Hello!
So, I've gotten my hands on a HOX+ and decided to install a ROM on it.
Unlocked the bootloader, rooted, did everything. Installed CM12.1 and tried to turn the phone on.
It showed the CM guy's head and the pulsating thing but nothing more.
I've tried another ROM and it was pretty much the same.
What do I do?

hiiii................i am new too flashing roms and kernels.............i rooted my htc desire x............after rooting it the first problem i tackled is that my phone is no longer detecting any sim card...........even the airplane mode work funny now................secondly the problem i faced is that when i flashed a custom rrom my mobile start to restart automatically again and again................i have tried vimiro rom and mysensedxd5 rom with nexus prime kernel but none worked...................plzzzzz somebody help especially with the sim problem........................i have got twrp recovery and nexus prime kernel on my phone.........waiting for reply

How do I deodex my phone or do I even need to, to install a rom/theme? I mean I've been trying to install the Dragon rom by Team Var and my phone won't go past the htc Powered by android screen. Also is there a rom for Boost Mobile HTC Desire 510 phones or kernel for lollipop? Also I'd like to know if I need to re-lock my boot loader?

I am having HTC desire x (t329w) indian model. but suddenly its stopped on main screen "HTC quietly brilliant" logo. i tried so many from here but i unable to start it if you guys help me that will really appreciated from new user like me.
I unlocked my phone. i downloaded all the software and recovery.img files but still cant able to do recovery. i think i getting issue because i am using windows 8 so i think i cant able to install ADB drivers properly...
pls help me. with instruction.

I just bought my HTC One M8 and I decided to root my device (I probably shouldn't have since I am a beginner). I downloaded the Venom Rom and the wifi broke (I forgot to read) and fast forward through a bunch of attempted troubleshooting I am now with a phone and I do not know what to do. Can I get some help please?

Ann appropriate RUU may be your only solution at this point, but it's hard to say, as there is a mystery as to what all was done to reach a bricked state.

Hello i bought a HTC One M8 today and everything was ok when i bought the guy reset the phone in front of me and left. i thought everything was ok until it said needed update so no problem i let it update but kept un reseting to do same update over an over for 3 hours straight. so i held volume down and power button and factory reset everything. not knowing it was custom rom. i believe it was dragon something. i i have been online 4 hours now looking for a way to fix it but no luck. the phone will only load to htc logo screen and thats all. i downloaded a RUU and no luck cant recongize my device. please need help asap. im know nothing at all about rom or flashing nothing im a noob!
