I was on 12.0-YNG1TAS17L I was having some issues with SMS message not sending sometimes plus the stage-fright stuff was vulnerable in this build so I decided to try upgrading to PACMAN rom 5.1 and was receiving an error to execute the updater binary. I finally found the solution to the issue, and that was to update to the latest nightly of CM to upgrade some firmware? Maybe it was radio related? I flashed that and while I was still in recovery I did another wipe followed by a flash of the PACMAN rom, which then worked. After using the PACMAN rom for a few days I was noticing some lockup issues and the WiFi kept dropping while I was using the phone. (Phone wasn't sleeping). I decided that I would just go back to CM and install the latest version. I flashed the latest SNAPSHOT build from 9/1. The WiFi issues are still occurring so it isn't ROM specific. I am thinking that the new firmware that was flashed during the nightly flash that I did caused the problem.
So has anyone else had this problem? If so is there an easy fix? If I flash YNG1TAS17L will it back out the firmware update? Thanks.

I'm having trouble updating my firmware past 3.12. If I go above that, I get a constant reboot so I can't update my ICS ROM that requires the new firmware. I've only tried the Inquisition ROM, so I'm not sure if the problem exists for other builds.
I'm currently on Inquisition 3.0, 3.5 still works. 4.0 is when it stops working.
Will going back to stock and re-rooting fix this?
Actually i'm using HD Revolution on my Sensation and works well. I supose you could try another custom rom updating firmware or back to stock rom with original firmware and kernel.
Regards!
I have been using various Roms based on the stock 4.3 update (cleanROM, alliance, mostly stock). and I have had issues with constant resetting and crashing - I have to pull my battery several times a day. Is this because I am updating the roms but I haven't updated the modem/baseband?
If so, should I just flash the modern in my current install, or do I need to re-flash everything?

Are you on a unlocked 4.1.2 bootloader? Or are you on a Locked 4.3 bootloader (Took the 4.3 OTA) and using safestrap? If you took the OTA then your radio is already updated. If you have an unlocked bootloader and just flash the ROM in recovery then you probably haven't updated your radio yet. You can do so if you want. You are looking for the ML1 radio. NOT THE FIRMWARE (very important you do radio only!!!!)
However I do not think the radio is your problem. Has to be an app causing problems. do you use Titanuim Backup to restore apps?
So I got the update today, downloaded OTA, phone reboots and starts installing it, but it stops and gives an error message. I tried updating again and same thing happened. Anyone with the same problem?
I was having problems like you to get it to update. I gave up on my xt1032 and just flashed stock 4.4.2, no root. Then it installed the update without issues.
Unroot and try again... also go back to the stock recovery if by chance you aren't using that already.
Looked through both dev subsections and can not find an offical release of CM11S before the 4.4.4 OTA update. Was wondering if anyone knows where it can be downloaded to go back to before the update. Thank you.
This is the zip i used to flash trough stock recovery.
Its the official 25R version signed by CM

My phone signal for 3g etc gone way worse now, how do i fix this???
I flashed PA again now but the signal problem remained?
I done this "fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin" as stated in Cyan11S thread post for installtion maybe flashing that modem f****ed it up? Im in the UK using Three network.

Try another radio http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/general/ref-oneplus-one-modem-collection-t2858734
I'm on three and all modems been fine. You'll have flashed the newest modem when flashing 33R just flash another one and see how it goes. I'm using the find 7 modem on mine and that's working well.
