Xposed Installer won't install? - Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I recently rooted my Samsung Galaxy Note Pro (AT&T version - SM-P907A) & I've been trying to install xposed framework, but it won't work. It doesn't give me any error message, it just says "app not installed". I'm no stranger to rooting, but this is the first time I've ever had to post a question on the xda developers site. Usually I can find what I'm looking for already, but not this time :crying:
I don't know if I'll be able to post a screenshot of what happens as I've just barely registered, but I'm gonna try. I also have a rooted Motorola Droid 4 and I rooted & installed CM12 on an old Kindle Fire HD as well. (However, that's now been sold...) Anyways, I tried installing Xposed Installer on my Motorola, and it worked, so I'm thinking the problem is with my note pro, but any help on how to fix it would be awesome
Thank you!!

You know what , the quickest method would be to changet rom and install the rom with xposed already installed by the way use titanium backup for making backups if you fear data loss

[Q] Updating Custom Rom

Hello people ..
I have my Desire HD Rooted and running with Revolution 2.0.2 ( a custom rom if you dont know ) .. The problem is that now its version 2.0.6 ( an update )
i use bought MyBackUp Pro to backup my stuff when i update.. but im tired of starting over everytime an update comes ..
Is there any way to do it in an easier way?
Thanks
As far as I know it's easest and more correctly way to upgrade firmware.
Oh, more easy way to not backup the apps and data. But you will not like it, believe me.
I use appbrain as you have a list of installed apps which are synced to your device, after a reformat/upgrade you can go to app brain and sync and it see the programs arent installed and puts them all back on for you, you have to click OK all the time to install though
Titanium Backup the best soft for backuping/restoring software.
It can save/restore not only programs, but it's data too.
I can't find what else I need for such purposes.

question about the firedroid x10 mini pro

sorry for the post here. but i cant post at the development area. cuz im new. but after trying a few of x10 mini pro roms. i find the firedroid is the suitable for me. but there's a catch. my keyboard light wont light at all. i followed all the instruction from the developers, others forumers and guide. but still no help for me.
21.6.12
found the solution. thx for x10man for saying the info on the dev forum.
how to repair the keyboard light.
download this file if you want to repair the rom with the keyboard light not working and just drag and drop in in your downloaded rom.
*caution- i've tried mine and it works. never tried on other version of rom other then the firedroid. and i've never tried by updating it.
just drag and drop in the custom rom zip.

If you want to know how to root, you can see here.. (sorry i cant find the page in XDA. but if you want i can teach you.)
If you want install Xposed Framework. the @shouk_1987 had a article http://forum.xda-developers.com/one-m9/one-me-general/one-xposed-installation-stock-s-t3269198.
I just let the sense ui looks like aosp. Because i think that is beautiful.
And i hope i can find some friends here to play the HTC ME:fingers-crossed:. I hope someday more people can join us.
have a good day!
By the way. The newest Xposed Framework version doesn't work on my phone. So i just use version 80. And i hope HTC can give us android 6.0. I WANT IT! :

[OPO]Ccleaner Not Recognizing Root

I recently flashed the latest Sultan ROM with Open GApps and SuperSU 2.76, and I noticed that CCleaner does not recognize root.
I really like using it for disabling apps on my phone and was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to get it to recognize root.
I have tried clearing the apps data and reinstalling it.

Netflix won't run, can't uninstall

I soft-bricked my OP7 Pro and used Mantauro's fix which got me back to stock with unlocked bootloader.
Netflix refuses to open, giving me the error message :

It also seems I cannot uninstall Netflix either.
Any ideas?
If you root it you should be able to remove it from priv-apps, that's usually where pre-installed apps are
I'm concerned about rooting. I think trying to root from a Mac is what caused the issue. Not my first rodeo, been rooting for years and followed the instructions to the T.
I'll try again on my wife's PC. Any suggestions for working method?

This method works just fine, just make sure you apply the correct version and install the latest Magisk Manager app first (7.2.0 just now) :
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-7-pro/how-to/guide-root-oneplus-7-pro-patched-boot-t3931205
Rooted - uninstalled Netflix, reinstalled and used Magisk Hide, still getting the not compatible message. Any ideas?
Never mind - restarted and it works now
