[Completed] can't delete netalpha virus from android device. - XDA Assist

hello everyone.
recently i found a problem that i never seen before.in my friend htc 620g device she accidently installed a application and it continuously installing app.then she showed me i understand it was a trohjan and then i deleted every app associated it.but here is one thing that i cant delete.i tried almost everything only remain is to install newly the firmware to remove it from device but i thing it should have a specific solution..
i given hard reset it doesn't work..i deleted it it unstalls but after rebooting the device it again come back autometically.that's why i have taken the sample of this virus there is another one too but i thing solving will make the end of another..
this app is call netalpha..
i taken the app and decompile it.it autometically takes the root access..i also rooted the device and unstalled it manually autometically but still it doesn't delete.also tried safe mode still that doesn't work.
after decompiling the app i found another apk file that is hidden inside the app which name was protect.apk...
and most interesting thing that apk contains only a classes.dex file but this file is unreadable and can't extract neither can read..so i thought i may share with u guys for better understanding how to get rid of this...
here is the netalpha app and also the protect.apk file that i can't decompile..
plz give me a better solution also plz how can i get rid of this virus from my friend device..

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
I think something less sinister than popups and redirects being built into the ROM is going on. The first thing to do is download a root checker app, and make sure you are not rooted without knowing about it (as it will affect the next step).
The other thing to do is a factory reset. Be aware, this will wipe apps downloaded, settings, and in some cases pictures taken and other files downloaded. It will, though, keep the operating system / firmware / ROM intact (which is a good thing).
Once that is done, and basic setup is done, don't install any apps yet. Browse around with the stock browser and see if any of the weirdness has returned. If it hasn't, then congratulations, it was a rouge app. If the weirdness persists, then it could be either a clever rouge app (virus), or you may have been right after all.
If it does persist, then please add a post to this thread:

[Completed] Yezz Andy A4.5 "Accidentally" Removed my phone.apk

So i'm kinda new to this android world, and today i was searching the web, found how to root and all those things, and i ended up deleting my phone.apk
i wanted to know if someone here could help me, with this problem, i've read some posts about this problem, but either they are outdated or i didnt get the whole point, i already downloaded a phone.apk from internet and used the rom explorer to paste it in system/apps, and now an error keeps showing all the time, saying phone.apk stop working..
Do i even have a chance to fix my phone? I've searched for custom roms for this model and nothing

[Completed] HTC Desire 620G: Spam Apps Installing Automatically

HTC Desire 620g dual sim software issues
Hey guys.
I got this phone purchased from Italy as a gift. The problem is that theres allot of software that keeps installing as soon as it has an internet connection.
I even saw a torrent program installed on it and its unusable cause it keeps asking to install different apps that i don't asked to install.
I assume the core OS is altered and thats where all these installs are coming from.
Is there a way i can get the "original" software and install that on the phone ?
Many thanks

[Completed] Kurio kids phone

is there a stock android rom or any rom for this phone available?
My niece has this phone but there are many advertisements on it and it is driving her insane.
Any advice is appreciated
EDIT:
There are countless virusses on it.
i think malware and trojans.
Went through her apps and found some unusual stuff, then went to processes and there are many non android services running.
Also 2 porn apps that dont appear on apps installed
EDIT 2:
I have managed to delete the 2 porn apps, but there are still virusses on it because i get random advertisements on the homescreen.

[Completed] Doogee x5 pro Stock rom install guide

Hi, I am having issues with my Doogee X5 pro since I did an OTA update from R12 (i think, or possibly from R15) to R17.
Since the update the phone will not boot, it just stops at the DOOGEE logo and goes no further. Of course I have done the usual factory reset through the recovery menu. I should point out that this error is possibly my fault as I did root/unroot the phone prior to the update.
What I am asking from XDA assist is help finding a method to reinstall a stock rom, as this will probably resolve the issue. I have looked all over the web and through the XDA forums for a guide to flash the stock rom, but any guides I have found either do not explain the complete steps properly or the associated download links do not work. It would appear that flashing the X5 is not as simple as say a Galaxy S2 (which I have done before).
I was going to post a question in the forums to see if some one could explain to me how to to this, but I thought it would be right to ask XDA assist first to see if this has already been done (although I have been unable to find it).
many thanks,
MD
