Instructions to Install
Download the latest ROM zip and GApps from the download tabs above.
Connect your Nexus 7 into USB Storage mode to the PC via USB data cable.
Drag the downloaded two zips to the root of your storage (and not in any folder).
Power off the device, press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power buttons altogether until you see the Recovery screen
You are now in Recovery mode.
If you are flashing this ROM for the first time (coming from another ROM): wipe /data (factory reset) /cache, dalvik-cache and /system
If you are updating this ROM (coming from previously installed version of this ROM): wipe /cache and dalvik-cache
"Install zip from sdcard" > "choose zip from sdcard" > select the ROM zip and press "Yes" to flash.
Follow the above step again to flash the GApps.
When all is done, select "reboot system now".

The Camera app has not work

No USB Storage mode
Cannot get USB Storage mode to work.
Clean system just after flashing, USB debugging turned ON.
The "USB computer connection" menu has only two options present: Media device (MTP) and Camera (PTP).

Unfortunately, camera is still not working, even with third party apps. But i think that's not a rom problem (seems that's a cm issue).

Is this JB 4.2.2 for Note2, like the one in S4?

What I did noticed is that when taking a picture with the camera and trying to view it with swiping to the left a blank screen is shown. However when opening the gallery you can see the picture.

Unfortunately i've already switched back to sammy rom

Great AOSP based Rom, Very Stable and fast. Battery seems to be OK.. lasted a full day or normal use.
Once request: Do you have a Version of ExchangeNoPIN for this rom? I tried the AOSP verion but it didnt work.

2) Reboot in recovery mode
3) Wipe system/data/cache/dalvik cache
4) Install the rom zip and reboot (don't install toggles Fix now)
5) Reboot,after the rom opens you will find the notifications panel buggy, reboot into recovery again and flash toggles fix.zip
6)reboot and you're done.

Note:-It may take a while to reboot for the first time so don't worry
-you need to activate wanam xposed and cheack security hacks/xsecurestorage to make private mode working
-if you got a bootloop just flash talexop kernel or any other kernel after installing the rom (special cases)

UltraCVM is an ongoing project of building a gcam that would fullfill the need of an extreme imaging tool aimed towards exceptional quality for most up-to-date sensors used in flagship devices. Based off respective and known devs, keeping and extending their features.

FAQ
Q This mod (or some of it's features) doesn't work on XYZ device/rom
A I can't support all devices. My main goal is to support at least as many flagships & good midranges 2019+ as possible. I can't guarantee also that mod will work well on custom non OSS Vendor roms.
Q Whats with noise?
A The goal of the mod is to give best results in good lighting conditions for the main lens. You can't have both detail & denoise, so denoisers are always lowered on my versions. On the other hand with some patches I'm doing to the lib - you get plenty of room to experiment with denoisers in libpatcher. Just spend some time with it.
Q Whats with focus tracking?
A Focus tracking is disabled in favour of manual tracker that is much more precise.
Q Whats with selfie camera?
A Unfortunately everything you put in main lens patcher - also sets for front camera as well. There is no way as of now to change this logic, the only solutions is make yourself a front xml and load it each time for selfie.
Q Why pics are so heavy?
A As being said - ultracvm is all about experiments towards having incredible shots from main lens. In order to make all patches to work as I plan them - I had to fully decompress result as much as possible on every step gcam doing with it's algos.
Q Can you add XYZ feature?
A Can't help with that. I'm keeping pretty much every feature base mod has, the amounts of own features are kept in minimal yet efficient range.
Q Can mod be named something else either than SnapCamera?
A Snapcamera packagename helps to make AUX working for most devices, we can't sacrifice that.
Q Whats with XYZ mode?
A My main priority is main HDR/e+ modes & Night Sight, the rest, beyond this are least things (including portrait, aux, this or mode) I'm considering to care much of. I will debug as much as possible but if sacrifices have to be done - I'm sorry.
Q Whats with aggressive "not reuse" policy?
A I always contact and keep in touch with modders with gcams I use as base. Always post proper credits to all the people helped achieving particular build. I enocourage other devs do that as well and if original dev doesn't want you to hype over time he put into his work - it's the way it better has to be the way they want it to.

XML configs
Since v4 xml can't be fully cross-used between devices due to HAL stream modes settings! If you experience black viewfinder - that is the reason!
V4 xmls you can find on Celso
48MP mode on xiaomi mi9, k20 pro & mi9t pro, mi9t & k20
If you don't see your device in the list above - sadly THERE IS NO 48MP FOR YOU!
To be able to shoot in 48mp res on the devices from the list - you need magisk modules with patched libs by @eszdman
Libraries highly depend on MIUI version, which might be an issue with miui beta roms
Make sure to pick proper module per device!
I'm not providing any technical support to these, as I'm not the original creator!
Zenfone6 & Rog2 doesn't require any patched libs for 48mp to work properly

For Mi Note 10 users you're almost an hero.
Still not so stable as some other ports but so far no doubts your one is giving the very best results mainly in terms of colours.
Awesome, impressive, really thanks.
Problems here are:
- Tele not working (but still no ports for MN10 with Tele working as far as I know)
- portraits not working, the cam go crazy if you select portraits and you've to quit (being based on Urnyx maybe it could be useful to know that portraits was working on Urnyx 1.4)
- very slow post shooting processing mainly in night mode or when shooting under enhanced hdr+ mode
- some crashes (last one was when testing astro mode, but still to go deep into most of the other functions.
Said that, got to repeat that definition is fantastic but colours are really really awesome!

I have a question: if I activate libpatcher without even changing any settings inside it the picture quality is improved by an order of magnitude. Is this normal ? I mean, I'm perfectly happy with that result but I'm just trying to understand whats going on. Is there an totally different algo going on when libpatcher is not activated ?

@UltraM8 video focus have some issue.
Last time I write to the BGS and he fix the issue it video focus. You can easily extract the fix from sanity last version 7.0 for the MI 8. Except video focus and libs the camera is great.

What are recommended settings for this ultracam ?

...did you flash ALT+F4 vendor. did u on OneUI2 or 3 FW? more details. "Blackscreen" cannot help everyone

Thanks for getting back - I wasn't sure what info to post.
So What I did:
1. Used ODIN to install a stock Flash File "SM-A405FN_2_20210401115508_ciabtdqry9_fac" (AP_A405FNXXU3CUC4_CL21112005_QB39200858_REV00_user_low_ship_meta_OS11.tar is one of the files inside the downloaded stock rom)
2. Installed TWRP "twrp-installer-3.5.2_9-0-a40".
3. Installed "multidisabler-samsung-3.1" from TWRP.
4. After reboot, Wiped /system, /data and cache.
5. installed your ROM.
6. When I turn on the phone i get the standard SAMSUNG first boot screen. Then a message about 'press power to ignore the unlocked bootloader and resume booting'. Then I get a black screen and I have to hold vol - and power to restart (happens again and again)
note: I'm not sure why you mentioned 'Vendor altF4'? That's a different rom in an unrelated post as I understood it.
Hope this helps (and maybe you can correct where I'm getting confused.)!

you are on android11 firmware thats why you have issues

When i select WIPE from TWRP I get Dalvik/cache/system/data/internal storange/micro sd card/USB OTG but I don't get 'Vendor' as an option to wipe sorry!
I went ahead and installed that Vendor file anyway and then your ROM and IT WORKS!!! omg thanks so much.

All seems to work except an odd issue with the phone app. The UI doesn't appear if someone rings me or if I make a phone call (incomming calls do ring but I can't see the UI to answer for example!).
I fixed this by going into the settings for the "phone app->advanced->Select as default phone app"

Finally a guy, know what he do!

Using a bit more here's the issue's I have:
- Enabling 'Double tap power button to turn on touch' it buggy. The torch switches on for 2 seconds and then the feature won't work until you next swtich the screen on and off again.
- Search bar on the homescreen(lawnmower app) doesn't work when you click on it. I can't remove it either. I suspect this is because I installed the 'CORE' version of NikGapps.
I'll keep you updated on how this ROM goes! I'm sticking with it for now as it's WAY faster, nicer looker, easier to use, than stock Samsung.

DT2W is known issue of the Kernel from Eureka. We can use actualy this rom only in Permissive.
the Others sounds like GAPPS issue

GPS is working very well! I just needed to go outside to get a good signal.
New issue/bug:
The phone screen doesn't turn off when I make a phone call or put the phone close to my face during a call (I have to push the power button to disable the screen for phone calls). This likely happens because the A40 doesn't have a proximity sensor and uses the front camera instead?
I had this when using LinageOS on the older 2017 edition of the A40 but it was eventually fixed in a dev update to the fork of LinageOS built for that version so this is a familiar issue!

We use the Camera Sensor right, i think could be a source issue only. I think in next version (monthly will fix)

Using this ROM still! Here's my update:
Pros:
- WOW. It's fast. Like really fast and snappy.
- Very clean and fluid feel.
- Looks great.
Cons:
- Screen stays on unless you push the power button in a call.
- The camera app (including other camera apps) doesn'st detect the 3rd wide-angle camera.
- The camera app (including other camera apps) can't focus when using the rear camera.
Overall:
Still better than stock Samsung if you really hate bloat!

I tried the new recent version after having tried the original version of this OS. It's a lot better - takes up around 1.6GB of RAM (with NikGApps Core) and boots fast. Issue thtat keeps me from using it as my daily driver is the in-call phone issue - when you're in a call, you can still accidently slide the notifcation bar down using your ear and actvate features on the screen even through the screen is off.

What firmware version are you on? I can try using the same version if u had a link and I can report back. To replicate the problem:
-Call anyone (or just the answer phone).
- while your head is by the earpiece and so the screen is switched off, use your finger to swipe from the top of the phone to the bottom.
- take your face away and the screen will light up again but will show the notification area as that part of the screen was still active.
