yesterday night i checked for update in my phone htc 820 desire g plus, yes it was there and i was downloading and installed it, what happens was at the time of installing there shows an error message and phone stopped it right there. i din't even touched my phone until it was installing. after error message i restarted my phone using the volume up and power button but again its shows the error message, then again i tried of formatting and factory restore setting, but the same error message displayed that "ERROR COMMAND".even i restarting my phone many times but the same message displaying "ERROR COMMAND" suggest me some thing in this regard.
And you just installed the official OTA update?!
Strange. If you have nothing else changed, it's time for claiming your warranty and/or contact the HTC support.
If no warranty, best to ask in the Desire 820 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Hopefully someone there can give a better advice.
Good luck !

During a ROM flash yesterday I got a STOP unsigned driver message. I clicked continue but I've ended up with a persistent ERROR [302] : UPDATE ERROR message.
At first I thought I'd bricked my phone. No matter what I did or I couldn't sort it and I even tried a search here on XDA but couldn't find anything useful that worked. However I'm lucky enough to have more than one PC so I simply flashed the phone on another PC.
This worked first time so I've now successfully flashed the phone. I'm posting here as it my help someone else in a similar situation. I still haven't found out why ROM update utilities no longer work on my main PC but I'll get to the bottom of it when I've more time.
I had the same problem too and thought that my phone is bricked. It wasn't a good feeling at all right?
i tried to set up htc hd rom on my device ( kaiser )

it work normally till the 1st third on stripe at booting screen
then this message appear

i made restart
but the phone doesn`t work after this
what shall i do
please help me
You should put a rom specific to your phone, not just another one. In this case you tried to install a Htc HD rom? WTF?!
Anyway, you have a sub-forum dedicated to Kaiser. Go ahead post your message there.
Good luck!
i've tried to root my htc desire 516 dual sim by following this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/bootloader-fastboot-recovery-htc-desire-t2845467/page8
but obviously i did something wrong and now when i turn on my phone and unlock the screen, suddenly is popping out a message saying "unfortunately, htc sense has stopped'', and i'm an idiot cause i didn't make a backup and now dont know what to do, can someone help me to fix it. Cannot do anything on the homescreen or even to get in the app menu , only in settings menu.
also when i try to wipe cache or go for the factory reset it returs a string saying " E failed to mount/sdcard (no such file or directory)
i tried to find a stock rom for this phone but seems that there's none on the internet.
system recovery error pic in the attachments!
Hi,
I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device, or firmware. You will need to ask for help here,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help
Good luck!
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
My device is Cherry Mobile Omega HD 2.0 (MT6589)
So here's my story:
I was texting while a message saying "Unfortunately, Messaging has stopped". I rebooted my device and what greeted me is a long message about Encryption Unsuccessful and a button for resetting my phone. I've never enabled encryption on my device. I tried tapping the button but nothing happens. I booted into recovery mode to factory reset but when I try, an error saying "Mount /data error" is all I get.
I tried searching online for a possible fix but I couldn't find anything! I'm trying to flash the stock rom on my device (I was running on stock rom when this happened. Yes, I'm rooted) but the pc doesn't seem to recognize my phone. I have a preload driver but it still won't recognize my device!
It still boots up until the encryption unsuccessful message and it still charges.
At this point, I'm already pretty desperate. :crying: I hope anyone could help or give suggestions! Oh, and if anyone could give me an idea on how could this have had happen to my device it would be very helpful. (I might have deleted some files on the internal storage and might be the cause but I did that maybe 3-4 days after this happened.)
Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for using XDA assist.
It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device, however
There is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get expert's help.
Good luck

Hi !
Find the HTC official website and download the exact version for your device variant , there are more than one variant of Desire 510 , maybe that`s the reason why you can`t flash it
Good luck !
