Hi, so my wife just got a Note 5 from sprint and she for some reason cant get facebook to do notifications???? I have had her clear chache the uninstall and reinstall no luck then i had her remove her facebook acount from the settings menue on the phone still no luck would apprieaciate any help thank you (sorry for any spelling errors im dyslexic )

hi guys can i get some advice please?
my samsung galaxy s2 phone keeps freezeing and i have to take the batt out to reset it and also every time i boot my phone i lose my email settings and my live background, it sometimes boots up in safe mode, at the moment it wont even let me set back up my hotmail email account, it says connection failed so i,m thinking something is wrong with the sortware on it so i,ve decided to reset the phone back to when it was new
I,m told kies saves or backs up all your contacts and apps is this right as not used it before and bit worried about losing it all any helpfull tips on using kies would be good to please

Samsung Kies can save a lot of data, music, contacts, sms for sure but you need to back them up before you factory reset not afterwards. It is not going to recover all the data you deleted.

i turn it on and set the settings
when a message arrive . i want to open it. when i tap the message it says unfortunately messaging stopped!
when i want to set my google account it says unfortunately google play services stopped!
and also in call log and contacts and ...
i did reset factory and also flash a rom but the problem didnt solve!
what should i do?!

Starting with the beginning, 2 days ago i decided to factory reset my phone ( bad decision ) and wiped the cache also
after that I couldn't log into a samsung account never.
In samsung apps I want to log in and doesn't do anything, neither in S health or any other option or app.
In the settings menu either. I try adding a samsung account when i choose samsungacc it doesn't take any command. NOTHING
The only way it lets me and a weird one, by knox
I installed knox and when i get into galaxy apps by knox indeed it lets me but no other way.
I even deleted my account thinkin the device may stop thiking it should be activated by a samsung account but nothing .
When I reset it , it doesn't prompt me for any samsung account.
I really don't know what to do honestly.
Anyone any idea ?
BTW I reseted it many times, even flashed the original firmware again from my country carrier but nothing .
Hi, tried google but didn't find any answer. My gf have a s6 (regular) with rogers (carrier) she got the update VLU5CPI4 about a month ago. Since then, if she gets an e-mail with an attachment, the phone can't open it properly, a menu pop up asking for language , English and French not there, and if she reply to an e-mail, the one that received that reply get a mix of characters that don't make any sense. Tried reboot but stay the same.
Would try to prevent hard reset. Lot of pictures and even if I tell here to do a backup.... still in her to-do list, other stuff keep adding over it. If I download the firmware from Sammobile, will her phone get hard reset and all erased, or just like ota she keeps her apps and data still intact.

hi i bought 2 phones from my local recycle center ,i got home thinking i could use them but i cant .
they both have a lock screen from google if i understand ,i tried to do factory restore and delete cache but stil cant log in or remove the screen
i googled and found out about the L screen trick and youtube < does not work any more
is there a way to remove this ,i have a samsung j5 6 and nokia ta-1021
my plan was to use them for music only
