If that does not help, you can ask here (once you have an XDA account to be able to post there):

All you need to do (usually for Samsung) is Odin back to stock. You are in luck, as there are back-to-stock firmwares available.

Sounds like you need emergency stock. This thread can help with that (never mind the forum it's in):

Download SamFirm, plunk in your model (SM-G350E probably), download through the application then I suppose unzip the package and use Odin to restore your phone.
Any questions you may have with this process can go here:
> General discussion > General > Root Samsung Galaxy Star 2 plus or Star Advance (SM-G350E)
You will need to have an XDA account by then to post there.
