Hi Kalpesh,
Did you try to root the phone? Can you mention what were your actions before your phone got stuck in a bootloop?Did you upgrade your firmware or did you try to flash a custom ROM?Or was the bootloop sudden without any probable reason?

Hi kalpesh,
You have 2 options now,the first one is going to an authorized honor service center and getting your phone repaired at an expense.
Second is using the trial and error method by the remaining possible ways you can use to unbrick your phone, the most probable one being the use of fastboot,I will try and prepare the step by step method for you till tomorrow,it is very late right now hence signing off,g'night.

Hi I am active now, first thing you need to try is to enter recovery mode,
Power off your device.
Boot in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up, Volume Down and Power Button at the same time.
Release all buttons when the Huawei Honor 6 screen flickers and in a few seconds the Recovery screen will appear.
If it does revert and I will tell you steps ahead,if it doesn't..well yet revert and tell me ASAP.

Hi there is one more method I suggest you to use,
THE 3 BUTTON RESET
tell me here if you have any update.app file downloaded on your SD card and do mention exactly which version update have you downloaded by accessing the memory card from another phone.

Hi I have already tried for recovery method, however when I released these 3 buttons post logos is seen my phone switched off. I was doing some troubleshooting on this and I noticed if I remove memory card my phone goes into recovery mode, however my update.app is stored on memory card this does not help either.
Let me try and change memory card to see if this helps.

Even I am facing same issue.
Even I am facing same issue.
Could anyone help me out to resolve the issue.
Even I am facing same issue but when I keep on charging it starts and is working fine. as soon as I remove the charger it switches off and constantly displays honor 6logo after 7secs interval. I tried hard ,soft reset,3button combo but all in vain. I am on emui v3 and I have not rooted my phone .pls help me
This is not any hardware issue, Its software.
3 Button method wont work unless you have dload folder in your SD card with proper update.app file.
You can enter recovery only using VOL+ then POWER key together, Hold them until you are there.
There you will get limited options like reset/cache clear etc.
You should download latest software for your model, Place dload folder in your SD using card reader or other device.
Then with 3 buttons method flash it, lollipop is most stable.
Having the same issue here, exact symptoms as Ameya103, but now it doesn't even work with the charger plugged. just keeps resetting.
I tried the 3 button method but instead it went to a screen saying (Huawei software installing, do not press powerkey or remove battery) and a loading bar. it just stopped at the very end (almost 99%) and now nothing is happening.
Oh yeah, it was connected to my pc when I pressed the 3 buttons...
Me too!

Hi! I too had the exact same problem!
> Infinite boot loop.
> Can't boot into any rescue mode.
> Even when the battery is dry, it wouldn't charge. If I plug in the charger, it would reboot continuously.
I somehow managed to fix it. Dunno if it will work for you. But give it a try.
== Let the phone reboot until the battery dries.
== Now turn on the computer and have the Huawei multi-tool installed with Universal ADB driver ready.
== Now, while pressing the down volume key, insert the USB cable. This should boot to fast boot mode.
== Once you are here, use the multi-tool to unbrick your phone. (This step itself is lengthy step. Follow: http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6/general/honor6-multi-tool-t2963060/post57271243)
By mostly following the same procedure, I managed to unbrick my phone. And upgraded to 5.1 EMUI 3.1!
Fixed by replacing the battery
Are you facing any problem after unbrick?
Hi,
I have the exact issue as Ameya103. The phone keeps restarting. When plugged to charger it works fine. Once, unplugged it keeps restarting again. I tried all possible methods factory reset, updating OS (through service centre). Nothing worked. But currently, it doesnt even work with charger connected, it keeps restarting and stucks at the logo.
Have a similiar problem with my PE-TL10. After I changed the speaker, it does not work on battery, completely dead. When I plug it to the charger, it goes in bootloop, but it's possible to get it in flash mode with volup/power button. With USB to PC, I can get it in Fastboot mode. Tried recovery from different firmware(my PE-TL10 is Chinese), from stock to the last Chinese dev.firmware, but it does not start up in Android after sucessfull flashing. Could I have damaged the battery when opening, and could that be the reason for these errors? I used opening tools, but I may have been a bit to harsh bending/prying the plastic part that holds the battery, loose..... As said, tried going back to B260 firmware, have extracted boot, rcovery & system img, which installs fine via Fastboot. Then I start installing Update.app from sdcard/dload...... Or am I doing things a bit wrong? The phone is not rooted, but it is unlocked(got the code by mail). Any help or input from somebody who have similiar experience would be appriciated!
By the way, have found a supplier of a replacement battery for aprx. 8 USD, but it will take some weeks to arrive if I order it...
Same issue for me:Honor 6 H60-L12
Hi ,
I am having a Honor 6 , H60-L12 which I purchased from China almost an year back.
Form the past 2 days I am facing similar issue . My phone goes to bootloop. It flashes the Honor logo and again restart.
But when the charger is connected, we can restart it.
Sometimes, even if we have sufficient charge, the battery shows 0% all of a sudden and then switch off. But when we plug the charger and restart, battery will be showing the previous charge or higher and works normally.
Is this some issue related to battery or software?
I am very new to rooting
I am facing the same problem. Boot loop and now phone shutsdown immediately when charger is unplugged. I downloaded the latest firmware for honor 6 l-04 and placed the unzipped dload folder with Update.app on sd card. Did a 3 button reset to get the phone started only with the phone plugged in / charging, battery shows 100% but shutsdown with a flash of Android & honor logo when unplugged.
Blame it on the Hardware
I too have this issue with my honor 6 h60 l04. I tried resetting but no results. I then downloaded the Firmware for my version from the Huawei official consumer site and updated my phone with the UPDATE.app technique from the sd card, this only removed the root and the boot loop still occurs (It works perfectly fine on the charger after a couple of restarts, and It will enter into the boot loop when I plug it off from the charger)

You should remove root, flash stock recovery.img and boot.img prior to any oficial update. Not doing so LEADS to bootloop.

( http://consumer.huawei.com/kh/suppor...h.htm?id=38361 ) It is the official for g6-l11 (-> dl a version for G^-u10 instead) 2. put the update.app into dload folder on your sd card (unpack from the zip) 3. shut down your phone 4. hold volume+ volume- and power button. When it start to boot release the power button, and hold both the volumes until the instalation starts 5. you will see that firmware flashing begin, wait for the end Click to expand... Help - my honor 8 was block - No access Fastboot Mode or Debugging Mode
Hello, I downgraded my Honor 8 via Rollback and installed the Rom FRD-L09C432B131. But my phone is stuck on the blue Android startup screen. I can not use the Volume +, Volume - or Power buttons. All I can do is let it turn off by itself when the battery is at 0%. When I put it on, it turns on by itself. Arrives on a blue screen. Reboot once and then stays eternally on the blue screen while heating up enormously. I have no access to the Recovery, erecovery or via the computer (by plugging it into a USB port). Thanks

I can not turn off my phone. It goes off when the battery is at 0%. If I put on USB or mains, it recharges and restarts automatically. And I can not stop it ... When I plug it into a USB port, the Power, Volume + or Volume buttons are ineffective. And when it's plugged into the PC, it does not show up! So I do not have access ... except perhaps by a software that would force the connection ... or a manipulation other than Power / Volume ..
When I say reboots, it is a program to display the Android blue screen and hangs on it!
does it say android or honor? going to dload is kinda tricky sometimes and should be done when connected to wall adapter, not pc can you keep vol- and power pressed while your phone is connected to pc. keep them pressed even after the phone restarts. dont let go. it might take some time. does it go to fastboot?

Ohhh, sorry my bad
dats prolly because he has mismatched files for the os he's running. he should deffo check if he can go to fastboot. the fact that he cant go to dload doesnt really mean anything because i cant do it either 40% of the time. its a bit iffy. the fact remains, if it boots to honor logo, means some type of os is up there. if he can go to fastboot he can flash stock recovery/recovery2 and try dload again. without proper recovery combo he wont be able to flash anything anyways and warranty prolly wont cover it since its users fault, esp if he has unlocked warning.

Similar to me, only way is go into bootloader mode, then charge the phone for awhile, you cant do nothing cuz of 0% battery, flash stock recovery, update via dload or direct wifi recovery.

if he completely bricked it, he'd be stuck at black screen/android logo, not honor logo. either he's not telling us everything (ran out of juice while upgrading / error while flashing / flashing wrong rom), there is no chance all key partitions got wiped if the process finished successfully. meaning at least he should be able to fastboot cause thats the first thing flashing alongside bootloader. no way any type of system partition is up there, and bl/fb is not, even if they are from a different OS. h8 can be stubborn at times, but keeping the cable in pc and holding vol_down+power for good 20s deffo will force it to at least reboot. thats the only way. if this doesnt work, you should take it to a service center.
I guess it's better if he takes it to the service center
Nothing works. So I have to send it to the service center
Thank you all !

Bricked and Boot Loop
Hi all. Looking for some ideas. I think I have ruined my P6X. Model is BLN-L24 and I did the Chinese HWOTA to EMUI 8.0. I then flashed Open Kirin LOS beta 4 and got Oreo up and running! The microphone and speaker didn't work however, so I decided to roll back to the stock system. So via the Update folder method on the sdcard I rolled back first and then reinstalled the original BLN-L24 firmware available on the Huawei website. The phone kept bootlooping and I could not get into eRecovery to factory reset. I then attempted to install TWRP but since the bootloader was relocked I could not do this...so I recalled the saved unlock code I had for this device and did a Fastboot OEM unlock. Now the device simply bootloops no matter what I try to do! It opens with the Honor splash screen, goes into the device cannot be trusted screen warning vibrates twice and bootloops. I can't get into fastboot, I can't get into the sdcard firmware flash update and I can't get into any recovery. The phone will not stay on long enough to be recognized by the computer as it continuously bootloops. Huawei MT version 8 does not recognize the device as being connected and I am now at a complete loss as to what to try...looking for any advice or secret power up + vol key combo to get the phone into either firmware update to reflash via sd card or get the phone into fastboot mode so I can connect to Huawei MT.
Remove backcover and remove battery connector from board and then keep pressing vol- and connect usb to go to fastboot without connecting battery. And unbrick via multitool.
Thanks I'll try and report back!

I bricked my phone very, very hard
Hi there. The phone is Honor 8 Pro. No one can help in the phone specific threads, so my hope is there is someone smarter here So long story short I tried to relock the bootloader with twrp installed. The result is the phone is in constant bootloop mode. I can't go to bootloader nor to recovery mode. The phone boots, passes the bluish honor logo and gets stuck on some EMUI logo on a black screen. Fastboot mode is not acccesible, the PC can't detect the phone at all. No combination of buttons pressed works. I also tried the dload method to no avail. I also waited for the battery to fully drain and tried to hold the volume up button while inserting the USB cable. It doesn't work. Anybody been in this situation before? Any solution or any ideas, guys?
Hi did you already found a solution for this? I'm experiencing the same problem...
Honor View 10 Bricked (in a bootloop) after Official update.
Hi, I recently tried to install the most recent update (the update was for EMUI 9 I think) on my V10 and it is now stuck in a bootloop. I cannot access recovery mode, when I enter fastboot mode, it says my FRP is locked and my PHONE is locked. I can't flash anything because my bootloader is locked. I have no idea what to do, any help is appreciated although I would rather the solution be free (ie not DC Unlocker or funky Huawei). I had this once before and I solved it by getting into recovery mode, however, I don't know how I got into recovery mode last time it just happened randomly. I tried Vol up + power button, it does nothing just reboots my phone. I have tried vol up + vol down + power button, the same result. I don't know what to do anymore. Thanks in advance. EDIT: so I solved my problem, I let the battery die overnight and in the morning I tried plugging it in and booting into recovery mode (vol up + power button) and after trying several times (and unplugging my phone so it would die then plugging it back in to try again) I finally got it into recovery mode. From there I pressed download and recover and I got my phone back. The only problem now is that I can't update my phone through the official process as it just puts my phone back into the bricked state. Hope this helps anyone else who was in this situation.
Since the problem is caused by an official OTA, I recommend to send it to the service center
