It was unveiled and available for pre-order starting on the 20th, I submitted my order after-hours on the 21st which is why my order date is the 22nd.
Ordered A9 (grey) on Oct 27th, from Canada. Called HTC to get anticipated shipping date. They said later this week, or early next. Expect most will be shipped out starting Nov 6 (last day to pre-order), and they go on shelves starting Nov 7th. Not sure why they are holding back on shipping pre-ordered units,
Ordered on Oct 21st, Carbon Gray 32GB and even paid for next business day shipping.
No update on shipping, but I'm hoping it is in the next couple days.
Ordered on oct 25 carbon grey us. No info yet

HTC indicated on their site that they will not charge credit cards until they are ready to ship. My guess is that date will be Nov 6th.

Yes, I was charged as soon as I pre-ordered on the 23rd. I though they wouldn't charge until they shipped, lets hope it's in the next couple of days!!!

You should be able to order with Paypal, it was an option at checkout when I placed my pre-order. When you tried to place your order were you in Mexico? Perhaps you can VPN in and choose a server in the US and see if the Paypal option becomes available as a checkout option?

Has anyone from Canada gotten a confirmation on shipping yet? I got an email last week saying my order was changed from delivery on the 18th to the 23rd. Anyone else get anything different?
I also have the new delivery date of the 23rd. I think the 18th was only speculation. The date changed once Samsung came out with it's official release dates and Canada wasn't on the list for the initial release.

Sounds like all us North American people are in the same boat. Samsung told me they would be back in stock on the 22nd and I'd have mine early December (pre-ordered early morning Nov 6th direct from Samsung).
I'm hoping they actually ship them on the 22nd, then I might have a chance of getting it before the holiday. If not, it will be early December probably.
Can't believe how Samsung dropped the ball on this one. After the Note 7 deal, you'd think they would be doing whatever possible to make people happy.
Getting my new toys early make me very happy... lol

The watch would have the ability to connect to Rogers network as it uses the same frequency bands as AT&T however you could never activate it on the Rogers network with a Rogers contract because Rogers doesn't have the ability to activate an e-sim device.
Anyone actually get shipping confirmation from BestBuy Canada? They can't seem to show me my order this morning (get and error on the web page) so I can't tell if it has shipped or not.

Thanks, mine still says in Progress. I would have thought they would send them out for a Wednesday delivery. I have a shipping ID but I think that is an internal number only. Let me know if you get a status change. I didn't get any emails telling me they had billed my card so not expecting one telling me they shipped it.

I originally ordered on the 17th and forgot to add the 10% discount so I cancelled and reordered on the 18th. My Purolator tracking shows it is in Calgary today but I doubt they will deliver because it is too late. My status shows Fulfillment Completed. I got an email yesterday that said it was shipped and included the tracking number.

I took advantage of the BOGO offer. Adding an additional line to get the free phone and will cancel my current line when the phone comes. My wife's will stay active. Don't care about losing my phone number.
Got Orchid Grey for my wife and Arctic Silver for me.
PS, I think today is the last day for the BOGO. The rumors I've heard is any future BOGO offers will require TV service through AT&T.

You will see the regular Next Plan price for your phone on the bill, but will also see a credit for the same amount. The credits start after 3 months, but will be backdated to when you get the phone. If you cancel that line or upgrade the phone before the Next Plan is finished, you will lose the rest of the credits.

As I remember correctly, my Galaxy s10e release date was March 8th and Samsung promised delivery by 8th. The phone arrived on the 6th and was shipped on 4th. Hope this time is the same and Samsung will ship it on the 19th, so I could get it by 21st

Process the day before they ship it out, at least thats what they did for S10+
My 10+ unlocked Aura 256G shipped today Aug 19 and FedEx shows they'll deliver Aug 21. That is two days earlier than the Samsung date in the order status. Dallas, TX area.
Mine will be here on Wednesday, shipped on the 17th.
My phone itself hasn't shipped yet, so I'm assuming that it ships tomorrow and gets here Friday.

I believe the Oct 15th release is for the EU, UK, Asia, Aust. markets. for NA (including Ca.) the release date is Dec 4th. I could be TOTTALY wrong about that.
If your order does say that it is shipping out on oct 15th, I would stick by that information. I ordered mine from Germany and says it will be shipping the 15th.

Did youre ship out on the 17th? I ordered mine from Amazon Germany and it shipped out on Saturday and is supposed to be here Tuesday apparently.
pda plaza says 15 to 25 days from the date i ordered, this does not include weekends or holidays. so the latest I'll have it is Nov 4. i ordered it September 29.

I'm in Toronto. Pre ordered directly from Google. It should deliver Thursday the 29th. Hope to get it by Friday the 30th. So far I've ordered the pixel buds 2 and Chromecast with Google tv. Both shipped early and I got both the next day.

I'm in the USA. I bought both the Pixel 5 and Chromecast with Google TV at like 11:30am on the day they were announced. I had my Chromecast by 3pm the next day. I hope the Pixel 5 shipping is just as fast.

I am also on the east cost USA and my credit card was charged this morning. I looked right away at my order and I was able to cancel, but as of right now I can not cancel it.
