Why, for the ever living god, can I not get 3Minit to go away? Every battery icon toggle I try, its always 3Minit.

Maybe try freezing with TB or app manager in settings
Oh yeah, I can confirm battery percentage coming back on reboot

That option does not function at all and will be removed from the next update.
Text battery does not stick, that will be fixed in the next update too.

Actually, the top 3 choices in that menu as picture by @rickberg do not work and will be removed.

Yeah... when I change the option, it does nothing, even after UI restart. Good to know it will be fixed. not a fan of 3Minit.

I have a quick question. How do I go about flashing this if I wipe internal storage it will delete the file and I don't have an OTG device? Also does this rom automatically root the phone?

Delete
Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

Don't need to pre-root. Just flash custom recovery, full wipe except internal storage and flash the rom. Follow instructions closely if coming from stock.

Still, if having any issues once the custom Rom is running, you can then boot back into recovery and wipe internal storage then.

Sweet. .sorry for the misunderstanding, I thought we had to root first. .

It wouldn't hurt, but an extra step that isn't really necessary. I'm sure we're going to get enough confused folks through here that have never been on a custom Rom. :sly:

Recent apps? Not sure what you mean. Left long press is multi window as default function for this phone. If you want to use it for anything else, you have to disable multi Windows first.

Yeah my recent apps window doesnt appear it just does nothing when I press it if I am in a app or on the home screen. I cant close all of my apps and to go to another app I have to physically go to my homescreen and open the app from there

This ROM is nice. Love the options.

Not sure if this was bought up already, but I have noticed two issues.
First I get a FC on trying to open the messaging settings and also the running services doesn't show the total ram usage.
Going to try flashing again.
Other than that the rom is excellent, been waiting do a usable ligux. Thanks!
Idk if anyone else has noticed or its just me but YouTube is blocked, so I checked the hosts file and apparently it's blocking a bunch of Google sites, so I just selected everything that had to do with Google and YouTube until I got to the adfree ad blocking and deleted it, saved the changes rebooted and YouTube worked

[Q] What happened to the pull down options on the Moto G?

Hello,
When I first got my new phone I wanted to turn on the WiFi, so good pulled down from the top and found nothing.
I see that the S4 has this and my old phone had it, so why doesn't this one have it?

The thing about that is that it doesn't give me all the options that I used to have on my Samsung. Also, worst of all, WiFi doesn't get toggled with that button. Need Samsung

[MOD] 4x5 TouchWiz Launcher

This will make the launcher home screen 4 (wide) x 5 (high)
It will also make the app drawer 4 (wide) x 6 (high)
Only tested on Verizon GS5 (SM-G900V)
Flash using safestrap.
I'm new to modding so let me know if there's anything that needs to be changed or doesn't work right.
ENJOY!
Don't be shy with that Thanks button!
EDIT: Forgot to mention, make sure busybox is installed before flashing. It uses it to mount /system during the flash process.

I was thinking about doing it if someone asked but after seeing how tedious the process is I'm not so sure.
I'm very used to "home" being in the middle, and not at the left end, of the home screens, so I'd really like to try this. But in the event I decided I didn't like it, how would I go back to the stock settings? Is there an "un-install" for this?
Edit - I just realized, having made a nandroid of the stock ROM with Safestrap, I could just restore that to get back to the factory setup on the home screens if I wanted to, right?

Well first of all this has nothing to do with where the home screen is, it just changes the grid size.
As for restoring, just make a backup of /system/priv-app/TouchWizHome.apk and if you want to go back just restore that file through safestrap.
This is just awesome, I was wondering if it is possible to make the icons a little bit bigger, and also wondering if we could have the Google search bar in every screen, like the Google launcher.
Thanks for the nice mod! !!

Thanks for clarifying that, but I immediately saw the first point above for myself. I made the mistake of assuming your modification would bring about every aspect of the picture you showed (in which your main homescreen is centered). Since that was the main reason I was looking at this modification, I decided to switch to Nova Launcher to get that feature. But thanks for the mod, and for answering my questions.
anybody know if this would work and is even needed on Alliance rom ?
If not needed.. how would I enable in Alliance ?

So for anyone as reckless as me ,I seem to be the only one so far who managed this installation, this is what I did. I do not recommend using this method unless you're very experienced with flashing / recovering. Or unless you have a spare phone. Basically I flashed my 935p to the latest tmo firmware I believe this rom is based on (pg1 I think). From there rooted and used wifi to download flashfire and busybox. Then flashed rom, used aroma installer to do a clean wipe, selected sprint, and didn't add anything else extra except the awesome boot animation. For me it didn't work the first time (it did boot up though) as it said I didn't have a phone number. Turned my WiFi off and flashed again. This time it worked. So that's my story and here's some screenies...
