I've rooted some days ago my mate7 but wrongly i delete the default "email" app and the default "exchange service".
What could i do now? :crying:
I've already install some email apks and also exchange service ones but there aren't the same as the default!
Could someone help me?

Why not copy the files to storage before removing? First thing you should do. I always leave Exchange in there and just take out Gmail and Email.
If anyone is to help you, what model Mate 7 and ROM is it on? You can't just copy the files from LP into KK and have it work for instance.

Hi guys,
Is there anyway to save the apps you download from Markedplace? I've bought couple of paid apps and now I'm going to install a new ROM, so it would be really nice not to pay for them again(each time). Are they downloaded as cab files or what?

Marketplace will remember the applications you have bought based on your Windows Live ID, so when you install a new rom just login and select "my apps" to download them again.

I need to use exchange to sync with my company's calendar.
I have noticed that other Nexus 5 has an "Exchange" option when one goes to Setting --> Accounts --> Add an Account --> Corporate

But my Nexus 5, which is also a stock ROM with no modification, doesn't even have this "Exchange option"

I desperately need that exchange option. How to get it? Is there an stock email app that I can download / flash?
My phone is rooted with no custom recovery installed. Can I get away without a custom recovery?

Do you have tibu and did you freeze or delete exchange services? You should have an exchange option. I'm on stock, rooted too and have no problems.
Hi guys.im a persian and cant write english prefectly. i have a g730-u10 phone. i removed offical phone and contacts android app. after it when i install a contact or phone app like contacts+ and want to add a contactT it says to me that "there is not an app for adding a contact". i search every apk downloading sites and play store but dont found an app for doing it. where can i download offical contacts app to adding contacts to my phoen.
other says i nedd to change my offical rom and reinstall it. but size of it about 1.5 gb. another apps like go contacts can saving contacts but it doesnt sync my contacts to viber, facebook, google+ and etc.
Try a gapps package that is the same version of android you have, take out the contacts apk from there and sideload it to your phone

Yes, you either need the original files you deleted to get things working right again, or you need to flash your factory firmware again. I can't find them on XDA unfortunately, so you'd be best to ask here for help....

I was in China last week and I purchased a Huawei mate 7 64GB (yes 64GB). I was unable to load google apps, until I returned to USA (where I am now).
Now I installed all google apps, including gmail.
I have even rooted (non an easy task...)
But I cannot yet build a google account and therefor I cannot have my contacts synced to my desktop (where I use gmail and google contacts).
I understand that I a running a Chinese version, but can someone help me?

I forgot to say that I have upgraded to the latest OTA version of android, via the intenal updater.
Currently I am on EMUI 3.0

If you have cwm it, then it suffices to a flat gapps package.

Yes, I did root and I do have cwm, and I can download, one by one, all google apps, but NOT gaaps! I do not want why.
I know that in China google is severely restreicted, to the point that even the main gooogle website is inaccessible, probably the Huawei developer have installed a sort of filter?
Any more ideas?
Shall I install a new custom ROM?

How to install all Google app with/without root in chinese model
I have the same model/type of chinese 122 versión and I found the solution here.
The page is in spanish but it is very easy to understand.
Find all google apps inside the chinese website whichs came with the phone.

All Gapps can be found there, it only question of install them.

I know nothing. It is only royalty right, not inserted. It is enough but if you reflashing the package (zip in CWM) to. What you do not need, you can delete then yes. The APKs separately to install does not work. Use the package and FLASHE it in cwm.

I already deleted in settings but it still stays in email app. Any idea how to sync contacts via people on cm12? Pls help.

For root access I believe you first have to enable development settings (which is done by going to about phone and touching the build number until it is enable). After that scroll down and you should see an option that says "Root Access". If you want to turn it on select " App Only" and now apps should be able to trigger root. For the email and sync I'm not sure. I believe the sync option is given when you first add your Google or any other account. For your email problem try going into settings, selecting apps, scrolling down to email and clicking on "clear data" and "clear cache". Then reboot your device.
