Looking for the Stock rom, flashable via odin for my soon to be purchased Galaxy tab 8.0 T330
Looks like there is zippo development for this device..
is it even worth purchasing?
You can root it, just no custom recovery yet. I love the tablet

Yes it is worth purchasing. I haven't even tried rooting this tablet because of the lack of custom ROM development for this tablet but the stock ROM works great on this tablet, in my opinion. Haven't had any major issues with it at all. I upgraded to this from the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" WiFi only model and haven't regretted making this purchase at all.
You can go onto sammobile.com to find the stock ROM to download it to your computer and it is flushable via Odin.

My installed stock firmware is T330NU_4.4.2_0032
I can not find that firmware on Sammobile... No US based firmware, only Canadian based..

That looks like its for a LTE model not the Wifi version
The current rom on my device is T33NUUEU1AND4
That would likely not work, and is not rated for this device..
I don't want to risk flashing a ROM for another device

Actually that is the wifi version. Sammobile typically lists the US wifi version as Cellular South. No idea why.
The NK1 means it is newer than your ND4.

I'm assuming its likely ok to install the Canadian version which is T330NUUEU1ANK1, but I'd rather wait for the official US version.. rather than install another functional yet not US version.. This tablet now has an unoffical TWRP port which works well.. So I have a working Nandroid back up which is based on the original T330NUUEUAND4 Firmware....
I have the sm-T330 NU wifi US model. It came with
the firmware T330NUUEU1AND4. I took the
System OTA update and the firmware was changed
to T330NUUEU1ANK1. Later I was able to root it
and installed TWRP 2.8.2.0.

Sharing some Exclusive Note 4 apps for those Note 3 users who don't want to root their cellphone.
Montblanc will work in S Note only when you have Note 4 S Note.
Those who are rooted can download this apps from Samsung App Store by editing build.prop to Note 4 values.
Edit build.prop files:

Hi, I installed the Montblanc content but nothing new shows up in the S Note pen selection, I also tried to restart the phone but without luck. Even the new wallpaper doesn't seem to be installed.
Any suggestion?
I'm running 4.4.2 on the stock firmware without rooting.
edit: I think it could depend on firmware version, but I suppose I couldn't even install it if it weren't suitable

You should have Note 4 SNote for montblac to work.
Edit: Yeah. It depends on firmware. Montblanc is exclusive only to UK based firmwares.

Firstly, region Lollipop for Note 3 isn't yet released.... from where did you downloaded?
Secondly, You should have Note 4 SNote not the one which comes preinstalled with Note 3 stock firmware, but the one which comes with Note 4 stock firmware.

I am on Android 5.0 Poland firmware.
First of all you have to be rooted and if you are rooted then you should make appropriate change in the build.prop file of your device such that Samsung App store should provide apps related to Galaxy Note 4.
Make following changes:
ro.build.product = trltecan
ro.product.name = trltecan
ro.product.device = trltecan
ro.product.model = SM-N910F
To be on a safer side use build.prop editor from play store.

Hey @ACroOsS just go the thread linked by amk19....the note 4 widget.....download from the lollipop link.....since you mentioned you are on lollipop.....then place the zip on SD card and flash it via custom recovery...
I did a bit of research and couldnt find a safe way to install custom recovery on note 3 lollipop.....so your best bet is either to search it yourself or wait for sometime.....

Even I don't have custom recovery installed.
I have flashed Lollipop using MOP with Knox 0x0 and Stock Recovery.
Instead of flashing from recovery, you download the required files and decompress / unzip it.
Then Copy paste (Replace) those files into the device using root explorer.
Before replacing take a backup.

I tried the Polish one and the battery life was awful, Bluetooth connections disconnect and Wi-Fi is awful too.
I went back to KitKat.
I did the same with my S5 4G+, I went back to KitKat and it's better than lollipop.
Be careful with lollipop...

I confirm your information. I got the update but the problem is that the TouchWizz launcher crashes when I want to move, delete or insert a widget or shortcut.
Anyone have a fix?
Maybe a Hard reset ?

You will have to keep on waiting .. You will get a 32bit 5.1.1 ROM, but not the 64bit ...

It is a no-go without a 5.1.1 Bootloader. I had those files really long time ago.
And why not 64 bit? . Exynos 5433 is 64bit, and in theory samsung with 5.1.1 or android M could to activate 64bit or not???? , Because If is impossible to enable 64 bit, I shall sell my note 4 and I will buy another smartphone with kyrin 950 for example with 64bit enabled.

With our news, we can know 5.1.1 for N910C still 32bit, and we still don't know why sammy not active 64bit for N910C, maybe because of memory issue like Galaxy S6.

the only missing is the bootloader. the file with the name boot_xxx is a kernel.

What a coincidence I ran across this thread. I literally just battled with this. It's ridiculously hard to find a c-spire rom for android phones. Anyway, you need to do like @sinopapa recommended and download SamFirm. Put in your device model (SM-G920R7 for S6, SM-G925R7 for S6 Edge) and for region put ACG and click the auto checkbox. You will then be able to download the latest rom directly from samsung. Just decrypt using the decrypt button and install via odin.
