o2 xda-mini uk release date?

anyone know when this will be released in the uk on o2?
i e-mailed o2 but they said they could not tell for me some reason but to keep checking their website.
also im looking for a wi-fi sd card for it,any reccomendations and where to purchase?

iMate SP5 with Push Email in Australia (Firmware)

I have recently purchased a Sp5 thinking I could push email (Microsoft said so on there web site) but I noticed my firmware is not new enough. I check on there website and they said that Australian and NZ customers will have to wait until iMate get operator approval before they release the firmware.
I check there FTP site and notcied that the i-mate_SP5_WWE_2.5.331.2.zip. Has anyone in australia used this firmware? does it work?

Yes, it does. it works. tested OK on Optus and Vodafone GSM networks.

Release Date HTC x7510 & Networks UK?

Hi all,
Anyone know or guesstimate for UK release for the upcoming X7510. Any ideas on which UK networks it will be released on. T-mobile I presume is a pretty safe bet on ideas on Vodafone etc?

vodafone, i doubt it, they dont have many ppc's, and o2, the same, but then again, they could surprise us.

o2 were the first in this country with a windows PDA phone namely the original XDA (also made by HTC) so you never know they might get them yet.

At the moment Vodafone don't have any details regarding the release of the X7510.
I have saved this threads URL so if I do get any information in relation to the phone I will let you know.

Android 2.1 ROM's not ready for O2 UK

IMPORTANT:
Hello everyone, I just was trying to download and install Android 2.1 (haret) on my Htc Diamond 2 in these last 3 weeks without any luck.
Unfortunately I found out that all the Roms from xda or from other sources installed cannot connect with O2 Uk Network....With friends at Carphone Warehouse and O2 stores we arrived at the conclusion that for some reasons the Roms are not writed to get O2. BT Cellnet was the old name for O2 but there's a problem on data, No Internet connection or at times not even 2G or 3G signal. Does anyone on xda-developers aware of this? Is there a solution?. We really appreciate if someone give us some information. Vodafone. Orange and T-Mobile have no problems whatsoever...We would like the same for O2. Thanks

I also couldn't wait the European release and ordered from B&H yesterday, but I haven't yet received a email about shipping. When did you order?

I ordered the Xoom at BH in 24/3. Yesterday they confirmed that it has been shipped. Today it shows in UPS tracking page.
As I'm in Brasil, it will take a little longer to arrive.

There's more languages : french is confirmed!

Still waiting for person who could list all available languages

On the MZ604 wifi model there are only English, Spanish, French.
