, somehow I was not able to connect.
I thought I had issue with the modem, so I tried flashing different modems.
Nothing seemed to work.
Then I wiped in TWRP and I reflashed AllianceROM_N7100_DME6_v4_RePack_a.
Still the same. Then I wiped again and flashed Note2-CWM-6.0.4.3-GT-N7100 and tried to restore my backed up rom. But now after booting successfully all my google apps started to force close and hanged.
Then I wiped again and this time flashed AllianceROM_N7100_DMA6_v1_2.
Everything else seemed okay except the network problem, I was unable to connect.
Then I tried to flash a stock rom using odin: GT-N7100_INU_1_20120921181332
During the middle of the update it hanged and showed fail error.
Now shows:
Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies and try again.
I tried recovering via Kies, but it doesn't detect my device.
I also tried different versions of odin, tried uninstalling kies, updated my samsung drivers, tried various firmwares.
But every time I get the fail error in odin.
It shows:

Getting Galaxy Ace GT-5839i back to stock

I tried putting on the jellyblast rom for the GT-5830i onto this phone (I heard they have the same hardware) but unfortunately it did not go so well and now the phone hangs at the Galaxy Ace logo screen. So now the problem is getting the stock firmware back onto the phone - I have downloaded the Vodafone stock firmware for the phone (UK) from sammobile.com and tried to flash it with Odin.
I have tried with Odin v1.85 and v1.87 although they both fail:
Code:

I am using the totoro_0623 pit file as per this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1811196 and then just using the PDA file. I check the Re-Partition, Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time boxes when I attempt this.
I found another method also using Kies through "Firmware upgrade and initialization" - I add "GT-S5839i" as the model name (which it accepts) and my S/N but then it complains that "the model information that you have entered cannot be verified; the device initialization cannot proceed".
I am at a loss as to what to do now, tried using the back ports on my desktop and the supplied USB cable to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Additionally, in recovery it mentions that it fails to mount /system, and rfs format fails when wiping data and cache whilst in recovery.
ornottin are
With a different cable it gets to the modem part of the flashing then bsod's my computer with pfn_list_corrupt (happened twice in a row at the same point). What is going on here?
Problem solved, google "Galaxy Ace S5830i Flasher& PIT file 100%work" if you have the same issues as me.

[Q] Galaxy S4 SGH-I337 (Soft Brick) (Complete (Write)/NAND Write Odin Error)

So I was previously running the MF3 baseband on my SGH-I337 (ATT) and couldn't install any custom ROMs until I tried safestrap. I installed the Google Play Edition ROM and it worked successfully, except the WiFi wouldn't turn on. I could have flashed modem files but I was advised multiple times not to do so. Anyways, I was removing the ROM through safestrap and accidentally wiped my system and all its files I think. Now my phone is stuck in a bootloop (constant Samsung logo) and I can't recover with ODIN because I get an error (shown below). Also, I could only find a TAR file which ends with either MK2 or MDL, my phone was previously MF3, could this be the cause of any problem? Any fixes?
Additional Info:
1) I cannot boot into stock recovery, I'm always forced into download mode.
2) ODIN gives the error everytime I try to flash the stock ROM that I downloaded.
3) I've tried flashing the 16GB PIT file with little luck, the operation finished successfully but I'm still not able to flash anything else because:

I'm quite new to all of this, any help is greatly appreciated. Sorry if I'm leaving out information, just ask if needs be.
My i337 is doing the same thing, except I started on mk2. I see tons of folks asking about complete write fail on google, so I know this is a bigger issue that hasn't been identified yet...but when I get this POS working, I am selling it and NEVER buying anything with a locked bootloader (or the AT&T logo) again. I wish I had researched better and chosen a tmobile S4 to use on at&t.
I got the exact same error like you do in Odin with flashing a new PDA / Recovery. Cannot get rid of error messages, status 7, fail in odin and so on, but my phone isnt in boot loop like yours..

ODIN fail: NAND write fail

I factory reset my Samsung Grand 2 then charged it. When I saw my phone it was updated in kitkat. I accidentally hit the install and reboot. But after that, it stuck in logo screen. I've tried to wipe data, cache and everything. So, I flash it with odin with correct latest firmware. But it keeps on failing and appears firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again. Ive tried to fix it with Kies but there's no chance. I also brought it to service center but they said it keeps on failing and the program cant enter.
This is the ODIN log:

See if you have the proper firmware and read the instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-grand-2/general/stock-firmware-grand-2-google-drive-t2849501
Or else you could ask help from anyone having a similar phone in this forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-grand-2
I tried the instruction but it didn't work still failed. I also tried to flash it with original stock but it says SW REV CHECK FAIL : [sbl1]Fused 1 > Binary 0
Im losing hope. Please help :crying: :crying:

I don't know specifically about your phone.
Only asking someone here would help: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-grand-2/help
I tried to downgrade my phone but it shows SW REV CHECK FAIL : [aboot]Fused 2 > Binary 1

[Completed] galaxy S6, bootloop, odin - write operation failed.

Hi. i have recently acquired an Samsung S6 SM-G920P. it was rooted with 5.0.1 and it was freezing and restating.
So flash/stock firmware marshmallow but it got stuck at optimizing apps. I restarted the phone and managed to skip it (don't know how). After all the process of name, date&time zone, wifi config, etc...about 10-20min it freezes again and restarts. So i tried to update the software via otta, and android gave me a 19mb, but the same happened, it got stuck at optimizing apps.
After that it began to freezing more and more often. I tried to change the firmware to another version with odin, but now odin shows an error (write operation failed). I installed TWRP and wipe dalvkin/cache and cache and after that, it started to boot-loop and mi stuck on it.

Well ,
Ur s6 won't install old bootloader over the newer bootloader mate , so try to use the latest firmware that have the newer bootloader or at least the same firmware that have the same bootloader on ur device ,
Good luck
