Get photos from broken screen LG G3, I'm stuck with adb device unauthorized. Help? - General Questions and Answers

Hello there!
My Rooted Android 4.4.2 LG G3 has a broken screen and the touch screen doesn't work, so even if I can see the screen I can't put the unlock code. I need one of the photos of my G3 because it's a very important one: if I don't get that photo I won't be able to get my degree later this year. So I really need to find a way to get that pic from my phone. I've already ordered an OTG cable it probably won't arrive soon enough, so I tried to find some other solutions. I think USB debugging is enabled on my phone
I downloaded Android Studio and Droid Screen + all the adb drivers for the lg g3. I have adb.exe on my pc and I'm trying to use it for droid screen, but I get "State rejected" on droid screen and when I write adb devices on command prompt I find the serial number of my phone and "unauthorized". I'm stuck and I don't know what to do. I tried writing "adb shell input text PASS" , putting my 4 numbers code instead of PASS, but I get this message:
error: device unauthorized
This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set
try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong.
Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.
So I thought that I should authorize the device from the phone itself, but I can't because the touch screen doesn't work ( apart from an around 1 cm^2 area on the bottom, which is useless).
What else can I do? I'm desperate!

I guess it's not, but just in case; is the photo in your SD card? You can use an SD card reader for your computer.

Can't access broken screen OPO, adb not working

Recently my OPO's screen cracked for the second time in half a year, and because of the ridiculous screen prices I've decided to not get it fixed this time.
But, I do want to get all my data and grab some other stuff from the phone before I discard it. I came across a tool by k.janku1 that does exactly what I need right now. I installed adb, sdk, intel android drivers and the tool itself but realised that USB debugging probably is not enabled on my phone. This post proposes a workaround for that, but that doesn't seem to work. Running adb shell comes up with an error and adb devices gives me an empty list. Is there a solution to this?

Can You Enable USB Debugging On a S7 with a non working screen?

My gf broke her galaxy s7 by dropping it. The screen is totally black, but the phone starts up and what not ( can hear the noises). I had the insurance through AT&T so the replacement phone was only $112. Anyways is there anyway to enable USB debugging on the phone from the PC. I have downloaded minimal Adb and fast boot, but when I open up the prompt and typed in "ADB shell." It said no devices or emulators found. The phone is showing up as a G930A on my PC, but when I goto access it everything is blank. I have tried Dr fone (does not support S7) and smart switch. Is there anyway to get into this phone. I am trying to make sure I have all her info saved before shipping the phone back.
I know of no way to enable USB debugging without a working screen. If the phone has a passcode, this will reduce the likelihood of being able to enable the debug option.
There is no passcode, but based on your info and what I have been finding searching around no one seems to think its really possible.
Thanks

Pixel Data Recovery

Hi there,
long story short: my girlfriend broke her phone (Google Pixel, first Generation) and has unbackuped super important stuff on it.
The screen is totally shattered and does neither display nor accept any kind of input but it seems to be working apart from that, you can hear the alarm in the morning for example and the fingerprint unlock gives force feedback. If I connect it to the computer it's reconized as Google Pixel but I can't access the data as USB-Debugging is disabled and I can't change the USB-Mode. I managed to boot into fastboot and the decive shows up with the "fastboot devices" command.
I already tried to get my desktop PC's screen connected to the phone with a DisplayLink connector-box but the display gives a "no input signal".
Maybe anyone of you has any idea what else I could try.
Thanks in advancve.

Short of replacing the screen, I can't think of anything.

How do I enable adb debugging and otg with a black screen and no otg cable?

Hello, I just broke the screen of my OnePlus8t Verizon network unlocked phone. The computer I previously linked 8t with also has a broken screen. ... Rains it ..... My Phoe has some important information in docs and screenshots I need to get. I just turned off ADB debugging thinking "Oh I don't need that just yet" the very morning I broke the LCD. Good news, I can still answer it. I already have adb.exe except in ADB shell it shows as unauthorized. I need those files like yesterday. I have an otg/ADB flash drive, but I still can not connect to retrieve files. I can see my phone when I directly connect to comp without the flash drive, however, I can not access it. I have tried to put the phone into recovery, but I have no way to enter the pin as I have tried to guess where it is. How can I receive the data I need from my phone?
Thank You.
P.S. I have little knowledge and only learn what I need to know for whatever project, in other words, I can not code and I barely speak dos.
Is the touch screen still working then?
If it's showing "unauthorized" you can try to plug it into your desktop and then hit the "authorize" button on the popup that you can't see.
Here is where ok is on a different phone. It's somewhere near there on yours.

I have tried that. The finger print unlock screen only works ⅔ of the time. I have no way of knowing if it's unlocked. I keep my touch sounds silent. I keep trying to find where it might be. I have tried to slide as if answering a call. Is there a way to force the USB settings for media transfer? Maybe through Google? If any platform knows it's my phone is Google. I can go to the play store and push apps onto it. Unfortunately the two adb drivers I have installed on my Android didnt work.
Oh, actually, you've got it easier! The OnePlus 8t supports HDMI over USB Type C.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/does-one-plus-8t-have-video-out-through-usb-c.4465629/
Buy an adapter and hook up an HDMI monitor/TV.
Or just use a new monitor on the computer that is already authorized.
Is there any other way. Right now it is not with in the budget to afford any extras even with the price tag of $20. I am hoping there is a way within an adb shell to force turn on the adb debugging. I have developer options enabled. I would just rewrite the documents, except some of those items I need include the text messaging history. If I can't force the adb, can I remotely back up the phone? Is there a trustworthy app for that? I do have quick settings installed and if my memory is correct, I believe I have sideline installed even.

One plus 6: display black, can't see nothing try to connect via adb to enable function and use OTG cable to television or something else

Hi to all,
how are you?
It's still a very long time i don't wirte here.
So i was a happy owner of a oneplus 6 from may 2019. I haven't problem and all works so well.
During a trip with fog and rain, the phone was wet and full of humidity, i had to use it during the rain 2 times to find the way to come back. When i was in home the display never respond. I tried to dry with a hairdryer but i won't go. In the meantime i buyeg a motog22 waiting to adjust my oneplus.
I'm using the original oneplus os, with last updates of august
So i remember i enabled the developers mode on my phone and i hoped also usb debugging and otg was enabled to cast the screen with this: https://plugable.com/products/uga-4khdmi (there are also the displaylink driver that tart at trhe phone startup), but i won't activate, don't no why.
Then i decided to try via adb to unblock wifi and other thing and make it usable with otg or thing like this: https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy
When i started abd i got this:
D:\myfolder\platform-tools>adb devices
List of devices attached
phonenumber unauthorized
I read some xda and stackoverflow posts but can't find a solution.
To authorize it i tried to delete adbkey inside .adroid folder, kill and start server but nothign working also cause the phone want an authorization that i can't give cause i can't see my display even if the display vibration is working and maybe also the touch.
Then i tried this:
adb reboot recovery
error: device unauthorized.
This adb server's $ADB_VENDOR_KEYS is not set
Try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong.
Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.
So i tried to restart the phone in boot recovery trying to see if the authoriaztion is enabled by default, but nothing happen.
I just wanted to push the keys to my phone and then using adb to reactivte wifi and something else almost to cast my phone or make a backup of some application (like google auth or microsoft auth...)
Are there an extreme solution or i have to wait the display and change it? I know this is the best solution but without this phone i have some activities...bloked It's incredible!
Thnks in advance for you help!
Bye
