Hey guys. I just wanna know if there are any lollipop status bar mods for stock kitkat? I tried many status bar mods and all of them are bad, like miseligned and such, but I really want other icons, stock kitkat are bad, I want flat one like on lollipop. Is this possible? Thanks.
Use xposed and the flat style bar indicators module

I don't think it has icons I want =(. I want big icons like stock, just something like a port of lollipop status bar icons for kitkat. There are many many mods, but all of them are more like iOs style or just aren't properly aligned.

Not sure if you are trying to be rude or smth. I asked because there are plenty copies/ports but none of stock LG like from lollipop (atleast I couldn't find).

Edit: you could also use G2TweaksBox and color the icons white as I did before this module.

Woah, pretty dope. Haven't realised it was that good, gotta try it. I hope alarm, volume and all icons will be aligned properly, that's my concern.
Btw another question, are mobile network indicators (eg. 3G) themed? Because I tried xstana and it was close to perfect, only 3G indicators weren't themed so it was out of order with modded icons.
With all the mods I had either first or second problems. =(

Network indicators is themed and everything is aligned. If you feel its not, you can resize everything, move them to the left, right, up and down.

Hey guys... working on a theme for CM6 and wanted to post what i got done so far... right now its just the framework, and I'm not even done with that yet
This is a port of my black gloss theme for vibrant, but as CM is so different from touchwiz, I have had to change quite a few things.
Please do not use these images in other things without permission
Leave your feedback... and if there's enough interest, I'll speed up development on this.

Beautiful!
looks nice and sleek
Looks really nice, my suggestions:
1. Make it nightly compatible.
2. The lockscreen slider icons are too dark, make it lighter.
Cheers!!"
Looks really great, can't wait to see more
love it !!!!! Cant wait!!!!!!!
The dialer is amazing..seen it over in the galaxy thread
Just flashed, and must say, I really like. I threw some screen shots up on the "post your home screen" page. This is the first theme I've found where everything is black/grey, everything other one either had color in the notifications or somewhere. Really like the UBS connection screen. Awesome job!!
Hey can u do the dialer? I have ur adw theme and i think at least for me it just needs the dialer finished to be complete!! Wicked job so far though

No they aren't. I dont like theming icons since i cant make everyone happy. Someone always complains and wants a version without icons.

is there any chance you could post background from you pictures up.... have seen it before but cant find it,.....
Thanks Bro had theme on phone for a few days and love'n it tonnes of compliments on it
do you have to boot into recovery mod to install this theme? I just want the top and bottom part you know where the top icons are ie wifi, battery, etc.
Are there any mods to the battery/signal bar icons in the notification bar that work on the new CM6.1 ? Don't really need a full theme, I like the stock vanilla lockscreen when it is unthemed mainly... just want to get rid of those 2 god awful icons.

I used the UOT Kitchen to replace the battery icon. Lots of choices. Still working on the Signal Strength Meter. I'd like to use something from Riptide. I will be tinkering a bit today. I will let you know if I come up with anything.

Please do, I don't need anything fancy... the battery looks like someone drew it with a crayon >< Would just like something a little more crisp.
Either way, thanks for the reply
There has been a lot of photos of gingerbread and it minor ui changes..One of them are the black and green notification bar with the gray when you drop it down..Im wondering if any themer can make a notification bar JUST like it..I know alot of people will love this and I would too..Im running on a Nexus One CM 6.1 nightly build..Morph or flash-able by recovery is ok with me!
thank you for all the time you themers take to make Android great!
I am sure, somebody will get you theme soon...
But, probably the first thing I will do, is: get rid of Gingerbread´s statusbar layout

Actually in the same video they show the android version, and it was Gingerbread.
The video: http://goo.gl/pLtcP
The build number is hidden so its unknown if this is a newer or older build. The date however is 12/3.
Since when does "Android Version" shows you the Codename of the version?
+ it got the old statusbar icons..
+ Sony's pretty well known for not being stock Android at all.

Hello,
could anyone please make some navbar mods.
Like 36 dp or 32dp, in my opinion the navbar is just too huge.
Thanks.
Depends on what ROM you have as they're not universal. Need framework, systemui apk as well as a deodexed rom.
oh sry.
For stock rom
Edit:
I already tried it myself, but i cant get i to work. So it would be awesome if someone could make a 36dp version for stock.

Until someone makes mods or custom Roms which are able to change the size of the navbar, you can adjust the DPI in build.prop, which will make the navbar smaller.

If it's any help, I've dropped my DPI to 380 in build.prop. Perfect for me

Changing sizes of navbar is easy. I've done it in the past. There aren't much custom ROMs at the moment, only choice that I would choose is SlimKat but still on stock for myself. So if you guys want it done then attach systemui.apk, framework-res.apk and I can do it.

Stock DPI is WAY too high on this device. You don't get to take advantage of the great resolution on the screen unless you reduce it. I highly recommend doing this as well.
Anyone been able to add a menu button? Can't seem to figure that on out..

Can someone point me in the direction to where I can learn how to change the DPI in "build.prop"?
Please note I really have no idea where to start, but would love to know how to do this in the future as most nav bars always seem to be too large. Appreciate the help.
Thanks
Edit-
I came across these tutorials. http://modstorm.co/tutorials/ Would you say its tutorials for decompiling android apps, and changing navbar height are accurate?
Thanks

Visit the play store. Download Rom Toolbox Lite. Open the app. Slide to the performance tab. Select build.prop Editor. Find the "ro.sf.lcd_density". Change the value. $profit$.

Is there a way to completely remove the Nav Bar. I do worded an app from the play store but it made my phone freak out really bad.

There is 1 custom rom right now that has adjustable nav bar height. Released today I think. Not sure if it will disappear if you set it to 0%, but you can shrink it down. 60% works well for me.

Hey guys. So the thing is I would like to see some sort of port of status bar icons from stock LG Lollipop to Kitkat. The ones on Kitkat just suck and I tried many modules, none of them are good enough, some aren't properly aligned, some make the phone lag (FSBI).
The thing is I used to have S3 and it would get all sort of status bar ports from GS4, GS5 and etc. and I would like to see the same for LG G2. I hate alarm icon especially and want to change it but can't find a proper alternative.
If it's possible, can anyone do that? If not, maybe teach me how to do it , at least kinda change that alarm icon myself? I tried googling but couldn't find any good guides for that, so.
hey i remember you from the s3 forum mate! unfortunately there really aren't much ports of these sorts for the g2, only some mods like iOS icons and aosp icons...why haven't you updated to LP yet by the way?what rom are you using?

Hey, nice to see you !
Btw yeah, that's what I'm talking about , all of them are mostly iOS-like. As for stock LP, I'm not using it because of that animation when going in to recents from an app, it looks bad, also performance isn't really that great, especially after long use. I prefer CM12 over stock LP so...
As for now I'm kinda sticking with stock Kitkat. It's the most 'complete' ROM as for me.
