No. I have asked them already... let's wait.
By now, you must go using the browser.
You better try in your PC, choose the city and then copy the address to use in the phone. Is simple by this way. Choosing in the phone could be hard.
hi
can some one post the apk file for download please. its not on market anymore
We need a link to download this apps...
Like xtasi wrote : it's not on market anymore
In the Windguru site, go to news, and search for Windguru to Android.
There is the Author and an Email adress. You better write him asking for a download link.

Wifi Proxy support for Android

Hey guys!!!
Been a lurker for long on xda. Have had a problem connecting to wifi through proxy on my desire running froyo for a long time. Searched and searched, but to no avail. None of the available fixes/hacks working for me. So, finally, have decided to build me my own app to get this done.
Now, am a bottle-feeding newbie when it comes to developing on android. So, any pointers to get me started would be much appreciated. Will keep this thread updated with my progress (if any )... provided the mods don't close this thread :
Its not easy friend. You are about to change Android system, not simply develop Android Apps. Proxy support expected to be solve all applications (not only Browser, Map, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Weather) connecting to internet. It must be build on top of http stack to direct all traffic to proxy server.

Problem with android and facebook links

Hey there! Im new to this forum, at least at writing.
I own a news website with a good amount of visits (150-200k page views per month), and seems like lately im having an issue with facebook and android. All the news we publish are also published on facebook with a link to the news on our website, as we get 80% of our traffic from it. Lately some users have been complaining about redirects from the facebook app: when they click the link on the facebook app, it redirects to ads websites, different every time. It seems to be just happening from android phones, and just from the facebook app.
If those same users type the link on the browser, they get to our website with no problem. It also seems to be happening just when using data from their plans, not with wifi, but we cant confirm it as we exactly dont know how many users have been affected with this redirects.
Our site seems to have no problems according to google webmasters tools, nothing happens on desktop version, just on android phones clicking links from the facebook app. Any idea whats going on? We are kinda lost at this.
Just in case, the site is running wordpress, premium theme, not many plugins.
Any help or idea would be appreciated. Thanks!

[Completed] Video from different sources doesn't always work in Android 4.4.2

Hi team,
I'm running a ZTE Nubia Z7 Mini (NX507J).
Not quite certain of my ROM; it was from NeedROM, and is essentially a cleaned-up rooted version of the standard Nubia ROM, based on Android 4.4.2 with most Google products removed. (In About, the build number ends in v1.82 if that's relevant).
I have problems streaming videos in certain apps and from certain sources, and can't figure out why.
These things are known to WORK:
- videos from YouTube in Mercury browser, Naked browser and the stock browser
- videos within the YouVersion Bible app
- videos on the StrengthCoach.com home page in both Flynx and Mercury browser
These things do NOT WORK. It's usually just black; sometimes there's some form of spinning load icon, or there's an error in the YouTube app:
- video in the YouTube app itself
- videos on the Facebook site within any browser
- videos on Vimeo in any browser
- videos within the Team App app
- videos from either Facebook or Twitter in the Metal app
* note, I got blocked from entering outside links... there are screenshots for each example at: img42 dot com slash collection slash wwk2y
I wondered if it was AdAway blocking things, but I disabled it and no change.
I'm only an amateur fiddler, so I know enough to randomly suggest things that might cause conflicts, but no idea whether those ideas are valid, or how to test or fix them.
If anyone had ideas, I'd be highly appreciative. Thanks guys.

Hello,
You need to post this query in the ROM thread, the developer/OP might be able to assist you. He knows the ROM in and out since it is his rom, so he might be able to have a look.

Oh, right - so it's based on capabilities built into the ROM itself? Thanks mate, will go hunting for the specific ROM then. Cheers.

Info on Whatsapp Plus after Malwarebytes article

Hello to everyone, I have been using Whatsapp Plus ( link here: wwwDOTofficial-plusDOTcom/ ) for almost an year thinking it was only a copy of the original app with some graphical mod. After reading this article ( blogDOTmalwarebytesDOTcom/cybercrime/2018/04/mobile-menace-monday-whatsapp-plus-fake ) I disinstalled it and installed the original app. The app I have been using is different from the one in the article but I'm afraid that even this one is capable of stealing personal data. Anyone here knows anything more? I tried searching on the web but I couldn't find a good answer.
P.S. I had to write DOT to repleace dots in the link because I'm a new member and I'm not allowed to post links.
Thanks guys!

I have read through the article and it seems although the application is not very dangerous per se, it will show you ads and make the phone go slower.
I recommend you always go with the official application if you want to avoid unwanted surprises
But the article says that it is capable of stealing data, I'm not concerned about ads. I tried to open the source code to find something but last code I saw was on Arduino
