[Completed] Samsung galaxy tab 2 bootloop, recovery not working, pc doesn't recognize it - XDA Assist

Hi everyone, I'm facing a problem with my samsung galaxy tab 2 gt-p5100, device is constantly bootlooping, the strange thing is that i can get it to boot for about 30 seconds, but any action that I do doesn't register like if the system is "frozen", i can access CWM, but again nothing works, no wipe data/factory reset or anything else, I can get to download mode but pc doesn't recognize the tablet so i can't use odin. I'm running JB 4.1.2, debugging usb is enabled

Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
If you can still get to recovery then you may be able to use adb while in recovery to get out of the bootloop.

[Completed] [Q] I've tried everything and looked everywhere

Hey everyone, I'm using a GT-P5100 (3G + Wifi) O2 UK rooted tablet and for the last month it has been broken. It started rebooting itself randomly every now and then, and then suddenly it wouldn't even boot up for 15 seconds before it would restart itself again.
I am able to get into safe mode and I can get into the boot options, but when I factory reset it does nothing, I've tried from the boot menu, from safe-mode options and even from the dial up code.
I tried to connect my tablet to my PC as a media device and format it but that didn't work either; I can't connect it as a disk then format it that way because they took out 'mass storage mode' on this firmware.
I then tried to flash a stock ROM in Odin but every time I tried it would fail until I used Odin.v1.3, but guess what, it rebooted itself and my entire tablet is still exactly the same.
(the option was on AP ram in v1.3 not AP nand I don't know if that makes a difference.)
If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it so much. I have been trying for weeks to fix this and I just don't know what to do anymore, I tried on another forum but nobody answered me.
Hi,
This would be best posted in your device section so the experts who own your device can help. I will request this be moved to here,
> Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 > Galaxy Tab 2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
Make sure kies is not running to use Odin. End all kies processes in your task manager on the pc.
Good luck!
Thank you very much I have posted it there instead ^^
Thank you. Thread closed.

[Completed] Galaxy Tab S 8.4 - Can't get past through Samsung logo

Hello,
So I have a little problem. I was trying to install a ROM and did some mistake. I wiped almost everything on my tablet and restore the system. It said "there's no OS installed" and when I try to reboot I can't get past through the Samsung logo.
I know how to get to download mode and recovery mode, Odin recognizes my tablet while in download mode, but I don't know what to do. Kies, on the other hand, doesn't recognize my tablet and still says "Connecting..."
Can someone help me please?
