Database Info

[Completed] Can't copy files to folders

Hello, i am trying to make a screen record with SCR free, but every time i tap to record, the app says that was unable to create the directory for the video. Also, i tryied to copy music to android's "Music" folder and no success. What can this be? I have a rooted android 4.4.2. Thanks.

I have samsung galxy s3, i back up data using samsung kies before installing android 4.4.4 cyanogenmod. after successful installing this rom, i tried to restore backed up data using kies but it fails as it is rooted. so can u help me restore my data in any other way.
The back up data are on my laptop in samsung kies backup folder.

[Completed] I can't save any new contact to my phone

Hello every body .
Please help ..
I can't save any new contact to my phone . A message appeases " If you save ,, it will not be backed up . Choose new pace like Samsung account " .
I used to test new custom roms , - by the way I have S4 I9500 - so I always sync my contacts to Gmail .
Now I have 352 contact ONLY ,, no more , no less . Each new contact will be deleted immediately after the wipe cash processes .
Now I CANT ADD ANY NEW ,,, ONCE

I was just rooted my nokia x+ and install initial rom but thare is no setting option in whatsapp , hike and other apps
so what can i do.......!!!!!!!!!

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I'm not sure what the problem is or what you mean by initial rom. Do you mean stock Rom or a custom Rom? The best place to get help is in your device's specific forum here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/nokia-x. See if any other users have the same problem. If you can't find anything then post in the q&a section. They are the experts on your device.

[Completed] can't delete netalpha virus from android device.

hello everyone.
recently i found a problem that i never seen before.in my friend htc 620g device she accidently installed a application and it continuously installing app.then she showed me i understand it was a trohjan and then i deleted every app associated it.but here is one thing that i cant delete.i tried almost everything only remain is to install newly the firmware to remove it from device but i thing it should have a specific solution..
i given hard reset it doesn't work..i deleted it it unstalls but after rebooting the device it again come back autometically.that's why i have taken the sample of this virus there is another one too but i thing solving will make the end of another..
this app is call netalpha..
i taken the app and decompile it.it autometically takes the root access..i also rooted the device and unstalled it manually autometically but still it doesn't delete.also tried safe mode still that doesn't work.
after decompiling the app i found another apk file that is hidden inside the app which name was protect.apk...
and most interesting thing that apk contains only a classes.dex file but this file is unreadable and can't extract neither can read..so i thought i may share with u guys for better understanding how to get rid of this...
here is the netalpha app and also the protect.apk file that i can't decompile..
plz give me a better solution also plz how can i get rid of this virus from my friend device..
