Hi friends,
I finally installed Clockwork Mod Recovery on my Karbonn A52+ and am sharing the tutorial for the same.
Download Link: www40.zippyshare.com/v/jgNVyv8F/file.html
Download the zip and copy it to your SD Card.
Extract the file inside it named recovery.img to the SD Card root. Don't rename it.
Next, download MobileUncle tools from Play Store.
Open MobileUncle tools, grant it root permission and click on "Recovery Update".
It will search for the recovery.img from your SD Card and display it.
Click on it and it will ask for a confirmation.
Click on reboot.
Congratulations, now you have the Clockwork Mod recovery installed on your Karbonn A52+.
Note: It will replace the stock recovery of your mobile. If you need the stock recovery back, you'll need to download it from the net and flash it.

i have a galaxy note gt-i9220 but i have root it along time a go soo i can use google services and i have change the name to n7000 soo i can instal Ultimate_N7000_LT4_JB_4.1.2_v6 but after that i instaled another rom build number is ILLUSION_N7000-USERDEBUG 4.3JSS15Q and i want to get back to the ultimate rom but when i go to recovery SD card wont open in only show 3 files , and superuser said : gaining root access fail and root cheker said the device is not rooted i dont know what to do i hate this rom PLEASE HELP ME

if you have philz recovery then click auto root or download and flash the latest supersu from chainfire's thread and flash it from recovery, but why do you need root access to flash rom? you just need a custom recovery

no i got CWM-based recovery v6.0.3.4 , when i go to [instal zip] and [choose zip from sdcard] dosent show my files it shows only

thats it and all of them ar empty , and whene i go back an click on reboot system now it says [root access possibly lost. fix? i hit yes and no change. its make me insane

This --> http://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/n7000/philz_touch_6.19.3-n7000.zip is the latest PhilZ advenced CWM for you N7000. download the zip file and flash it via your installed recovery.
Then install SuperSU 1.93 again

sure. just a second i creat a short guide with picture
for now you can download:
Odin v 1.85
PhilZ CWM 6.9.13
How to:
-Close every KIES process or better uninstall it.
-But make sure driver is installed properly Letest USB drivers (Only use if you have not installed a working driver)
-Extract Odin to your desktop
-Put "philz_touch_6.19.3-n7000.tar.md5" in the "Odin" folder
-Start Odin
-Connect your Galaxy Note to your computer in "DOWNLOAD" mode
and make sure that everything is set as in my picture
press "START"
If your Galaxy Note decides to scream and run away then its not my fault.
This should be safe BUT its you modify the Galaxy Note.

If you are using mobile to access this then it will not show. You have to use desktop to see the download link.

i nearly flashed 3 times but it boot in to 2.2
i flashed twrp reovery by bindadas it boot to twrp recovery
why not able to flash 2.4

Have you renamed the recovery to recovery.img and put it in the root of SD Card?
Anyone else facing this issue?
It detect recovery image after flashing boot in to recovery mode it ask I give s but it boot in to 2.2 old recovery but twrp recovery flashed no problem

After renaming successfully flashed recovery post review after usage
The best feature in ver 2.4 I found is the backup format. If you select tag+gzip the back-up size is reduced to 2/3 if only tar is used.
Let me try and review asap...

I am also facing same...Please look into it.

Previously my Rom backup size is 2.5 gb now my Rom backup size is 1.40gb good recovery
The Recovery is working perfectly fine no problems and it is getting flashed by Mobile uncle tool.

how to install:
download sp flashtool and wiko rainbow lite driver from google
load scatter file from the folder
*)UNtick NVRAM (this is important. if you tick it, you will lost your IMEI!!)
turn off your phone
plug the cable
click on download in sp flash tool
wait for it...

Hello,
this how i rooted and installed TWRP Recovery on my oukitel u7 pro .
All credit to someone posted the recovery image at Russian website can not remember his nick and to some other guy at Mexican website i only put the files together and made demo video at YouTube.
all the files to root and install the recovery in the download link below .
1- download the files

2-unrar it , move the update.zip file from the root folder to your sd card .
3-make sure u have the mtk drivers installed .. ( included in the archive file )
4-open and run the SP flashing tool
5-hit browse and locate the scatter file
6-hit download
7-remove the phone battery and put back in then plug in the usb cable and wait for the pc to detect your phone and start flashing the recovery image .
8-when done . do not turn the phone on we need to go to the recovery first.
9-Press and hold volume up then power to go to the recovery
10-once on the recovery page go to install and locate the update.zip file and install it .
reboot the phone when done .

Hello, any chance you could upload a TWRP Backup of the complete Phone? I accidently did not only wipe the phone but also the sdcard, so not only the OS but also my backup is gone :,(
I found some zip files on needrom.com but I cant get them to install. (Neither with TWRP nor manually unzipped with fastboot.)
Currently I have TWRP and fastboot working properly, but nothing to flash.
Doogee X5 Pro can use this tutorial?
I've tried all the procedures set out on this tutorial but TWRP flashes but when phone reboots, there's no TWRP ... Maybe this recovery.img won't work for DDR3 version of Oukitel U7 Pro because I think it is meant for the DDR2 version of this phone or is there anything I'm doing wrong here? Please somebody help me out :cyclops:
