I hope you can help me to figure out this, I have three problem :
First,
1-i faced a strange bootloop every time make a factory reset .
this problem begin happen when i flashed latest United Arab Emirates Android 6.0.1 firmware
i can solve that by make soft reset and it is successfully booting up to the welcome screen but when restart device and want to make factory reset again , it also stuck on samsung logo, i also tried wiped cash but it is not change anything , i want to know what causes this problem ?
also ,
2- when enter to smart switch in device initialization,it's simply said my device s6:g920f is not support.
Third,
3- when i check ota update after factory reset and wipe cash it says to me, I am on the latest firmware but i know there is nougat update for XSG , afterwhile , when check again update ,show pop up massage that says 'unable to download update " , I tried check on wifi and data , it's simply didint work and can not download update
otherwise, the firmware work perfect
hope any one can help to identify this problems

I bought glaxay s 6 before couple days
it was 5.0.2 lolipop
i tried to update it but it appear a strange message says :
“The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorized way. Try downloading software updates using Smart Switch on your computer or visit a customer service center.”
i didn't know what to do and how to fix this
i asked some people and the tell me to download the framware from sammobile
i downloaded the ksa 5.1.1 framware from sammbile and i installed using odin
after the install end the phone didn't work and it stucks on the samsung slogan
i tried to open the download mode and make wipe data and wipe cach but still didn't work
i try another framware and make every thing
but the phone still stuck on the samasung slogan
i want to your help guys

Try flashing stock firmware via Smart Switch.
1. Download Smart Switch.
2. Put your phone in download mode
3. Press "more"
4. Press "Emergency software recovery and initialization"
5. Device initialization
6. search for you device - For example SM-G920F
7. Type in S/N number that was on the back of your phone.
8. Follow the steps and it should reinstall stock android for you.
!!Beware that your files and stuff will be gone!!
Dear All,
A friend of mine have Galaxy S6 Edge G925F , Suddenly the device started to restart and stucked at bootloop.
Tried Wipe Data and Cache With no Luck
Installed the latest firmware for Germany G925FXXS4DPJ5 and still the same problem
i can enter download mode, Recovery, Charge normally while device is Off with no problem at all, no Visible errors in any part.
when i just arrive at the initial setup pages - as the device is hard resetted - the device start to restart.
Any idea how can i solve this, i guess it's a soft bricked not a hard since there is no damage appear while in hard reset or flashing firmware via ODIN

i have samsung ace3 7272
from 3 days i woke up i found my phone restarting ..after 20 second it restarted again and again over and over with no stop
i tried to do factory reset from mobile and from (Home+power+ up voulme ) but i couldnot !! i tried to root my mobile but when i open (power+home+up voulme ) and choose the root error ( E:failed to verify whole files signeture ) i downloaded software from internet and tried to put it and i couldnot .. my mobile dont accept any thing .. when i change any thing like turning off wifi when it restarts again it returns on like past i dont know what to do now please help me to fix this problem
try to update your firmware or change your firmware in other country like ksa or eu.
I rooted my phone a a few days ago and now I'm trying to get back the official firmware which should be possible.
I flashed TWRP, SuperSU and "no-verity something".
Yesterday I tried to unroot my phone and I saw in a tutorial I only have to press the fully unroot button in SuperSU and it should work.
Well it did, but I still couldn't open Snapchat I thought it was TWRP. I saw that I need root access to uninstall TWRP. I tried to flash SuperSU once again and then my phone just gave up.
It didn't break or something, but when I boot my phone normally it I get an error message, I have a german phone... I can't translate it perfectly, but it says some "integrity check" has failed and I have to factory reset my phone. That's where the problems started.
When I press the "reset" button, it tries to factory reset my phone, but I think it can't read internal memory. When I connect it to my PC it only shows my SD card.
When I go to wipe on TWRP it shows "internal memory 0MB" and I think it has some difficulties reading the internal memory.
My question is, is there a possibility to get the J710FN firmware and all the things back, like the original recovery and all the things.
I tried to flash the original global firmware via ODIN3 v3.12.3 but it fails. My phone says "SW REV CHECK FAIL Device: 4 Binary: 3"
I just want to get back the original firmware without any rooted things so my phone works again.
Oh and I tried to factory reset it in case somebody thinks that's the problem.
Factory resetting doesn't work, because I THINK my phone can't read the internal memory.
I really hope someone can help me.
You can ask me any kind questions for information you need to gather to help me.

I think sw rev check fail (software reverse)mean's that you are trying to flash an out dated firmware (in comparison to the firmware that your phone has on it now)Your phone will block you trying to downgrade your firmware.
Before you do anything you could try the emergency software update and Initialisation in smart switch,I think you need is your phone's serial number(if you still have the box i will be on there)
If all else fail's you could try downloading the most up to date software from sammobile and flash it with the most up to date version of odin you can find

What I did:My girlfriend had a S6 ,and for the last months he starts acting wierd like freezing mostly random but often when it's charging , sometimes get an icon with an empty battery and an exclamation point ,aflter a while he shut off and starts a bootloop with no acces to recovery mode only download mode,so after a month or so she decided to give it to me to try do something (meanwhile she replace-it with another phone).
First i am not an expert by any means but i love technology and love to learn something new so i try to charge-it to see if he can hold charge and the battery was complet dead but start to charge and even after 2 days of trying to enter recovery mode or something with couple hours of freezing on samsung logo he died from battery so i thinked that it was a software problem not a hardware and start reading about flash and rom's , i didn't have any build number or anything , just the model ,and i downloaded the last rom from sammobile acording to my country ,flashed succesfuly ,installed updates afler the odin flashed but stil on boot loop , but now i can acces recovery mode , so i factory reseted with no luck , so i start read about Nand erase all and i decided to try-it ,i find the pit file on the forum wich was SM-G920F OXX multi CSC ( BGL CYO RTL MET MSR ORX ROM SEB SEE SIO TEB TOP TPH TSR TWO XEH XEO ) but i think that is a bit old ,only say's for android 4 5 6 ,because after that he start freezing , i start flash-it again just with the rom not with pit , and when it says installing updates not even loading something and appears "No command" or "Erasing" on a blue screen.
Please , i wan't an advice , what is the best thing to do next , is that the correct pit file ?where i can find the ones for version 7.0 of android ,is there a way to fix-it?I can provide photos or videos any info.

LE: I resolve the issue by finding the corect rom and pit using the builnumber from the phone case , the secret is to wait after the rom flash ,even the phone seems to be stuck at samsung logo ,just wait at least 10 minutes before do something
