Flash your ROM > ElementalX > SuperSU 2.49. VoilĂ .
It's ok for android M + elementalX + root.
But i don't understand where I have to go to parameter elementalX.... ? What is aroma ? i believed it was installed in the same time than the kernel ?
is it possible to have explains how to parameter elementalX ?
thanks.

AROMA is just an installer to let the user select which options he wants to enable/disable before flashing the kernel, ROM, GApps...
I suggest you to leave the stock settings for the moment or to use this version: ElementalX-N5-5.03-express
Ok, if I understand, if one day i want to test some features, I have to re install the kernel ? We can change settings only during install ?

Nope. The AROMA Installer is a tool to define settings at every boot. You can of course change them in the config file (/etc/elementalx.conf) or through a kernel manager app like Ex Kernel Manager, Kernel Adiutor,...
Read post 2 of flar2's thread for further details: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/orig-development/kernel-elementalx-n5-0-44-t2519607

You have this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2686235 ROM, right?
The Kernels for it are included in the installer, when you first flash the zip. You can just reflash it and select a kernel this time.

Hello friends.
Someone could tell me where I can get the 4.2.2 kernel I should use first to start upgrading to a higher version. The phatom already in its version r15 and I think it would no longer be appropriate.
I appreciate your help and forgive my bad English.

What do you mean by 'upgrading to a higher version'??
the latest version for jb is v7 and all those after that are for kitkat only.
Also you can flash a kitkat kernel and flash a kitkat rom WITHOUT installing JB first. It means that you can install r15 along with any kitkat rom without going through the installation of v7.
Hope this helps.
Hit thanks if it does.
I thought you ought to install the modules that make referncia enconctre a tutorial on explaining how to flash kernels

Installing modules flashing the kernel zip using recovery.
Follow these steps
Extract boot.img from the zip file.
Flash it using fastboot (I assume you know how to flash). After that your kernel will be installed. Then power on the phone and let it boot completely. Then copy the kernel zip that you downloaded and from which to you extracted boot.img to your internal storage.
Reboot your device and enter recovery. Flash the kernel zip (This step is called installing modules)
Done. Restart
Hope it helps

really? hmm..planning to flash latest stock for cid 61..and flash superrom after that.
How did it go for you? I'm not planning to update to a 4.4.4 because I will miss the awesome kernel by Kairi.

i tried to install it but synapse shows, no uci support detected?!
1- did you get Synapse from play store right or u installed a specially tweaked build from another source for this kairi's kernel?
2- anyways i noticed there are 2 files in the Kairi's kernel page, one is is the actual kernel build, the other is a reset kernel file to install before the kernel, did u install both files from the same page or u installed, only the kernel build?
3- did u install the kernel files first or insertcoin rom first then the kernel?

i did as u said in the same order insertcoin > reset > kairi's kernel (last build), but this gave me bootloop, maybe the last build is not working, i also experimented with installing the kernel first then insertcoin rom, but Synapse didnt work even when i was rooted, i tried to flash insertcoin then kairi's kernel without the reset, the rom booted successfully this time no bootloops, but synapse showed "No UCI support detected" after accessing root permission, guess it means something went wrong, either reset was causing the issue or the latest kairi's kernal build is not working?
i tried to get the same build u r using, which is (27-5-2014) the link show to versions under it, on is called lockless edition the other is called ordinary edition, i tried lockless edition n its working fine with reset, insertcoin rom and even synapse, i tweaked it for better performance

i noticed this kairi's kernel has an issue, the performance tweak app synapse is troublesome, it resets my tweaks for no reason after restarts, the I/O schedulers, memory buffer size, not only that but it default my CPU clock to 1 ghz only which is far lower than the stock 1.5

For every bootup, it requires you to stay for at least 2mins before any reboot. If not it will resets your tweaks. Then you just have to go to synapse app and press the "X" option to return back to your tweaked settings.
Hello mates!
I am currently editing ROM for HTC Desire 300. Now, there is already SuperSU,superuser app, but I am not very satisfacted with it. I am planing to change it to Superuser (Made by ChainsDD) and I need to know following:
Are those 2 apps using same binary ?
Can I simply replace SuperSU apk in system/apps/ with ChainsDD superuser app, or I must something additionally ?
Thanks !
I think they are different binaries

Install the new superuser will prompt you to delete the old one. BTW "SuperSU" is the very best superuser access tool ever made in my opinion
Why not just uninstall the superuser first and then Flash the laster SuperSU

I don't know. I always used Superuser (app) on my older phones and I am somehow used to it. I tried to flash it but then dead android appears (if you know what I mean) and it says instalation failed. I downloaded Superuser.zip from their official website

Means its not caused by S-ON. You just need a flashable zip of your superuser tool. But installing via play store is th easier choice i think.

Nothing to worry dude, just do what I said there.
Oh, and you're on philz? Nothing to worry... Just go to philz > flash zip > reboot > once the boots up > install apk > done!
Don't install apk before installing zip via recovery.
