I plug my Verizon SM-N900V into my computer and a little note pops up by the system tray : New Software available for the Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900V) Downloading..
Presently, my unrooted phone is on 4.3
Is this finally 4.4.2? (Kit Kat)

Well I guess I can answer my own question...after waiting and waiting for the Kit Kat update, this was indeed the update from Verizon to update my Verizon Note 3 from Jelly bean 4.3 to Kit Kat 4.4.2

You need to use "cf-auto root for snapdragon internetional". i have exactly the same device. i solved this problem by trying this method like 3 times and it worked.
Hey guys my wife has a s6 that she got off ebay cheap and when she put her sim in it text and calls work but its stuck on 3g. I was wondering if I could root it and flash a rom, kernel, and modem for a att varient of the s6 and if so if someone could point me in the right direction.
