Hallo. Yesterday i bought a brand new galaxy s6 and i noticed that everytime i connect to my local wifi network(access point) when i download apps or view videos from youtube my connection is unstable! Also i noticed the time my phone has that unstable connection on my pc network icon shows limited connectivity( yellow triangle) and after i disconnect from phone network works fine!
What can i do for this? Is my device broken?

I am a Galaxy mini/pop gts5570 user and i am facing difficulties in connecting the internet through edge...
towards the end of my internet validity last month i faced this trouble and i presumed it could be due to low balance. But when I activated internet connectivity for a month this time the edge connection symbol on the top does not appear. Previously it used to disappear(disconnect) often. But now it does not get connected at all. I have also checked with the operators and they have confirmed that internet access has been activated from their side. So the problem, I guess, must be with my handset.
Just for further clarity, i am getting connected through a wi-fi at any wifi hot spot.

I'm getting no connection error whenever I enter any of the google apps (google+,gmail,youtube,etc) when I'm connected to wifi in my Nexus5. I have another smartphone (samsung galaxy fit) with an aircel simcard in it which provides the wifi connection via hotspot.
But Everything works fine when I'm connected to the mobile internet in my Nexus 5.The issue occurs only when I'm connected to wifi.How do I fix this?

Clear cache of play store delete updates yadeyadeyada... I had this problem on a 4.1 device had to do a factory reset in the end
Here is a crazy one with Samsung J700H 2015 Marshmallow.
When I am at home: My J7 keeps connecting and disconnecting to my home WiFi every minute.
When I am at home: 2 laptops, 1 Lenovo android and 1 tablet work with no WiFi issues connected all the time so clearly modem is functional.
When I am at work or anywhere out connected on some other WiFi, my J7 work with no WiFi issues. It is connected constantly with no breaking up so clearly my J7 is functional.
So when I am at home all my devices have NO wifi problems but my J7 keeps connecting and disconnecting.
When I go out of home my J7 wifi works great.
Any advice is welcome!
It isn't possible that this didn't happen to anyone?

All you need to do is to dial
*#0011#
And then click on the option the 3dots and click wifi
Turn OFF the WIFI Power Save Mode
And restart..

That works only with lollipop it doesnt work with marshmallow. Anyway I fixed it I bought a new router and now it works fine. Cable modem was making problems. I left both wifi network on and only cabel is making problems.
My work network went down earlier so i thought i would just tether the laptop to my S8 over wifi and use my 4g connection instead. But the laptop constantly connects then disconnects about 2 seconds later, over and over again (I can see it in the hotspot settings on the phone thta it appears as a connected device then vanishes immediately after). Tried turning hotspot on and off again on the phone, made no difference. Normal wifi use on my phone seems ok, its just this wifi hotspot that doesnt seem to work properly. Using exynos version on AQDD.
I'm having the same problem tethering my s8 to my android head unit. I connected to my tv box just fine, but I see the same cycle as you when I try to connect to my HU. I previously connected my S6 to the HU with no issues. The only thing I can think of is I used Smart Switch to copy everything from my S6 to S8 and it copied tethering settings as well and maybe that messed something up. I've changed the network name and password but that didn't help.
I finally got mine to work. I changed the security setting to open, and it connected. I then turned on only allowed devices and added the mac address of the head unit.
Troubles with finding where to edit my profile as well as locating my device. It says that I have a note 3 from AT&T;
I have a Samsung J7 Crown from Straight Talk.
The issue im having is that my device connects ("screen mirroring " / SmartView) to my TCL roku tv just fine, until after about ten minutes - give or take - then it disconnects without giving any notification on tv or phone as to why. Everything is updated as far as I am aware, even my tv.
I have tried different locations and distances. Issue persists.
Please help, thanks.
*side note: Since I only have internet on phone, could I connect my tv and phone to a wireless router and expect a more stable connection?
