Help me please! I decided to change the firmware on Gear S (SM-R750), and in the midst of my cat pulled the cord. Hours went into save mode. I tried to reinstall, but at the end of an error. Now, all the time is restarted on the logo of Samsung.
The cable does not see. The save mode does not go. What to do? I bought just last week

Ok here is what I have got
Last night I plug the phone into the wall charger with the usb cable and the phone just starts booting, shuting down over and over again so I unplug the USB cable power it off then plug back in a it goes into download mode and says Downloading do not turn off target with a progress bar then it just shut down right in the middle of everything.
Now all I can do is get a screen that says AST_STAT =0x1 with about six lines of stuff under simalar to that all orange in color.
Every now and then I can get to the downloading do not turn off target screen but it does nothing and niether of my computers what to recongize it.
Call ATT they said it was the battery I say it isn't and took apart the USB cable and a wire had come loose and was touching another. So I am assuming it just geeked out the phone and some how lost everything even the OS. I went and bought a new USB Cable that is when I got it to do what it is doing now.
Is there anything I can do to get it back up and running or is it a paper weight now.
I was running the unoffical/offical Samsung Captivate 2.2 OS. No costum rom and the phone was not rooted.
Have you tried using Odin and flashing it back to stock?
I have tried but I can get passed the downloading screen odin does not reconize the phone.
One time when I plugged it into my laptop if was tring to get some android generic drivers but the cable came unplugged and I can get it to do it again and I am having trouble getting to the download screen.
Could someone please give me a step by step thing I can try because what I have found so far isn't getting the problem fixed.
Thanks
Hi all,
my brand new Galaxy Note 10.1 won't boot and it seems like it is not charging.
The first time I turned it on the screen lid up with a colourful snow image and stayed like that until I turned it off.
Subsequently the tablet wouldn't turn on.
I have tried a different charger but with no luck.
However after trying to reset the device (power + vol up) and playing with the power on button for awhile, I did manage to get the Galaxy Note 10.1 boot screen to show, but it was just stuck there and eventually it turned off.
Incidentally, I bought the device from Currys in London Victoria on Sunday and I live abroad, so I have no way of going back to the store for a replacement. Any ideas of how to get it replaced or repaired? It's only 2 days old
Thanks in advance

plug it into the computer with ODIN running and see if it can recover your tablet
"colourful snow image" wtf.
Talk to the store on the phone, send it back via dhl or some other service.
When trying the odin stuff, check the flash counter... if you can connect with odin you will be able to flash a stock firmware, be careful to choose the right one for your device on sammobile.

Unfortunately the device is not even recognised on any PC I've pluged it to, so it seems to be completely dead.
Thanks for your help though @khanh1289 & @KoRoZIV
Did you tried to put it in download mod or recovery? To be recognized by Odin you have to start with power+volume down, to get in the stock recovery for data wipe power+volume up.
Edit : nvm, I see that you tried... sorry it's dead, I hope you can exchange it.

Hello,i'm here to ask and also beg for a solution for my problem. My phone is an old model Samsung Galaxy Note II and well it was charged normally this morning until afternoon when i felt my phone's heat and took it out then all i saw was Factory Mode, i tried various methods and i did came back to my normal phone screen but when i powered off, Factory mode appeared again, and the worse is that my phone can't be charged, i tried many cables but it wouldn't charged, now it even dead and i have no idea what to do now. I hope to get a reply as soon as possible, i'm freaking out here.
I recently got a GT-P3113TS (Galaxy Tab 2 7.0) that was selling for parts, and when it said it was unrepairable, the seller wasn't kidding. I plugged it in and get the battery icon with a circle but it stays there, when I plug it to a computer with Samsung kies drivers, it does not detect in Odin. With this I have concluded that the owner really messed up when flashing a custom recovery/rom. I've tried 300k, tried going into both the recovery and download mode, and unplugged the battery to discharge it, but all returned no promising results. Since this was a really cheap pick up, I was wondering if I could bring the tablet back to life or get the tablet to at least detect on the computer so I can attempt an Odin flash. I have provided a picture of the situation below.

Firmware wouldn't update OTA and was stuck on 6.0.1. Wanted to update it to FW 8. Got odin and downloaded the appropiate files, Im not stranger to flashing other devices so I was being cautious.
The phone showed no progress as it was stuck in downloading... so I rebooted it. (I have done this before and it never went sour)
The phone shut down as it should and disconnected from the computer as it should.
Now the lame part is, I tried booting into recovery, download mode and just a plain old power on.
The phone will not do anything.
I connected it to the computer, no sign of life. Left it on the charger for 10 minutes, nothing.
Is this thing gone for good? It's my little sisters phone so I am kinda ****ting bricks right now.
