Is there a way to use the under screen led for notifications on lollipop? (Illumination bar notification doesn't work)
There is an app LightBar Xperia in Google play. It work fine on lollipop
is it possible that my led bar died? my led bar does not even light when the phone is charging, and testing from LightBar xperia does not work either. lightflow is the same.
Try either using a pin on the reset button under sim flap or hold vol up and power button till it vibrates(same effect as removing the battery) led strip works fine on 5.1

Are you talking about Illumination bar ?
I think this light bar not work when charging, it just work when you view Album, Music, Video, phone call ...
If it not work, you can try this way:
- First, open your sim card slot, find the reset button or find OFF 's text that should be written there.
- Then, use a needle to press it and hold it about 10 secs+ and turn on your XM2.
- Last, test it by opening any photos in your album app/play a song walkman.
How do u make the illumination bar light's when charging?

Has anyone already tried something to ADJUST BRIGHTNESS/CHANGE COLOR of the illumination bar (the light beneath the home key) when unlocking the Miro?
Yes, I've already used the Xperia illumination app but it doesn't actually disable the unlock light..
I also managed to disable the lights by freezing the system app but it's still fun to have the lights.. tsk
TIA!

fail. it just turns out it that the Illumination Bar app for Xperias works far better than that with customizations.
what we're looking for its an app that can modify the light presets like, for example, when unlocking an Xperia Miro, the illumination bar below the Home button lights up blue..
so we need to change to change that brightness and color. thanks
Hello!
I've got problem with my C2105 - no custom LED colors work. I've checked LightFlow and LEDBlinker and it doens't work. It's always white LED (while notifications, battery loading etc colors works fine).
Non-rooted C2105 4.1.2
Any solutions/other apps?
Cheers!

I've tried this one and I can't modify colors. When I'm using green theme I can only use green, when red then only red. Screen in attachment. Any solutions?

Since you're using Illumination Bar, go to general settings and change the phone to Xperia U. You can then change the RGB values. But rest assured they won't stick. They'll revert to white, as has happened to almost all of us. Xperia has released the source for controlling the LED, so we can expect the apps to be updated for our phone within the month

Hi!
I did it and now I'm able to modify colors (as you said) but they all time come back to white (as you said). So I'm waiting for apps with XL support (as you said), thanks!
If anyone will find that app please share it with us in this topic.

Illumation bar works for all colours, but you just need to set the blink rate to be "always on"
Guyz check latest firmware!
It has built in LED control

Anyone can show me how notifications look like on this particular device?
I tried searching for youtube videos but nothing came up.
(I'm looking for a phone that comes with a clearly visible notification light. So far the Xperia Z phones are winning with their fast blink notification light. Yes, I tried light manager, lightflow, and every app chewed up my battery straight.)
Thanks!

This device indicates a notification with a light which is situated at the top left above the screen. It blinks slowly but is very clear and easy to see. In addition to this, the rear power button also lights up in sync with the front light. I really like this feature
Yeah!
No phone beats it in term of notification LED. :good:
You will not miss the notification both from the front LED and power button LED at the back! They are bigger and brighter than any other phones! :silly:
That's one of the reasons why I love the G Pro! It's just so innovative and so different from other phones
Does your led on the back able to display complete white?
Is there an app like Illumination Bar Notification for the Xperia U, that will allow me to set notifications for missed calls/new sms on the Xperia M2? I see that Illumination Bar Notification has some problems with the pulse led on the M2. Any other proven way?
OK, I just found out that there are notifications by default, but on the pulse led. Good enough for me.
As we all know Z3 have little notification LED light and some time its hard for that light to get out attention
I want to make my LED notification light more bright but don't know how to do it, So developers please help
here is a method for old xperia devices by editing pre_hw_config.sh file but it is not applicable on kitkat
Any one know how to do it in kitkat ?
