[Completed] Android Tablet Stuck in Bootloop - XDA Assist

Good evening,
I have recently acquired a tablet and it is stuck on the logo screen. It is a Nuvision TM800A510L 8" HD IPS Tablet. According to the website it is supposed to run Android 4.4 kitkat.
Using the Power button and Volume up button, I can get into Droidboot. My options are:
-REBOOT DROIDBOOT
-REBOOT
-RECOVERY
-POWER OFF
At the bottom, it states it can't mount sda1, E:installer device ignored, E:No valid installer medium found, and Could not open /sys/devices/virtual/backlight.
I have selected RECOVERY and when that opens up I have the Red Triangle "No command" Droid. Top to bottom this is what I see:
Android system recovery <3e>
NUVISION_8_INTERNET_TABLET-userdebug 4.4.4 KTU84P user.20150120 release-keys
Volume up/down to move highlight;
power button to select.
-reboot system now
-apply update from ADB
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
---
When I try to use the wide data/factory reset option it erases all the data but that doesn't make my tablet bootable.
Does anyone know where I can find a ROM for this tablet? I have been looking everywhere for one. If not, any suggestions on a compatible custom ROM?
I would use the ADB sideloader but I don't know where to find a update file for this tablet.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you very much.

[Q]

I used to root my Fuhi Nabi 2 as described on your forum, in order to get access to Google Play.
As I got an email from Fuhu mentioning that Google Play is now out-of-the box with the latest update, I did restore the stock ROM 2.0.5 (from your Wiki: http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Fuhu_nabi_2#Stock_Roms) and did the normal Systems Updates (via the tablet's menu Settings > About Tablet > System Updates).
Part one went fine, bu I have the "Android facepalm" when installing the part 2. Exactly the same has reported here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50140109&postcount=177
I search for a solution here without result... But as I am not a native English speaker, I think I am possible not using the right keywords..
Would you mind to give me the right direction/some help ?
10.000 Thx !!!
[EDIT] : Reading yet more posts, I found someone with a similar issue and a solution... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2641700
My understanding is taht I should fix the problem with this : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=48714484&postcount=1941&nocache=1&z=1137922394555062
I hope it will do the trick as I am already blamed by my wife and my kids who lost all their apps and games
O.
So,
My understanding is that the recovery img (TWRP) was replaced (? correct) during one of the OTA updates.
So I did reinstall the version 2.2.2.1 which was the only one working fine on my tablet due to calibration issue (I didn't try 2.6.3.0 yet)
Next, I did copy the OTA2.zip on a SD card and plugged it into the tablet.
I did boot on the recovery image (pressing both the volume + button and the power button followed by twice the volume - button and once the volume + button).
Once in TWRP, I did "Install" > "Using External "SD" > "OTA2.Zip"
After the installation, I did "Wipe Cache/dalvik"
And finally "Reboot System".
Once booted, I WAS ON Android 4.1.1 with Play Store available !!!

[Q] Imaginarium Superpaquito

Greetings from Portugal.
I have a tablet made by the spanish toy manufacturer Imaginarium.
It's a tablet for kids, with special software for them. It also has android on it.
I was trying to update the android version it run on but I seem to have bricked it.
I uninstalled a few apps and now it doesn't starts. It just keeps running the start procedure but it doesn't complete the process so I can not use it.
In fact, I cannot even update the firmware because it doesn't allow me to start the process by simultaneously pressing the MENU, BACK and RESET buttons.
I'm also having trouble installing the drivers for the update tool, the RockUsbDriver for win7.
It shows an error message saying "the inf file you selected does not support this method of installation".
So I was wondering if there is any tool that allows me to hard reset any device, as I don't believe there is a tool for this device.
(I have a new firmware ready to install on it)
As a matter of fact, I don't even know witch hardware we're talking about,,, The only name this has is Superpaquito.
Thanks for your time!
additional info: if I press MENU + POWER buttons, a laying down android figure is showed, with its 'chest' open and with a 'danger' triangular sign on top of it,
Imaginarium Superpaquito Factory Reset
Hello, i was fighting a lot with this problem too but i have a solution for your problem
It's just a few steps :
The superpaquito must be off, and connected to charger:
1. Push 5 buttons (volume down, volume up, on / off, menu and back) at the same time until the screen with the android robot appears.
2. Push the button volume up and the on / off at the same time until you exit a menu with text in blue at the top of the screen.
3 Go to "wipe data / Factory rest" (move with the volume buttons +-) and select with the buttons on / off.
4 select the option "Yes - delete all user data".
5 The superpaquito restore factory settings and return to the original menu.
6. Select "reboot system now" and your device will reboot.
I hope it helped and that you didn't needed to buy a new one
I' having some issues with paquito mini, I tried to reset, went to store, sent email to spain no way to get an answear... How can I reset paquito mini? Can you help me?
What's the latest firmware update for the Paquito Mini?

[Completed] Search firmware or dump: TrekStor ST10416-7a

Hello,
I do not speak English, i translate this text with a translator online, thank you for your understanding.
I buy 2 identical tablets of the TrekStor brand.
Model name: ST10416-7a
Processor type: QuadCore-A33
Kernel: 3.4.39
Build Number: ST10416-7a_20150925_V1.2.2
Firmware version: V1.1.9_20150917
The tablets are "root" method.
On one of the tablet i deleted files important! :silly:
Now it starts until logo "Android".
Another problem, i can not install a custom Recovery (CWM TRWP).
Unfortunately, I find this not the right firmware.
To save the tablet , I think do a " dump" or " Nandroid " with the tablet that works.
I followed the tutorial "Making Dump Files Out of Android device scores" of the site XDA-Developers.
I extracted: boot.img, and recovery.img system.img.
Then i made a package ".zip"
I turn on the tablet in recovery (power + volume up).
That the Recovery Menu:
Reboot system now
Apply update from ADB
Wipe data factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Apply update from external storage
Apply update from extsd storage
Apply update from usbhost storage
Reboot to bootloader
Power down
View recovery logs
Click to collapse
I selected the "Apply update from ADB" option to install my package "zip"
I open a terminal and type the command:
Code:
adb devices
He turns to me: "03389948c80500000000 sideload"
Then i tape.
Code:
adb sideload update.zip
The tablet me back:
E: footer is wrong
E: signature verification failed
If I try to other controls with "sideload" (adb root or adb shell...)
He turns to me:
error: closed
Thank you for helping me.

[Completed] Pioneer XDP-100R stuck on android logo

Hi,
I have a Pioneer XDP-100R (hi-res music player) running android 5.1. I tried to root with SuperSU. At the end it asked to reboot my device. Now it's stuck on the android boot logo.
I can access the recovery menu (next track + power). A message is displayed: "E:Can't open /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by_name/misc (permission denied)".
If I choose Wipe Data/factory reset, I get:
-- Wiping data...
Formatting /data...
Formatting /cache...
Data wipe complete.
"E:Can't open /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by_name/misc (permission denied)".
I get pretty much the same when I try to "wipe cache partition".
None of the two actually make a difference.
Previous track + power is supposed to get me to the fastboot menu but it's stuck on the linux logo.
I had made a backup with adb beforehands but I can't restore it. adb won't see my device unless I select the option "apply updates from adb", but in that case, the only command it accepts is adb sideload.
I have not installed a custom recovery as my device is too rare. I never managed to find a stock rom or custom rom for my device so I can't even flash another one.
Has anyone any clue?
Thanks heaps
