They're putting out an update to that protector that has the proper cutout for the proximity sensor. Should be shipping next Friday. I emailed today and got that info, I'm pretty sure they would be sending these to replace any orders that have already gone out

seems like a lot of early makers of screen protectors for this phone have the same problems. i got an email from Intelliglass regarding a similar issue with their tempered glass screen protectors.

Gah, I was wondering what was going on with my brand new phone! I have this darn protector installed too! Complained about it being defective on Amazon, wait and see now I guess.
I sent them a message over Amazon and they said they'll send me a new one once they get it in.
I have this screen protector and have zero issues with it. I actually like the completely covered screen (minus speakers), one less spot to get dirt/oil in.
They responded quickly on amazon when I sent them a message. They asked to confirm my address so they can ship out the new TGSP when they are available.
They contacted me as well and are shipping me a new one. Hope this one works hate having a naked screen

Yeah that's the old version. The new version has a cutout that extends under the right side of the top speaker cutout. Check out their Amazon listing, it displays the new design.

Bought a pleson nexus 6p screen protector. Their 5x screen protector is getting excellent reviews. For 6p, only $7, worth a shot.

I am getting replacement ones as well.
According to Supershieldz seller, they receive their new revised ones on November 7th so they will be sent out afterwards. I had the same problem and it also didn't fit properly as there were some bubbles. Got a reply within an hour of me emailing them and received a new tracking number. Properly an automated message, but they were quick and admitted fault. Hopefully, you guys have similar results.

I received the bumper case tonight but when I opened the package the rubber back and plastic rim fell apart. I put it back together but it doesn't fit the phone properly and the plastic rim is bowed, due to this when I hold the phone, the sides push on the power button and turn it on and off. It also pushes on the volume rocker and turns the volume up and down on its own.
What next?

Ordered a shenit replica bumper from amazon, got it really fast, around 4 days.
I got to say that I am impressed, very good quality, looks like the original, the plastic in the middle is an imitation of aluminium and looks great, never had an official google bumper but from the pictures I can't tell the difference.
It feels great on the phone, though it gets a little bit bulkier, so I can't use the 1£ pleather pouch I bought for it. I usually hate having cases and stuff on my phones but this one really goes well with it.
Now I need to find another pouch.

Pictures please, I still haven't received mine.
Didn't managed to cancel my order for the official one, but received it today nonetheless lol. I think I will keep it, not worth the hassle returning it back.
Funny thing is Google delivered it within 2 days as promised (means nothing), unlike my Nexus which arrived '2 Months' later lol.
So I leave this bumper for others to review.

So before I bought my s4 (bought on July 4th) I looked through the glass screen protectors thread here on xda.
I saw the spigen's glast nano was the thinnest and had a decent hardness of 9.I decided to order on Amazon a week and a half before I bought my s4
When I applied it to my s4 (right after getting it) I found it there was a crack on the top left at the cut out for the sensors area and a chip in the middle right side.
Right away I send a message to spigen about it asking for advanced replacement.
So far no replays (im not expecting any till Monday)
When spigen replays I'll update the thread.
This thread is mainly to let you guys know how good or bad spigen Customer service is (I read somewhere that they were amazingly bad)
On another note I love the screen protector, I barely notice it (only for the cut out and the defects) and air view works

They are super sketchy. I would be careful. I bought a flip case and not even a month later the corner is ripping and peeling off -.- (don't mind my girlfriends mouse pad lol)

Sorry didn't even see the pics, damn bro that sucks. Yeah I bought a slim armor case for $25 and boy do i regret it. Thing scratches so easily and has like no drop protection that it's sitting somewhere in my closet. Also saw some people saying the neo hybrid is complete crap also.

I've had dozens of stuff, from cases to buttons etc. Got a case once, they replaced without asking for defective one back.
They always reply quickly if you have a problem, from cancelling an order to changing it.
I'm going to buy the Slim Armor View and have no hesitation using Spigen again. I think my Galaxy S4 looks and feels so much better with alumimium home buttons ad Glas tR. Thinking about Glas t nano now as well.

I seen a Bodyguardz tempered glass on AT&Ts website but not their own for $35. I just got a plastic one from Motorola since I had ordered a dock, headset, and charger. I'm not going glass until more start popping up.

I'm definitely going to wait. these first companies always forget a sensor, have coloring or backlight issues etc. It usually isn't until the 2nd or 3rd revision before it becomes cheaper and perfect.

you have glass instead of plastic protecting your phone. so not only does it feel like you have no screen protector.... it does a better job at protecting. the protector will shatter and absorb the shock before the display. i will never use anything else after using one.

possible. the glass being on it might have stopped the spider webbing. but i am talking more about frontal impacts. i did the same thing to a four day old x. i feel for ya. moto replaced mine for free. they might do the same for you.
I checked, they said no it costs 175 for them to do it and over 200 for anyone local to do it. I can buy a used one on craigslist for 115. I preordered the new x so I'm good now. Just waiting on next Friday

the yellow one that i am using now is only a month old. i was hoping to sell it, along with my docks on swappa for 200+. but moto is about to run a $249 sale on the plain black x. thus ruining my chances to offset the cost this new one. i feel like i might be lucky to get a hundred out of it. and if that is the case i might as well just keep the thing.

I got my confirmation on 8/25 after ordering it on 8/16.
Picked up the natural hemp and black carbon fiber. Made a video to show the skin on the Note 7. Quality as usual is excellent.

It takes awhile. I think it's because if the Back to School sale they're having. I ordered mine last Saturday, got the confirmation that it shipped on Wednesday and another one today saying it should arrive Monday. The joys of being in Canada haha

UPDATE: Yea I dunno. The front, sides and bottoms are definitely not case friendly. It's constantly peeling up when I try to toss on my Ultra Hybrid.
Ordered the Stormtrooper from the Galactic Series. Shipping time was alright but the skin was missing a cutout for the flash/ir sensor. Package was also missing HD protector and"authenticity" card. Not that I care about that stuff but shows bad quality control when the package says its included but its not there. Also it had no install instructions and the web link they refer you to is for the complete "wet" install products.
So not impressed. Regret not going with dbrand, but was enticed by the fancy designs.
Waiting (less then 24hrs) to hear back from them on a refund or replacement.

Same here ordered the Naked series and didn't get my HD screen protector or authenticity card either, no instructions..Plus it took 8 days to ship.. There means of contact are poor..I ended up calling BOA and had them reverse the charge.
I checked Dbrand website and it says that skins are available for preorder but I did not see when they would be released. I also checked out Slickwraps and was able to order one about 4 days ago but it is still processing. I have used both skins and like both of them but didn't know when Dbrand and Slickwrap skins were shipping out. Didn't know if anyone here knew when they might be released.
Edit: Also if anyone has already purchased some I would be very interested in seeing how it looks on your Pixel. I ordered the Hemp skin from Slickwraps but also thinking about ordering the orange carbon from Dbrand.

Which one did you order from Dbrand?
I ordered a naked one with the coloured Gs from Slickwraps last Thursday but I don't think I've had a dispatch email yet.
I ordered a Naked skin from SlickWraps on the 11th and I still haven't received a shipping notification... two business days my ass...
Edit: According to the product page's Q&A, SlickWraps isn't shipping these until the end of this week, even though they've shown as in-stock since being listed originally:

Sub'ing to this thread. I have a DBrand order and still nothing. Not cool @slickwraps to show "in stock" and not shipping yet. I was going to order one from them also, but glad I didn't yet since won't ship for almost another 2 weeks.

They responded to a tweet the other day saying the were finalising the fit.
I have been holding off on pre-ordering (dbrand) and waiting for them to be available and see some YouTube reviews on it (installed).
They look good especially the late to release Marble skin version.

I am still processing from @slickwraps. Ordered on 10/18. I tried contacting them by Twitter a few days ago but haven't received a response. I am hoping that they post an update on when they will ship out. Kinda sucks though because I really hate cases but I am currently using a Tech21 case from Verizon just because I am afraid that I am going to break the back glass. I will order from dbrand if they ship out before.
I asked dbrand directly when they would be shipping their skins. Their answer was "shortly, stay tuned to social media"...
Ordered a case from @slickwraps on 10/16 got a response that my case was stuck in pre-processing and will be shipped out soon. Its now Tuesday and haven't heard anything back yet.
I just received an email from @slickwraps saying that my order was complete. They also provided me with a tracking number from Fedex. I will update when I actually receive it and also post pictures of it installed. I also ordered from dbrands today because I was losing hope in slickwraps. I kinda went crazy and order 3 of them from dbrand. I really like the orange one. Kinda different.

Thanks for the update. I'll have to place an order tomorrow, DBrand hadn't even bothered to message me back plus SW is in the states I think so definitely quicker shipping.
