We all know the infamous PhabletUI, don't we?
There is no simple way of getting back the TabletUI, but there are some possible workarounds
See the attached screenshot for the result...
What you need:
1) root
2) Xposed framework installed
3) Button Savior https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smart.swkey
4) text editor and file manager
Order of operations:
1) Install Button Savior and configure it to your liking, make sure it works
2) Install Xposed module from attachment and activate it, don't reboot just yet (sorry about the icon )
3) Edit /system/build.prop and add the following line
Code:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
4) reboot
Enjoy!
This is a quick guide to enable navigation bar on gt-i9500. So first of all I tell you that you require root access for enabling navigation bar. If u don't know how to do that so, install Kingroot and root your phone with it.
So my guide starts now:
1. Install Root Browser from Google Play Store.
2. Open Root Browser and grant root access.
3. Navigate to /system/build.prop.
4. Open build.prop using Text Editor.
5. In the end, just add this line:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
That's it! Do a full reboot and enjoy
Warning!!!
This Post is only tested on Cyanogenmod 12,13,14 . I have not tested it on any other rom. And you can also use note buddy.

1. Make sure that you have root
2. Download and install SElinuxModeChanger (xda app thread)
3. Open it and provide root access
4. Tap on Permissive
5. Donwload from Play Market this app
6. Tap on the black sun
7. The backlight is off
Works on android 7 and 8
Requirements:
. Root
. Android Pie
. File Explorer
. TWRP
WARNING: Neither me nor XDA is responsible for any issues that may happen on your device.
It is recommended to backup your rom
1. Go to the root tab of the file explorer and go to the vendor folder.
2. Inside the vendor> overlay> delete the following file: "framework-res__auto_generated_rro" (your device will reboot automatically, don't worry)
3. After the device turns on make sure the file is actually deleted. In that case, download the Navbar.zip file now, enter recovery mode and flash the file to TWRP and then turn on your device.
4. When you turn on your device, you may already notice the change, but if the navigation bar does not appear, go to settings> screen> navigation bar (you can use gestures if you wish)
ps: If you didn't like the change, you can go back to what you used to be with NavbarUninstaller.zip
