Not to confuse baseband with model number (which may or may not exactly match your phone), but this may be the thread you are looking for:
> Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime > Galaxy Grand Prime Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting > Galaxy Grand SM-G531H Root Methods For 5.1.1?
If your device is not a 531H, you can still ask for your variant in that thread (once you have registered for an XDA account).
