I have problem with crazy touch with all custom roms 5.0.1 port for e8. I think touch very weak response and i try sometimes for touch accepted in keyboard or other place 3-4 time push.

Hm... are you talking about leaving Boeffla-Kernel or moving to Boeffla-Kernel?
If you leave Boeffla-Kernel, you do not need to use any cleaner script. Boeffla stores everything under /data/.boeffla, and this cannot be used by any other kernels.
If you move to Boeffla, also usually no cleaning before required.
Only exception: If you were on a kernel before that stored all his configuration into init.d scripts, then you should cleanup your /system/etc/init.d folder before flashing Boeffla.
That's all however.

ALL: Google is again playing games and locked down the first of my 3 donation apps in Playstore. Of course no compelling reason provided.
But as I already prepared for that half a year ago, I would like to remind you to use your personal unlock key to gain donation functionalities.
If you have not yet generated (this can be done in the donation app itself) and entered it into Boeffla-Config, it is now urgent to do that!!!
I cannot ensure Google will not lock down the other two donation apps as well soon, so you should be prepared now.
From my side, next Boeffla-Config app version will not support these donation apps anymore but only personal unlock codes.
Also, I will replace remaining donation apps in Playstore very soon (today or tomorrow) with a dummy app that tell users to get in touch with me manually.

Surprised twrp throwing an error, s3 and opo kernels flash fine with twrp. But I only report what others say, I never use twrp. I am a philz touch guy...

OK! I set Philz v6.48.4. The kernel of beta5 was normally stitched. Last versions of kernels were normally sewed on TWRP. Thanks! Good luck!

But this is unexplainable then... the flash binary has not changed for more than half a year.
However I got to know in the OnePlus One thread, TWRP seems to have introduced some issues lately. But never used TWRP myself, so it is just second hand information I have seen.

Ah, but can be something else.
In order to avoid people are flashing wrong kernels, I put asserts in.
Could you please just boot your tablet and look in /system/build.prop file what the entries are there for:
ro.build.product
ro.build.model
ro.build.device

So be careful to not flash the kernel on a different device than the Tab10.2
Please redownload the zip again, it should work now also in TWRP.

I redownload N8000beta5 of 31.01.2015. Now everything is good. The kernel is set through TWRP and Philz. Gnabo v8 firmware. Thanks! Good luck!
problem with boeffla kernel v3 beta 6 for samsung note 10.1 (n801x)
Hi ! I am using the samsung kitkat stock rom 4.4.2 rooted in a samsung galaxy note 10.1 (n8010). First time trying a kernel. I have tried to install the boeffla kernel mentioned in the title, both via odin and trwp, but i have the same problem once installed... when rebooting the tablet it just stays in a black display after the "samsung galaxy note 10.1" title. It just does not start, i have to boot in download mode and reinstall the stock rom via odin. Help please! I would like to try this kernel in my tablet ! Thanks!

OK, so here are your answers:
1) this kernel has a lot of CPU Frequencies, going from 122Mhz and till 1536Mhz and some others like 480Mhz, 360Mhz etc... so you won't have a problem with battery life you can set frequencies as desired (for gaming/ battery saving) and CPU Governors as well (ondemend, ondemandX etc...)
2)the GPU over-clock is already activated, doesn't make too much difference (didn't notice anything)
by the way, this kernel is safe, tested by me and some other friends, no problems whatsoever.
I hope you will find what suits you the most

Time has come for Lollipops flavours for our old, but still alive device: Huawei Honor -u8860.
Thanks to @Blefish, we have now a new device tree and kernel 3.4
it tooked a lot of work and time to that talented dev to get us a rebirth of our device, named: LegacyHuawei.
How to install Lollipop rom on u8860: all needed files (recovery, blepart1.1 (lvm script) , gapps and cm12 rom ---> http://sourceforge.net/p/legacyhuawei/wiki/Installation/
Installation instructions located in Wiki. Don't forget to read it as you need to install latest TWRP before installing this ROM.
If you decide to uninstall this ROM (install cm11 or others without LVM support), keep in mind that if you installed LVM setup, you need to uninstall it or your phone will end up in a bootloop. If you have any issues please Provide logcat: http://sourceforge.net/p/legacyhuawei/wiki/Submitting logs/

Right, there is no small update file, but there is a fresh U8860-ROM from 02-15-2015. Maybe that helps...

I've just tested USB-Host mode on U8860, and it really works!!! Official Huawei specifications says that our chip does not support USB-Host, but IT DOES!!! Wow!!!
Tested mouse and keyboard... Mouse lags a little bit because our device is slow sometimes...
And also flash drives, even NTFS-formatted flash drives work...
The constraint seems to be that USB port can only output 200mA, and charging is impossible in USB host mode, so you should not forget to disable Host mode after using it... The option is in the special HuaweiSettings app...

Hello again - I found you!
When testing blefish's builds of CM12 for our device, I had continous wifi errors, which made the ROM unuseable for me.
So I gave your BlissPop a try. Thankfully, I did!
The wifi issues seem to be gone, I still have problems with sensors in my device, but they don't disturb me that much...
Looking foreward to flash new builds.

Blefish will do something about that. the code need to be rewritten properly, but spirit fm can be use in the future.

Reading on the web about it , the file needed for that feature lays in /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/stats/time_in_state , which I don't have ...?
My question is how do I get the system to write and log that file so I can track my CPU again , as that is a must have have feature to observe the governor behavior .
I even tried a custom kernel : TDHC http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/development/kernel-t2820718 but with no results ..
Some knows more about this ?

Seems as the needed module is missing for your phone in CM12 and PAC is based on CM12. Does it work on other than CM12 based custom roms?
It did worked on stock and the other KK ROMs I've tried up until CM12

Its probably related to a bug in CM12 and affects all CM12 based roms
So , basically, no CPU States for me until my stock Android 5 rolls out (hopefully the bug/missing module isn't preserved in that ROM )
I really can't do anything about it ? Flash something , modify some values , xposed ?

Problem solved !
For ppl with the same problem:
Seems that after installing SetCPU and after a weird crash of android while I was setting some profiles and tweaking the governors the Time in States log is back on , readable even in other apps ..

Yesterday, I have been download the last FRD-AL10 Kernel source from Huawei official website. Tested build and added litter features in and success. I just upload them to github. Welcome forking and commenting.

Heya @Nas42O, found the source FRD_MM_EMUI4_1_opensource | 2016-09-06 | 198.36 MB (and will be attempting to build it myself later this week). Mind if I ask what you are gonna do with it? Because I am hoping to get a working AOSP build going for the H8.

Sure, i would like to have a custom kernel in order to switch between différent mods like conservative, performance, battery etc..
And need à possibilty to have a double tap to Screen on..

Change BFQ to another scheduler, it's not optimized to run on smartphone

DT2W feature must be added by Honor because It need to modify too much things and lots of files are closed-source.
