Firstly you have to install the ADB & fastboot drivers on your PC first in order to let your PC recognize your phone.

Which rom did you flash and onto which device?
But the solution with flashtool and PCComapnaion is normally drivers. Find them in the driver folder of flashtool in your c drive

Just download the ROM you want to install, reboot to recovery, plug the usb cable and type "adb push (rom name).zip /sdcard/" in a terminal/console window on your PC - without quotes. You need to have installed adb, if you don't have it already just search for an installation guide with Google.

Answer by Motorola Support:
"We regret that after unlocking the bootloader and subsequent modification of your terminal software warranty is voided.
Also, in your specific case, we could not guarantee that your phone can be repaired. If the PCB has been damaged, the cost of repair would exceed the value of the phone, and therefore it would be irreparable."
put a usb otg with the rom in it and flash so it will be fixed!

Just flash stock ROM via bootloader.
Get a rom flashable zip then you can "adb sideload" the file to recovery!
device not found

Well i tried to flash the rom in your way but it is showing an error message: device not found and when i tried to find my device through adb device command... it is showing zero devices attached... pls help and revert asap
You can also try flashing a stock ROM via mfastboot or fastboot commands.
I don't know if this will be any help but sometimes even though adb recognizes my device it says device not found/device offline.
I plug the phone in and type "fastboot reboot-bootloader" it reboots to bootloader and everything works from that point on.
bro,i my adb it shows *cannot read 'sideload'* then what should i command
pliz help btw m using custom rom BissPop3.2

I know this is an old question, but just to share my experience, me too coincidently deleted OS from TWRP. I tried using ADB, but it was not detecting the phone. Then I copied custom ROM (CM 12.1 in my case) to USB drive, connected it with my phone using USB OTG and flashed the ROM. It worked like a charm

If you can get into bootloader, use fastboot to install cwm or twrp, then try use the adb pull command to copy files on your phone to your PC. Or you could make a backup with cwm/ twrp then see what you can recover from that.
Or you can try one of those toolkits, they have all kinds of nifty options.

Thank you mate, all done
I'm trying to unlock my bootloader to install a custom rom. "adb devices" command works fine but "fastboot devices" doesn't return anything. In windows device manager i haven't updated drivers because i dont know where to download them. Any help with drivers? I have an "android bootloader interface" option there but windows warns me that it might not be compatible and might break everything.

Just downloading the adb drivers from google's own site made it work on another PC. I think my problem is that Windows has installed the wrong drivers for me. When i plug a device in for the first time, it says something like "setting up your device". I think during that point it installed wrong drivers on my own PC. On my brothers PC everything works like it's supposed to. Any idea how to get Windows to install the drivers again?

Problem persist when you try to install Drivers without valid signature in Windows 10.. Try to DIsable Driver Signature Enforcement..
Link to do it https://windowsreport.com/driver-signature-enforcement-windows-10/
Then try to install Drivers from this link :- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L7EZGx5mgeQYXO19Vsp9FWu9GXhF45Qs/view
Let me know if that helps..
I have quit the same problem expected that i already have my bootloader unlock and usb debugging turn on...
im trying to flash twrp image, after failed yesterday to apply pixen os11. I had access to fasboot mode and to flash zip etc and my drivers was instaled but now my laptop didn't reconize my phone when plug in in fastboot and is on other devices in my devices manager. I tried to install updates manualy but nothing happened.
i dont know if it is related but i did update windows between my secon attempt to flash pixen os. Maybe the drivers were update in the same occasions ? Because a i have no others problems when my phone is boot normally and can acess to internal storage from my computer.
Hi everyone, I tried to flash a patched Magisk boot image on my Ulefone Armor 8 Pro via fastboot but the device is now stuck in bootloop. I have already read some threads about trying to flash the stock firmware using the proprietary SP Flash Tool, but the phone doesn't remain in download mode for more than a few seconds. I can't even boot in recovery/fastboot mode again to try to flash the stock boot image since the phone just keeps rebooting. If someone could give me a hint it would be really appreciated.

You need write the model of device.
Currently I know of 3 models: 4GB RAM(Armor 8); 6&8GB RAM(Armor 8 Pro).
So with the correct stock ROM you can flash the device.
To use SPFT you need to specify which OS you have: Linux; Win7_8_10; other
This is to know if you actually installed the USB MTK drivers correctly and if further action is needed.
Also, write if you have the device with the bootloader locked or unlocked.
I have the 6GB RAM and have downloaded a time ago the GQ3090RH3_KSX70H_Ulefone_20210902_V01(Non-EU).zip file aka stock ROM. That's aka Non_EEA model. In the Ulefone site have SP_MDT_exe_v3.2048.02.00(Client).zip aka flash tool.
You used that tool?
Thanks for the reply. I have the model with 6GB of RAM as well and I am currently trying to recover my phone by using Windows 11 in a virtual machine. The bootloader is unlocked and I tried to flash the EU version of the stock ROM (GQ3090RH3_KSX70H_Ulefone_EEA_20210902_V01(EU).zip) by using SP_MDT_exe_v3.2048.02.00(Client).zip (after installing the required drivers), but as I have already specified I can't boot in download mode for more than a few seconds. My computer recognises the device as "MediaTek MT65xx Preloader" but the phone immediately reboots and I am not able to flash the stock ROM.

Win11 is not good to use SP tool.
Maybe using Win10?!
"MediaTek MT65xx Preloader" is normal but need installing drivers correctly. You can try this: Driver_Auto_Installer_EXE_v5.1632.00.zip - 8.8MB
Reboot VM and try with the device turned off!
For using SPFT or SP_MDT your device not need in the bootloader mode. Device turned off - conect USB - look about USB PORT COM - Scan - Start All
If you not know how to do so Read Upgrade software guide for factory assembly line.pdf
Here file and more about: Upgrade tools and USB driver - Armor 8 Pro
___________________________
UP: Maybe SP need more than you know.
I used the SPFT and worked good to me with Win10.
May be SPFT can help more than SP: SP_Flash_Tool_v5.2124_Win
For using SPFT your device not need in the bootloader mode. Device turned off - open sxcatter file - look for Download Only option (NOT use FORMAT+....!!!!) - now with the device turned off conect USB - press DOWNLOAD (Ctrl + D).
Well, you saved my phone. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate that. I installed Windows 10 and the drivers you linked me and via SP Flash Tool I managed to flash the stock ROM after connecting the device with a USB cable. Thanks again.
How do I get this phone into download mode? Cannot seem to get it to flash
I've followed your tips but I cannot get the phone recognized by the flash tool.
