[Completed] Huge problem Huawei y530 - XDA Assist

Hi everyone, I'm quite desperate. I rooted my Huawei y530 U00, then started removing stock apps (branded phone). At last I changed the bootanimation.zip
though now it's stuck on looping the animation!!! I tried anything! Wiping cache, wiping everything, it won't work.
I tried reflashing stock firmware from the official site, placing in in the SD under a folder "dload", but nothing works. I try to select the update from recovery mod but it says this error:
"update package's ext name error"
Again, I'm desperate. Wha the hell can I do?:crying::crying:
Thanks

[Q] Huawei G510, no flashing, no recovering. Done?

Hi all,
Let me shortly give you the facts:
Huawei G510-0100
Unlocked Bootloader with DC unlocker client and fastboot
Rooted and SU with Kingo root
got TWRP 2.6.3.3 on it.
So far so good. Took me a while, and looked like it works.
First I did a backup of the system and then wiped extensive.
Then I tried to flash the backup with the result that the restore failed, last message in cmd window: formatting system using make_ext4fs (wanted to post pic, but can´t as account is new).
Next try was flashing CM 10.2
It failed with the message "error flashing zip"
So now I can´t use the phone anymore.
Do you have any suggestions what may be wrong? Tried several things. Checked if fat32 is on the SD also tried to flash from internal SD. Nothing helped. Can I dump the phone or is there anything to try?
I would really appreciate some help. Thanks!
Cheers

[Q] huawei y530 u051 brick

hi, I have a huawei y530 u051, and it's bricked!!!!
I'm from guatemala and my cel phone doesn't have warranty
I modify the build.prop, but I didn't change the permissions to r-w r-r, so now my phone doesn't start..............
I look for the original firmware but is not available
I found some but in order to do a dload update it has to be the same or better software but the real problem is that it has to be from the same vendor, and that's the real problem, I try with the firmware of the y530 u00 and nothing as well
I try with the adb but I couldn't do anything
the phone enter to recovery and fastboot
and it has these options in recovery
android system recovery 3e
reboot system now
apply update from external storage
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from ADB
Touchscreen firmware update
I already did a factory reset y cache partition, several times.... but still nothing, still stuck in logo and after that the screen goes black
there is anything I can do??
help me please, I don't know what to do
thank you :good:
by the way sorry for my english...
I also have the same problem with my y530-u051 .... I guess I messed it up while trying to install the latest emui 3.0... but i have the exact same problem, stuck in boot mode. Is there a fix out there!? Anyone!!?? come on we need help here! huawei 4 life? -_-
1. You can download the u051 frameware in the huawei website (just search "huawei y530-u051 frameware" in google and try to update.
2. If 1 doesn't work, just buy new phone...

[HELP] Bricked device ? need help

my device is BL-L21 version (EU variant)
I saw this thread : https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-6x/development/rom-aospextended-6-4-honor-6x-t3935711
So rebranded my phone to indian model to get emui 8 according to this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onj2Z5eh7Mo
Then flashed this custom askuccio recovery : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qvIgmlPPJ0amS8-aNEIG3xDKc9tHxrW7/view
Now in custom recovery followed the instructions (wipe system cache dalvik data) but could got errors like "could not mount this" "unable to unmount that"
At the time I didn't know all I had to do was to change filesystem then get back to previous one.
So I went into fastboot erase system, data ,cache.
I also wiped internal storage, which I think was the big mistake I've done.
Then back into recovery flash asop6.4 and let it do it's thing, it got stuck on boot screen for quite some time.
When I got back to it, EMUI eRecovery stated something went wrong and proposed to factory reset device. Which I did but gave an error.
Now I tried
* dload method https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=73954487&postcount=240, download link is dead btw.
after copying dload to /sdcard/ and rebooting with vol+/vol-/pwr down, gives : "software install failed"
* HurUpdater, I have trouble finding the correct update.zip/update_all_hw.zip/update_data_public.zip files. Since I can't boot any rom right now I can't use Firmware Finder app.
I also tried to look into /tmp/recovery.log. deleted it because too big, just wanted the result of HurUpdater but I guess permissions have changed and now nothing gets written to it.
* eRecovery to try to get back to stock and do it all over but it didn't work, which is normal since everything is unlocked in the phone.
device then reboots and goes to eRecovery.
I just want to get AOSPExtended running, what should I do ?
Oh yeah also, beginner mistake : I don't have any backup.
Did I do something wrong to get no answers?

I need help with a soft bricked Redmi Note 7

Hello guys,
For context, I flashed LOS a few weeks ago and got an update today. Didn't think much of it so I just clicked like a install button or something. The phone (Redmi Note 7) booted into TWRP. I couldn't find any zip, nor image file though. I tried just rebooting to system, which obviously didn't work. It booted straight back into TWRP. After many tries in this fashion, I downloaded the zip file from the official LOS website and tried flashing it there. That didn't work and it spat out an ERROR 7.
I don't know what to do, I tried so many ways to fix it, but nothing works.
Please help.
EDIT: When I try to flash the ROM in it says Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
Hint: Replace in this thread's title "device" by "Redmi Note 7" thus mainly owners of such phone get addressed.
