[Completed] HTC One M8 - Bootloop / TWRP unable to mount '/data' - XDA Assist

So here's a short story.
Ordered Unlocked HTC M8 from China. It arrived and worked but was missing the update option and was stuck on 4.4.4.
Found out the MID was Verizon's 20000
Got Verizon image which worked, which locked the phones SIM card and branded everything Verizon.
I wanted to get the Developer version, so I changed my phones MID to 12000 and tried a few images. None worked, but now the phone is boot looped and nothing works.
Tried to load the Verizon image back on, but now I cannot because MID is wrong. Can't change the MID because I only have access to fastboot and I need ADB.
Tried using TWRP to flash other images, but every ROM requires a format. The format fails TWRP unable to mount '/data'
The most promising one so far was SkyDragon's, but got "set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed" error on the Aroma installation.
I have literally spent the last week and a half stressing out and trying to get this phone working. I've never flashed a phone before and it's been a complete ****.
If I can at least get the MID back to 20000 I can flash the Verizon image back on it and send it back to the seller.
I've tried googling the issue, but every single tutorial I've found is full of dead links or incompatible ROMs.
Phone is HTC M8. Phone is Unlocked. Fastboot works and I have TWRP recovery installed.
I am at my wits end. Please help.

Tried Format option under TWRP.
Phone plugged into my PC at the time and tried to mount every possible drive letter.
Phone now appears to be off and isn't responding at all.
Plugging it back in just causes it to try and mount every letter again.
How screwed am I?

[Completed] [Q] Moto G 2nd Gen stuck on reboot

Today I started to have some problems with my moto g xt1063, it keeps rebooting but I can't figure out why. Sometimes it goes to the home screen but most of the times it gets stuck on the bootloader warning screen before rebooting. I can access recovery though.
I had planned to install cyanogenmod on it a couple of months ago but I got stuck on an "Error updater binary in zip" so I just gave up.
I have a backup on my computer (mac) but since I can't get the phone to sync by usb I was wondering how to copy it via recovery (clockworckmod v6.0.4.7) or if it's best to buy a micro sd and try to install from there.
The device is running Official Rom provided by Telcel (México). It has SuperUser on it too, I had a notification about the binary but updating didn't fixed the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

[Completed] [Q] Can Somebody Please Help My With My HTC One (M7)

Okay so I love my HTC One but..... A while ago out of the blue, It started acting funny. The operating system (Android Revolution at the time) started to stop working. I'd never had any troubles with Android Revolution until then. So I decided to re flash the OS, which was a really bad idea. I made a TWRP backup before I started anything, like I usually do. I was planning on doing a full system wipe for a clean install so I needed to move the backup off the device. That's when I found out that the USB wasn't working so I ended up moving the backup via wifi. So I gave the phone a full wipe and started installing my OS again (A newer version of Android Revolution). It definitely wasn't corrupt, I checked the Md5 sum. From there it refused to install so I gave up gave it all another wipe and I tried to put the old backup back on but I couldn't. That's where I'm at now and have been the last month or two.
Current State:
Able to access bootloader and recovery only
Nothing on the device's storage
Only Charging while off
Not recognized by my computer (ADB and Fastboot)
Not able to mount USB OTG in TWRP
Not able to mount system in TWRP
What I have Tried:
Different USBs
Just about every different driver I can find
Different ADB and Fastboot versions
Different computers
Device Information:
M7_UL
S-ON
HBOOT-1.56.0000
RADIO-4A.17.3250.14
OpenDSP-v32.120.274.0909
Recovery - TWRP v2.6.3.3
I've been looking all over the internet for a solution but I can't find anything to help me fix this.

[Completed] Galaxy S3 SGH-i747 - Boot loop - tricky situation(hooking up to pc not an option)

Hi thanks for reading not sure if this is the correct place to post. I'm rather lost on my options and fear that I've essentially totaled my phone.
USB isn't recognized(yes I've updated drivers and confirmed my cord allows data transfer and tried with usb debugging on and off), this is a hand-me-down phone I received rooted, attempted to apply Cyanomod (successful but got the No SIM issue even though I could call and receive texts no data though) proceeded to follow http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1831898
However after installing the latest modem my phone went into soft brick - boot looping.
I then decided to wipe Cache - D.Cache - system - Data. After doing this over and over I accidentally wiped internal data as well (fixed this issue by buying a micro SD card today) So now I got all my .zips and roms back where I can still flash.
Still in a boot loop and have read that maybe my recovery (TWRP) could be the cause of this, seeing how I've basically wiped everything multiple times to try and get to the bottom of this.
Is there anyway I can use the Command Terminal IN TWRP to flash a newer version of TWRP ( because I had not used the latest TWRP )
If so can you please give me the command line in which I could use the .img of twrp-3.0.2-0-d2att.img and when going into the Command Terminal at what level should I select?
I really can NOT afford another phone atm and I'm very gracious for any help. I've watched and read many useless videos/articles over the last few days and can't seem to find a video that would involve not using a PC to use Odin.
P.S. - I'm also prepared to go back to stock everything if that's what's called for atm but first this boot loop is the issue. Thanks in advance.

[Completed] HTC One m8 Eye - Stuck in Bootloader

Hello Guys,
I was trying to root my HTC One M8 Eye. As you know it is a bit different to root Marshmallow.
I have unlocked the bootloader and then the next step was to recover an image from the fastboot menu.
When I did it seems that I have picked the wrong boot image.
Which made my device stuck in the bootloader system
I have tried all the options possible "Factory Reset, Reboot, Reboot Fastboot, Recovery" Everything.
Nothing works..
Any one knows what to do?
It would be a real pleasure
