I have a rooted tablet and phone, both Samsung Galaxy. My tablet stopped connecting to the play store even when WiFi was available so I cleared the cache and removed data. This didn't work so I uninstalled updates.
This removed the app. I restored the tablet but I can't sign in to my Google account on boot . Error message says no connection, even though the WiFi is connected.
Now both Google accounts on my phone have red sync badges and I can't get on YouTube or play store, again no connection even though WiFi is connected
I've checked the date and time, deleted caches, deleted data.
Don't want to delete my account on my phone in case i can't sign in again!
Please help

Hello everyone,
So, my Google Nexus 5 basically couldn't sign into the Play store, and the Wifi and 3G signal were both showing up orange. I had towelroot installed, and someone recommended that I try a factory reset to see if that would solve it, but it didn't.
After a factory reset, the wifi and 3G signal are both orange, but any webpages I open up are perfectly fine. I can't use the play store or sign into my Google Account on the Phone, which means no email, no IM's, no apps. I really need to use my phone, as I'm travelling a lot and it's difficult to go without, especially now that all the contacts, messages, emails are gone. Everything was synced to my Gmail account, but I obviously can't access that either.
Can anyone help?
Hi everyone, I've been having problems getting on to my Google Play store app and whenever I try to open it says, "Check your connection and Try Again." I'm connected on good WiFi and I've tried running it on data but it still doesn't work. It also does this with some other Google apps such as gmail, but youtube seems to still work. It does show up with my account when I swipe left but I can't do anything. I've logged out and back in, reset to factory google play store, downloaded the newest version of the apk and cleared the data to the app in Google Play services and the Store itself... Please help me out...
So I have HTC explorer running on mini cm9.1.
Now every time I reboot my phone all my data including downloaded apps, contacts, messages, settings get deleted. Its just like factory reset. After rebooting if I add Google account I get the msg as browser , gallery, play store, trebuchet stopped working.
Interesting thing is it still remembers my WiFi password. How come all the data in my pbone including google account gets deleted after reboot but it remembers my wifi password?
If anybody has any solution please help me.Tired of importing contacts, adding accounts and redownloading apps.
Thank you.

Google talk authentication fails all the time
The phone can't sign in to google talk but I can sign in on a PC.
I can't download anything in the play store, it always failed with error DF-DLA 15
Updates all fail to download too
I've cleared data and cache and uninstalled updates and rebooted the phone until I'm blue in the face but it still won't work. When I first installed gapps-gb-20110115.zip the phone clearly showed: 'your google account is now linked to this phone'. The phone is connected to the internet using my home wifi and I can surf the net in the browser, so I can't understand what the problem is.
I hope someone can help before I go insane.
Started two days ago and booted me right out of Google Play. I didn't worry because I thought this is a WiFi error or google service might be affected.
After a couple of hours I started searching for a solution. There is no connection error, two wifi networks working.
First was to clear the cache on Google apps and services. I did that, reboot and nothing happened.
Second one was to remove the account and to add it back. I removed it, cleared cache, reboot. I was silly to test this, and now the phone is without any account - cannot add it back. cannot backup or restore.
Third one was speaking about some Google apps beeing disabled - I was encouraged that yes, indeed some Google app was disabled (Google Play Music). So I enabled it, I cleared cache, reboot and still nothing.
There was some old ideas that second-factor authentication might prevent connecting - I tested anyway, this is not the case here. Not connecting.
Any other idea or test? I am thinking of Factory reset.
