Hello guys lml
I have the LG Leon from T-Mobile which has been locked with a Google Account.
I have gained access to the main menu which incluides WiFi, Bluetooth,Battery,Accounts,etc.
The menu has all the regular options but the "Factory reset" it is not included so I have no more clues to solve this puzzle.
Recently I saw a guy who post a picture claiming that he could unlock the Google account for $100 so I don't believe this is a option
I will try to post a picture of the box he claims that can unlock google accounts so if someone recognize it please tell me the name and where I can buy it

Hello,
I've had 4 phones stolen from my store during a break-in and one of them is still configured with our account, so I can install software through the Play Store.
I also have the Life360 locator activated.
But even with these features the police can't seem to find reason to look into it.
Is there a way for me to install any software/app that can either record conversations or take/upload pictures from the people who stole it?
I'd like to recover the phones, especially since my insurance won't pay for them.

But again... No one on XDA can help with an account issue. Software issue maybe... But I'd provide details, not personal information obviously...you won't have much luck getting members to email you to help. :good:

My husband and I both have Samsung Galaxy S6's and honestly we have had nothing but weird issues, for example, the operating system is always flawed, we have had sign in issues with Google. There are unknown devices on the google account and also unknown devices on the wifi as well. The device seems to be under someone else's control and we have talked to Sprint and Samsung technical support, both of which have claimed there was absolutely nothing wrong with the device, and I would have to disagree! There is definitely something going on with the phone. Please any ideas are welcome and any step in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for your patience and for using XDA assist.
I would recommend visiting your nearest carrier store so that they will be able to see the problem themselves. Contacting them via phone or email will not show them the whole issue, as it is limited to what you can describe and what they have access to.
As for your Google account, check you google account settings on a computer to remove any unauthorized devices. If things go worse, you may have to deactivate your accounts.

I have finally joined the forum hoping to find out what if anything if going on with my phone. I have several screen shots of various instances that seem out of the ordinary. To top it off I found a ton of txt files with my phones information on it from Maa360. I desperately want to know if I'm under an administrators account and am possibly being monitored. All the way down. To my Gmail email. I think there is an administrator account over me there too. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

I have no idea what you mean by "having an administrator account" over you.

I just found that some developers from 4PDA are extremely talented, and I want to contact them, but:
1. Can't create an account in the site, it prompts me with a captca I can solve, even knowing a little bit of russian
2.Someone provided me with an account there, but I also can't login to the damn page.
3.None of the guys are active in XDA, even the ones who have profiles registered here.
So I wish someone could help in with one of these options, so I can bring good material for Galaxy S6/ S5 and Xperia C to XDA (my device that I'm currently struggling with).
I would be grateful if you:
1.Create an account there for me and show me how to log into it.
2.Contact the developers for me.
Any of these options would be of help, thanks.
