while it is in power off mode and not opening my phone micromax canvas a1 is not able to connect to pc even iam unable to open its bootloader

When I trying to flashing Custom ROM I boot the phone into TWRP and then,I wipe all cache and data including system then,I install the ROM zip .After that I reboot system and it stuck on lenovo logo I push the power+volume up and it does not work.I also connect the phone with USB cables to my pc .Then, pc does not recognize the phone can somebody help me to fix this problem?
