[Q] phone not working please help

i was trying to upgrade my firmware with odin, i have a gt-i5500m. my upgrade got disrupted a little way through and now my phone is no good. i only get half a screen. when i go to check the about phone in settings, everything says unknown. when i plug it in to the computer it does nothing so it dont connect to the usb. is there away to fix this or did i create a door stop. any thoughts are welcome. please help.

is it rooted? goto recovery by rebooting on pressing power+ volume up +menu button check is it working or not

i just root my samsung galaxy w,everything is fine after root n then i uninstal some aplication n then i do factory reset,n now my phone can't instal anything to my phone.help me plzzz,what should i do???

it seems that your phone has a harware problem. The best way is to bring it to the next nearest service.

hi, I tried and it will start in download mode, but it isn't detected by the computer. so i cant seem to get root. odin just keeps asking to connect phone. i am running kies and it doesn't see the phone. I tried the recovery button sequence and it reboots the phone to home screen.is (recovery and downloading) states the same, or are they different. i'm new to all this so i'm not sure.

Try double flashing it, which means that you should go back into recovery and flash the zip file again. If that doesn't work try starting from scratch.

Follow all of the instructions on these posts. Either of these will work. Either of these links will completely reset your phone.

I am not able to put the phone in download mode as it is stuck on samsung logo...
Nothing is happening beyond this....and phone cannot get into recovery mode...
Please guide me

You shouldn't see the samsung logo when you are trying to get into download mode. You have to hold the two volume buttons and then plug a usb cord that is connected to your computer. Then you should see the download mode screen.

To put into recovery turn off your phone. Pull the battery out and put it back in. Then hold the volume up and the volume down keys at the same time. Then plug in a usb cord that is connected to a computer. That will put you into recovery.

[q] please help my android device is stuck on boot loop

Hey guys so umm I have a Samsung galaxy discover SGH-S730M and I flashed a wrong rom on it with CMW and when i rebooted it it just vibrates and shows the Samsung logo then turns of and does the same thing over and over again I tried connecting it to my computer but unfortunately it doesn't recognize anything like the computer doesn't recognize and neither does the phone react in any way... I also tried going into recovery mode to flash the stock rom but no luck it doesn't get any further than the Samsung logo and it just turns off I tried going into download mode to flash a rom with odin but that doesn't work either it just does the same thing.
PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE ALL MY IMPORTANT THINGS ON THIS DEVICE... ANY HELP WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED

Download odin and stock rom files to flash with odin (make sure you use correct files or a brick will happen)
Shutdown the phone (if needed hold power button 10+ seconds until bootloop stops).
Plug phone into computer and turn the phone on and as the phone vibrates release the power button, then hold down the volume down button and home key. then follow onscreen instructions.

I followed all the intrusions given and the only thing that as changed is the cwm. its still stuck on the Samsung screen and not moving.

Hey there, i have a real problem with my samsung galaxy s plus with the cyanogen mod. it was working fine until a month ago, but then it went off, and i could not restart it. when i connected a battery cable it only showed the first charging screen, with the battery and the loading circle, and re enters it again and again and again. i can't enter ramdump, recovery, download mode and the system, it don't goes on, not even the backlight. when i connect it to the pc it enters also the battery screen, and reopens it. when i hold the buttons for ramdump or download before i connect the mobile to the pc it enters these modes, when i plug in the cable. in ramdump odin detects my phone, in download mode not, but in ramdump mode you cant do anything... i read very, VERY much threads and posts and watched really much videos, and tried nearly everything but nothing worked... can anyone help me please?
