Multi CSC Problem

Hello! I have galaxy s6 duos and want to flash firm http://live.samsung-updates.com/details/48693/Galaxy_S6/SM-G920F/SEK/G920FXXU2BOFJ.html with region csc SEK, BUT this firmware are multi csc and always applies region SER....... what i can do with this without root and tripping knox ?

Try flashing this latest 5.1.1 ROM (CSC: SEK) via odin. After flashing go to recovery mode and do full reset.
If it does not work bring your S6 back to Samsung for free factory reflash to enable your region CSC.

Are you sure that your phone has SEK as CSC? If you flash a multi CSC rom and SER is automaticlly applied, then your phone has SER CSC.
You can change that by flashing the SEk firmware and do a factory reset afterwards. That will wipe your phone and change your CSC to SEK.

Here you go. Latest 5.1.1 stock ROM (CSC: SEK) for you to flash ASAP via odin to hopefully restore your CSC to SEK.

After installing android will select the CSC from those available and match it to the one already on the phone.
The only way to change your CSC is to root and then use the Samsung CSC changer .... but why? as the firmware will stay the same.

from factory my phone haved csc from mauritus, im flashed ser firm and changed it, after that im tried original firmwares with csc from france, england, netherlands, and then flashing csc with SEC code and nothing - always applied csc SER.... this firmware witc csc SEK contains multiregions csc SER SEK SKZ CAC but i dont know why always apllied region SER

because we have apps wich cant be installed with region SER, only SEK

so it seems that u should root then change CSC ................but i believe that the apps on play store determine your region by internet connection ,and apps which are installed with the fresh rom should be available on play store for free you can simply find then instead of tripping knox......any way if u need help i can help u ....i have changed my CSC code by rooting my device as it's already out of warranty

If I do this can I return my phone back to tce? If I do Smart Switch recovery it gets me CPA.
How can I get back? Knox not tripped nor rooted.
Originally TCE but now CWW while trying to get IUS.
PS: I've tried also Sammobile TCE and still gets me CWW/CPA/CPA

i have a s8 of claro Argentina (CTI), last month flash with odin firmware ARO (Argentina), if i flash this firmware it will recover the wifi calling, ´cause the firmwares CTI donwloaded by samfirmware no have wifi calling. Thank, sorry for my english.:good:

Hi how to change csc by default? For example for this firmware csc by default is CPA i need the csc CTI?

save all your data
Power off the device
- remove the sim tray.
- Go to recovery , HOLD home ( or bixby button ) + Volume up together , and power up
- In recovery , chose factory reset .. This will give a warning and then reset everything
- Choose power off , in the recovery and insert sim tray .. you should do this before booting up as your CSC will be configured when you will start
- Power on the phone , wait and . then chose restart to system now when asked
- wait and after reboot , your CSC have change according the sim tray
tested on my G950FD and change OXM CSC from XSG by default to XEF

Thanks i try, but don´t work because i change de csc of same carrier but diferents country. This method work for change the country in the firmware debranded, not in my cases. :good:

you can try :
:save all your data
install 4 file firmware with ODIN ( select CSC...tar.md5 and not home_CSC file )
power off
power in recovery mode for wiping cache partition and data/factory reset http://wgnszoz9s1.1fichier.com/ and power off
power on
signe with a google account
power off
reflash the same firmware
if don't work , you can try with combination file :
combination file = original firmware without CSC ( cache.img ) + pit file + a cache backup ( cache.img is empty with only the command ) for coming back to your original CSC
-flash combination file
-device will boot in factory mode
-Tap Factory IMEI and enter the code *#243203855#
-it will show you list of available CSCs, choose the one you need and tap install, phone will reset/restart.
flash original firmware with 4file firmware ( CSC and not home_CSC )

go to samsmobile and download the official firmware with the XSP CSC then flash through ODIN. Note that this will wipe all data, but it DOES NOT need root as it is done through downloader mode and resets the phone completely.

Change CSC to enable native call recording (SLK only) #2

Dear All,
I have tried to flash with Odin THL and many other firmware (ILO, SLK, XXV) in order to change CSC and have the native call recording enabled.
But no success, unfortunately, all the firmware are MULTI CSC and my CSC has been changed but to one which does not support call recording.
For example, flashing THL firmware my CSC is changed to XME (Malaysia).
Do you know a method (even if it is a paid method) to change the CSC on tab s6?

Find a solution.
1. using ODIN flash the SLK firmware from sammobile (tried with ILO and THL and it doesn't work): T865XXU2ASL3 T865ODM2ASL3
2. go to phone app and digit *#272*your imei number#
3. select CSC SLK ad tap install.
done.
hoping this could be helpful for some one who want to have native call recording enabled.

Because on N10+ I have also tried the code on ITV and it didn't work, but I didn't tried with SLK fmw because I paid for kasko warranty and I am going to ask Samsung to replace my device and I want to be sure they will accept it as original

i found this post, tested on my note10+ and it shows the csc menu changing, but not tried to change it.

My phone was originally TEL/TEL/TEL (Australia) in an OXM multi-CSC. I tried factory reset with am Israeli SIM but the CSC didn't change to ILO. So in order to get call recording, I flashed XID firmware with Odin, which worked fine (Android 11). I now have XID/XID/TEL with an OLE CSC on Android 12. But there is Indonesian bloat that I'd prefer not to have.
Can I flash OXM back with Odin now (with HOME_CSC to avoid factory reset) and have it pick up ILO from my SIM card? I don't want to use Samkey or unlock my bootloader; if that's the only option I'll just keep XID. I would try, but I'm worried it will default to TEL instead of ILO, and not let me flash XID again (Android 12?) and then I'll be stuck without call recording.

You can remove the bloats using adb app control. you don't need to worry about other things
