Flashing Instruction
1. Download M12-ROM and extract archive.
2. Open Odin as Admin.
3. Flash this like One Package.
4. Wipe data/factory reset in Recovery
5. Go to wipe menu - make wipe cache and dalvik cache.
6. Reboot system.
7. Done
Adrenaline Boost
This script will probably speed up your work
1. Open Terminal Emulator.
2. Type su (enter) and boost.
3. Once again type boost and close Terminal Emulator.
4. Gone.
RAM Optimization
This is likely to improve the management of RAM.
1. Open Terminal Emulator
2. Type su - enter, then cc.
3. Go to (4) Configure Tweaks and - (2) Enable - Optimize Mounts, (3) Enable - Cleanup, (5) Enable - SQLite Optimization.
4. Reboot phone.
GPS Setup
This tutorial will improve speed Fix
1. In the phone, open the Keyboard characters (for entering numbers) and type in sequence: * # * # 3214789650 # * # *
2. After entering this code should display a window in which to select:
- Settings-> Parameter Settings-> Position mode-> Option3
- Settings-> Fix Request Settings-> Session Operation-> Standalone
- Settings-> Fix Request Settings-> Server Option-> Local
- GpsOne Xtra-> Xtra Enable-> Enable
3. Then we leave the GPSsetup2 middle button (home) - valid and restart the phone.
4. When you start entering a phone again and successively GPSsetup2: Commands \ TTFF test \ Start.
5. Start testing, and probably all

For now, it seems to me that this would be the best version of M12-ROM.

Please include a new theme This one from v7 is really ugly

Since you are uploading it on saturday can you please give the changelog
And about the theme hope it is a good quality theme becoz unlike cm7 we cant change theme often

In short - for me, this version is much faster, better, smoother than v9.3.
Today I'm going to a friend, so I hope that the link to the ROM will be today. Screenshots give you a little bit later.

Seems to be great. If arabic reading/writing is supported, il will try it.

for me reodexed is fine than deodexed.. working fast and nice for more than 3 weeks..(am on kyrillos 9.6 reodexed by vleutamns)
no more lagging and slow down issues which i faced in deodexed roms..
take it as a request dev

As the rom uses the hd icons and the best UI mod therefore it will eat up the ram.
So its recommended to have atleat a 250MB linux swap partion [any class of sd card] or a 250MB swap file [class 8/10 sd card]
I myself have experienced that the rom promises no lag with a 250MB linux swap [class 6 sd card]
Well u can even multitask with this if you dont use UCBrowser

UI BUGS
• In horizontal view statusbar owner picture looks imperfect:

• Version names & app size gets cuts partially in the Application Settings Area :
• Sometimes while scrolling in the recent panel you will face a black background for the listview.

PERFORMANCE BUGS
• Music trackname & album art wont update wont in the lockscreen
• Try to swipe apps genuinlly & a bit slowly in the recent panel otherwise it will result in a HOTBOOT
• You can face problems while switching to pattern lock, so first remove your lock then select the pattern lock [sometimes it can get 4-5 times selecting the lockscreen]
• In recent panels applications will appear again & again they can't be removed [GB Limitations]
• If you find any app buggy or laggy... just it once to kill it throught recent panel

• After every boot dont touch your phone till your sd card gets prepared.. otherwise it will lag
• After flashing the rom go to settings » display » enable all animations
• For changing profile picture long press on profile picture then select owner profile tab (since it has been moved to settings » about phone)
