If you root it you can use gt 3.1.8 from idoneapps ....you may have to search on Google for it but it works

I paid to unlock mine and all I get is a 3g and terrible slow connection, so know I have to find a way to unlock aws to make it work on tmobile 4glte

Which note edges carriers are able to be fully rooted at least?
I can tell you which 2 carriers you cannot root on yet... Verizon and AT&T. Both have locked bootloaders that thus far, have not been unlocked.

I need to Carrier Unlock my Rooted Verizon Galaxy S3 4.4.2, there are no custom ROMs installed, i rooted it using towelroot method, anyway i can carrier unlock this to use any SIM like t-mobile/att/sprint/ or any international services? also i heard i need APNs, what are APNs and how do i acquire them? Thanks in advanced.

APNs are used to identify what network a phone is on or used on. It's carrier unlocked out of the box/from the factory.

It's inside the system settings. If it's not there you can't change it

TMobile. You'll need the apn settings from the carrier your on
However you should only have to add the sim and it should recognize it automatically

I bought a galaxy s7 via ebay, which was initially clean, but after 3.5 months it was blocked by TM due to an outstanding balance. I tried to reason with T-mobile reps, but to no avail.
There is a guy on ebay (repairimei) who claims that he can unlock my Galaxy S7 without using the unlock app. He claims that he will change the imei and then unlock the phone bypassing the unlock app altogether. Is this even possible?

Yep. Has been out for a while now. It's CPID calculated (Read) generated certs being written to the phones. And that's auto unlock for all Samsung after write .cert

No. Its about unlocking the phone from TMB and repair of blacklist imei for this phone. If you want root check the rest of the threads here for your model.

Flashing custom ROM shouldn't hurt it. Root wouldn't either but just make a backup

Are you talking about bootloader? If so install dev preview 3. Search threads. If sim unlock device has to be paid off.

I want to do sim unlock, and i dont know how to do it.
With it being a T-Mobile OP7, getting the sim unlock is through TMobile. Unless it's already been done, check with the person that you got it from.

So You think that after converting into International version, my Oneplus 7 pro will be automatically sim unlocked?
No. Sim unlock is completely different than bootloader unlock. you will have to contact t-mo for sim unlock.
