Hello!
I've got problem with my C2105 - no custom LED colors work. I've checked LightFlow and LEDBlinker and it doens't work. It's always white LED (while notifications, battery loading etc colors works fine).
Non-rooted C2105 4.1.2
Any solutions/other apps?
Cheers!

Since you're using Illumination Bar, go to general settings and change the phone to Xperia U. You can then change the RGB values. But rest assured they won't stick. They'll revert to white, as has happened to almost all of us. Xperia has released the source for controlling the LED, so we can expect the apps to be updated for our phone within the month

Hi!
I did it and now I'm able to modify colors (as you said) but they all time come back to white (as you said). So I'm waiting for apps with XL support (as you said), thanks!
If anyone will find that app please share it with us in this topic.

Illumination bar works for me. But some colours showing as white

Illumation bar works for all colours, but you just need to set the blink rate to be "always on"
Guyz check latest firmware!
It has built in LED control

Hey I was wondering if any one know of an app that lets you change the color of the led for different notification?
Sent from my DROIDX using XDA App
Read a post from b4 that said Handsent SMS program allowed 4 LED color changes. I dl'd it, installed, but couldn't get DX LED to change color. Luv the program though!

"Missed Call" seems to work for texts, and emails...don't remember if it actually worked for missed calls.
Not sure about you but I only ever see 3 colors.. green, blue and red.
the Original Droid 1 had all sorts of colors, purple, cyan, orange, etc..
I know with touchdown email I can change the led color for emails only to hundreds of different colors. But I'm looking for one program to change the led colors for different stuff

Handcent sms works fine for me, I haven't seen any other ways yet to change the indicator. I've also noticed it only works with the screen off. That's ok though.
The led is able to do multiple colors well enough. Color choices work as billed in the menu but the color picker seems ineffective sometimes...
The cyan setting works well also., is my default sms light
Has anyone already tried something to ADJUST BRIGHTNESS/CHANGE COLOR of the illumination bar (the light beneath the home key) when unlocking the Miro?
Yes, I've already used the Xperia illumination app but it doesn't actually disable the unlock light..
I also managed to disable the lights by freezing the system app but it's still fun to have the lights.. tsk
TIA!

fail. it just turns out it that the Illumination Bar app for Xperias works far better than that with customizations.
what we're looking for its an app that can modify the light presets like, for example, when unlocking an Xperia Miro, the illumination bar below the Home button lights up blue..
so we need to change to change that brightness and color. thanks
two questions to this..
1. how many colors does the x920d has?
2. anyone managed to custom those colors? I tried using lightflow and on apps itself but doesn't seem to work. (requires rooting perhaps?)
Thanks
from the #*#*3424*#*#, it looks like we have 3 colors, blue, green, red for the notification light.
Yes it has blue color and it works.
Otherwise, I don't know how to activate it.
I tried many programs from the market to test the differents colors of the LED and it doesn't work, it stay green.
But in the diag test *#*#3424#*#*, it works.
So i guess even rooting doesnt help huh... Damn it... I could go all rainbow colors on my s3 last time

Hello friends, this is my first thread so pardon my mistakes.
I have a Micromax Canvas HD, rooted, with CM11 with built in two leds, Green and Red only. But it has no control over the notifications. so they only glow while charging and full charging. I request for any app or Xposed module that would allow me to control the leds. I know there are apps like Light flow, etc. but the thing is these apps only work with phones supporting all colours (RGB). I have little knowledge about coding and adb etc. All I want it to blink leds on notifications. Can someone help me?
Led control using xposed
Hi. Use the 'Xposed LED control' module. It works perfectly with A116. Install, enable and restart. Use the color select option and change the color gradually till you get the color change. The green LED will blink near to the blue color selection..just try it. It will work.

Thanks for responding. But, when i enabled, rebooted and opened the app I got a list of apps, so I opened whatsapp then under the led color option I selected green in the color pallete, but on touching on preview, no led blinks...I got to know that the preview button might not work but even after getting a whatsapp message while my phone is locked, i don't get the led. Can you give a step by step guide or maybe a youtube video??? Once again thanks for responding.
See the attachment. Selecting green will not make the LED green. The color selection should be around blue color. If it fails you have to change the color selection until the LED becomes green.

can you send me the exact color code on which the green LED would blink...I tried ff0085ff as shown in your attachment, but that didn't work..and maybe for red too?
The one i already sent you worked for me..for green try dragging the color selector in the blue region and for red in the red region. It will work.

What rom and kernel do you have? I have CM11 and KashKernel. v2.7
Can someone please try an app such as LedBlinker and report whether the Idol 3 has an RGB notification LED that can be configured to show any color ? Photos of the phone showing the notification light would be great too!
+1. Was gonna ask the same question.

You cannot use it for notifications even with white color? I read in at least 2 places that it has an LED. Did you try both Led Blinker and Light Flow ?

Notification LED works right out the box - without any additional apps. However, it is not colored.

Actually, on Nexus devices it also works out of the box, but additional apps help to tailor it for what you need, like missed calls, and 3rd party email clients. So I was wondering if LedBlinker works with this phone, even if the LED lights only white. BTW LedBlinker has a customization to make the LED blink faster or slower.
so sad... :crying:
Still buying it, but... better than no led at all I guess
