Is somewhere here from Europe and can help me? I will sent the phone to you and pay you for the Service.
You have one option flash the FXZ with rsd light if your phone is detected and you can find the FXZ. With out an unlocked bootloader you can't flash a custom rom.

The FXZ from that site have been giving me issues as well problem is I don't think there is anywhere else to get one. Flash failed probably due to bad FXZ. I hate to say it but unless you get a good FXZ your screwed. The only other thing you could try is to push the boot. Img and system img through adb using command prompt. Google it since I have never tried it I can't give directions.

Okay so. I'm panicked. I was flashing viper ROM and didn't flash the boot.IMG like an idiot. So the ROM didn't boot. I had a backup and wanted to restore. Cwm wasn't booting up. So I hit factory reset. Then cwm decided to boot up. Tried to restore... my storage was cleared. So I figured I would mount sd and slap one on there. Storage wouldn't mount. So I was trying to figure it out by reading forums. I read a forum that said use the all in one toolkit and restore stock recovery. And so on. So I tried that only I could not find a stock recovery. So I hit the flash cwm again just to see if that might help. Now I can't even boot up cwm. All i get is boot noise and black screen with touch lights. No more cwm. I have an HTC one s T-Mobile USA. I am so lost. What do I do now?

Turn it off hold volume down button you should be able to go into BL mode...

you could try the next scenario:
from fastboot (hold down power+volum down) flash a recovery with fastboot tool; then flash boot.img from viper; then see if you're able to mount your SD as usb stick, and try to copy the viper's rom and flash it. If still doesn't work, I suggest to lock the bootloader from fastboot and flash a RUU, and you'll be able to start over.
Okay so here's the update. I found a stock recovery . Flashed it. Clear the storage. Factory reset. Reinstalled clockwork mod . Now I'm just trying to figure out how to use adb so I can push the flashable rom/nandroid file to my SD card. if I lock my bootloader revert to stock recovery how do I use in find the ruu? Not really sure what that is.

Unnoobed myself real quick.. if anybody is having the same issue read every post on the forum in the stickies section of Q&A Don't give up for any reason.
Step one
Learn android SDK adb stuff.
Step two
Read forum on unbricking in the stickies section of Q&A Read every post. It really helps.

any thoughts would be very helpfull
I don't understand. What are you trying to do? Flash CWM, it fails? Or do you already have CWM and you can't flash a ROM...?
Please explain in detail what you are trying to do, what you have attempted to fix it, and what error messages / info you get back.
Already have cwm after motochopper root method after bootloader unlocked, downloaded slim bean for sprint photon q, booted into recovery wiped partitions and flashed thing is it sticks at the bootanimation, so I waited for a bit after a fresh flash to no avail so I downloaded rds lite and necessary files to flash deleted the 2 lines in yhe xml file, went to flash comes up unknown flashboot command, tried a few times before I tried to flashboot flash twrp, but when I type the command to fasboot flash, error cannot load.img. either recovery or boot

Well that's odd - did you check the md5sum of the download? Make sure that you have a good download?
Can you give more details about your issue? Maybe a screenshot?

Boot into download mode, then hit volume down to boot back to system and you should be good. Then unlock your bootloader with EZ-Unlock 1.2. If that doesn't work, you can Odin the file in the previous post. I tried to flash it and it came up "bad file" twice. Didn't try Odin. Maybe it will flash using that.

You have to extract the file from inside the zip that i linked, and then Odin will accept it. Ez-unlock isn't in the play store, so I think I'm just going to Odin it and use beans town to root and unlock.
I take it download mode didn't get you back to start. If you're using Casual to unlock sometimes it doesn't take so make sure you're unlocked before booting into recovery or you'll get the same screen. Didn't know that about the .zip, just trying to help. Same thing happened to me. Good luck.

Hi Guys,
I know a lot about rooting & flashing roms and odin only except fastboot ( I am noob for fastboot )
I have been facing battery drain issues regarding 05Q update. I would like to revert to 44s but how? My phone is not yet rooted neither unlock bootloader. Please let me know about your suggestions.
There are tons of ways to do this however all will cause a data wipe. There is an official roll back zip floating around the one plus forums if you do a search I am sure you will find it and then just follow the instructions on the inside.

Alright, that means i can root opo and flash 44s through custom recovery? What about fastboot ?
You can also just download the signed 44s image from CMs website. Do a fastboot OEM unlock the flash the signed 44s via fastboot to your phone. No need for ant custom recovery or even root. But this whole your device but then again so will all other methods.

I understand that there is no root for this ROM but does this mean that once I install I lose root COMPLETELY? As IN I won't even be able to access my custom recovery and switch ROM's after STOCK LOLLIPOP installation?? Thanks in advance and thanks for the ROM. I've been waiting for this for a good while now. =)

battery life
My battery life with this rom is really good. gotta let it settle in for a couple cycles then you will notice this.
There us root for this rom. Im rooted, and so far have no problems. Rom is running great. Battery life is amazing.
Once you flash supersu after flashing the Rom you need to download the supersu app from the play store.
Then you need to update the binaries fir supersu to work. Since we cant get a custom recovery like twrp fir this rom, its better to update the binaries the normal way.

Download links?
I can't get the drive or mirror links to work. Anyone else having issues with downloading?
The instructions clearly say flash supersu. You need to download the latest supersu which is 2.46 and flash that after you flash the Rom.
Than reboot and do what i mentioned above.

Fastboot Mode
The Rom runs but I can't do anything else. I have no root, no recovery, and fastboot commands don't do anything. I've read through all the possible solutions, and even tried rooting it using the LG root script given a few pages back. Followed everything correctly but nothing works. The commands usually show this, and stays at the "waiting for device" screen.

Sadly, not the case with mine. I get an error message saying "Tried to install loki_tool, no luck, please try manually installing loki_tool, app will exit."
Heres to hoping an official OTA from T-Mobile within this ROM will fix everything.

For whatever it's worth, you can use the LGMobile Support Tool to download the 30b update as well. Just did that and it worked like a charm.

Any idea how to go back to my Cloudy G3 rom? I still have my backup on TWRP and my root and everything!

Use CloudyFa's ioroot or TowelRoot and then use AutoRec! It worked for me flawlessly! You might have to wait a bit at the start up screen for AutoRec. Hope it works man! I just got back to my Cloudy G3 rom!
