I purchased a new Grand Quattro from Hong Kong. But now when I start the phone it shows "Invalid IMEI". Due to which I am not able to dial or receive any calls.
I have tried inserting several different codes like *#*#3646633#*#* and *#*#889988#*#* to try to enter the Engineering Mode and reinsert the IMEI but the codes are not working. Is there any other way I can solve this problem?

hi everyone i bought a n920p 6 month ago it worked perfectly till i flashed the 6.0.1 i always get emergency calls only for houres then i got back signal by changing airplan mode
but now i have 10 days i always get emergency calls only i did everything i flashed modem ok3 pc2 ... and i got nothing
i downgraded to ok3 5.1.1 and i still have the same probleme when i try to select the operator manualy i got error
please help me i am verry lost without my phone :crying:

I hope you can help me to figure out this, I have three problem :
First,
1-i faced a strange bootloop every time make a factory reset .
this problem begin happen when i flashed latest United Arab Emirates Android 6.0.1 firmware
i can solve that by make soft reset and it is successfully booting up to the welcome screen but when restart device and want to make factory reset again , it also stuck on samsung logo, i also tried wiped cash but it is not change anything , i want to know what causes this problem ?
also ,
2- when enter to smart switch in device initialization,it's simply said my device s6:g920f is not support.
Third,
3- when i check ota update after factory reset and wipe cash it says to me, I am on the latest firmware but i know there is nougat update for XSG , afterwhile , when check again update ,show pop up massage that says 'unable to download update " , I tried check on wifi and data , it's simply didint work and can not download update
otherwise, the firmware work perfect

i have a relly annoying problem on my galaxy s6 and that is when i tried to update the softwer of the phone i founded in recovery of the phone is a verizon phone(sm-g920v) but when i checked in the phone it is the regular s6 (g920f) (i used the imei and evrey methode to check it)
I have a samsung j7 sm-j700f dual sim i bought just 5 days ago from a local shop phone was working good one point i have notited that phone was rooted,next morning i have install all social apps from play store and turn off data put phone into my pocket just 20 minute later when i check the phone it shows emergency call only i reboot my phone it shows in red writing "custom binary blocked by frp lock" and shutdown automatic reset the phone still the same issue and then flash latest and stock firmware after flash stock firmware under the android guy phone shows "no DRK install please install" then factory reset in stock recovery phone boot normally but still Emergency call issue.then i check my phone imei in imei.info site thier my phone shown as a samsung j7 max??
