Why is it when I manually install/update Google market to 3.5.19 with the .apk after any reboot to reverts back to 3.5.13?
Please help!

Are you sure it isn't auto-updated to 3.7.13?

I just noticed where facebook has uploaded Facebook Pages Manager. But until now (04/Jan/2013) can only be downloaded by those who use canada market.

This application can be downloaded if you install market enabler and converting applications to market canada.

There is no rule saying you can't share it, as if I travelled to Canada I would be able to download it myself.
I would be thankful if you could post a link or, if you wish, share privately.

Raccoon is designed to work on Linux, too. Check the thread and the official Raccoon web page, which should be linked there.
