I did some changes in the platforms.xml file and now nothing is working...every app has gone not responding
i did a factory reset and now m stuck plzz help...what to do?

i have tried to install new rom with help of adb but that time unfortunately flashtool format all file from device. now my device not startup also and not respond. no any previous back up , ROM present into device.
