i have tried to install new rom with help of adb but that time unfortunately flashtool format all file from device. now my device not startup also and not respond. no any previous back up , ROM present into device.
what can i do???

When I trying to flashing Custom ROM I boot the phone into TWRP and then,I wipe all cache and data including system then,I install the ROM zip .After that I reboot system and it stuck on lenovo logo I push the power+volume up and it does not work.I also connect the phone with USB cables to my pc .Then, pc does not recognize the phone can somebody help me to fix this problem?
